Very clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Friendly staff, very nice rooms, and amazing location relative to the Royal Opera House and Covent Gardens.

Fantastic location and easy to access from Kings X Station. We enjoyed the service and freedom that the room offers. We have recommended the Citadines to friends already and would use the hotel again. Nothing really. Thought the print on the wall could be a little more exciting?

Excellent service and location for theatres and sight seeing. I required taxi's a lot as on crutches and unable to walk far, lots available to hail right outside hotel and reasonably priced. Would stay here again!

The staff were extremely helpful. We had a problem with the shower that was fixed within hours and it became the "worlds best shower". Extremely handy to the tube being only approx 100m from station. Excellent location Excellent that Sainsbury also nearby - help cut down cost of feeding family.

Great location, right next to Holborn tube station. The room was quiet with decent windows to keep the noise out and discreet air conditioning to keep temperature comfortable. Well equipped kitchenette and a big comfortable bed.

Clean , modern, helpful friendly and attentive staff. On your system our rooms showed a twin bedded room , when we got to the rooms they were double bedded . It is best to get it right first time otherwise waiting to change rooms feels like your short weekend is disappearing fast.

It is a 'no-nonsense' hotel facility, offering good value for money, with staff that always friendly, helpful and efficient. As I was traveling alone, it was nice to be able to go to the lounge, enjoy a complementary cup of coffee and some company. I also found the kitchen facility very handy and there is a food market across the road. The location in Holborn is excellent. I will definitely use the hotel on my newt visit and can really recommend it.

Great location for holburn underground which is central to everywhere The hotel itself was brilliant very clean all staff were helpful. Didnt have breakfast but there are plenty of coffee shop right outside of hotel that do breakfast which is a lot cheaper. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Great location to Covent Garden and underground would stay here again.

The studio had everything I could have possibly needed for a self catering 3 night stay. I requested a high floor quiet room which was exactly what I was given and I liked the way the receptionist rang the room to check I was happy after checking in. the room was very quiet; the only noise I heard was when someone was passing the room talking in the corridor. I know Holborn very well and I picked the Citadines predominantly for its location, which is close to the tube and the shops. The free wifi was an added bonus and I will definitely look to stay here on future business trips. The bathroom had a funny smell but this was quickly sorted out by the staff on my day of arrival who couldn't resolve the issue quickly enough. My only other suggestion would be to put a mirror near a plug socket! This wasn't the case in my room so it was quite challenging to dry my hair!

- location, the facility allowing for cooking; - the lobby and common places (for reading, eating, etc…); - the quietness, beds were comfortable; - the added price for the bed cot for a child (15 year old) is too expensive; - once the cot bed is unfolded, there is no more space for eating or moving around; - the hotel mentions an 'eating place and a living place': well, i wonder where they see that (we had a Premier Studio Apartment). - no kitchen utensil like wooden spoon for stirring (apart from that, the rest was ok).
