booked an apartment for 4 people, the aparment consisted of 2 separate rooms which was perfect, as 2 people had a room to themselves, all mod cons, very clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, 1 minute walk from the tube station, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were all very pleased with our 1 night stay

The hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from Barbican tube so very convenient from Paddington station. We booked a 1 bed apartment but actually had 2 connecting rooms - you came in through the main door and had 2 further doors, each with a bathroom, kitchenette and beds in lounge area. The rooms were not flashy and sumptuous but were very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and despite being on the main road, were was very quiet. Our children are 2 and 4 years old and the accommodation really worked for us.

There is not much to do in the immediate area.

I hate having to pull down the bed but in this case it was a sofa bed and difficult to pull up!!

We stayed in a four person apartment. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped and clean. The location is perfect for anyone on business or wanting to go out in East London. It's a stone's throw away from Barbican tube station and a tesco metro. Very central and convenient. Would recommend to others.

The only problem from the whole stay was the shower tap which broke after one of us used the shower. We were unable to use the shower and had to use the bath instead.

I think they should clean room once or twice during our stay. I stayed for 5 night and they only cleaned under a payment, but in Paris, I stayed at Citadines trocaderò and they cleaned twice.

It was close to Barbican station. Check in and out was efficient.

The Studio room did not have nearly as much space as shown in the photo. It was so cramped that when laying down the Couch/Bed you couldn't walk around it. The so called bed was also so very uncomfortable, I had a metal bar in my back and it was so wonky. Though I believe the cleaners probably do fine (counters, bathroom, sheets etc) , the carpet and couch looked like they were so dirty. I wouldn't stay here again, was highly disappointed.

Good Location, easy access, helpful staff, basic no frills. The bed was a sofa bed but I have to say it was comfortable and the environment was quiet, good nights sleep!

Room was a lot smaller than expected, when sofa bed was out you couldn't move. Pics on website let me hope for more space.

- The hot water frequently went off and we were told to 'give it half an hour' -Only 3 pillows available in a double bed room for 2 people -Thin duvet cover (more blanket) -Hard towels in bathroom -Marks on the bathroom tile over the bath where a hand rail had been removed -No grip on the bottom of the bath - Quite expensive considering such a basic room

I liked the location, the security, and the kitchen facilities.

I would have liked bath robes and slippers included, and the mattress had a big indentation in it from too many guests sleeping on it.

The room was large and exceptionally clean with good kitchen facilities. The sofa bed was very comfortable which was unexpected.

Clean comfortable apartment - perfect for a short break in London. Compared to other similar hotels and apartments it offers great value for money. It may not be a 5 star luxury hotel but for what it is you cannot complain at all!

Only slight issue was having a pull down bed in the room. The bed itself was surprisingly comfy however once down there was very little room to walk around the bed. There is a large desk in the room which could perhaps be replaced with a smaller one to solve this issue. There is also no oven in the kitchenette - perhaps a problem if you wanted to cook something.

No access control to the luggage room. This needs to be adressed.
