Nice kittchen. Window can not be correctly closed. Very cold due to wind from the windows sealings. Toilet flush system were not properly operating. Floor cover is almost worn out. |

Very kindly staff, bed - although in studios only sofa beds- was very comfortable, free internet access (lane) in the rooms, free computer and printer in the hall, kitchen fully equippend, even with dishwasher, and a few dishwasher tabs were available in the room, free luggage storage on departure day, very close to tube station Holborn, restaurants and shops within short walking distance, British museum within 10 min walking distance It was almost perfect in all aspects. Maybe the dishwasher was a bit noisy |

Surprisingly the room is very spacious. Location-wise, excellent, 2 minutes walk to Holborn Station. They don't provide daily cleaning of the room. |

Location - Limited space. Frasier Suites & 196 Bishopsgate Apartments are alot more spacious and luxurious in comparison; Needs a re-vamp; Reception staff not very welcoming or even professional which is key; Too expensive for what I got - not value for money at all. |

The concept of an apartment with kitchen/cooking facilities etc is the thing that sets Citadines apart, making a stay closer to the convenience of being at home. Only one minor disappointment; the absence of reasonable size dinner plates or mugs is a slight irritation. |

I liked that I booked the room with kitchen. It was great to have a shoping in the supermarket just some steps ftrom the hotel and then to prepare breakfast, dinner or supper! |

Check in and check out were efficient, everything worked and the location was good Beyond the reception, everything is dated. To be recommended as an acceptable last resort |

I thought the room was very well-designed, the hotel central and value for money. I will definitely stay there again |

great location, very nice room, quiet, decent people. They seperate tourists from business travellers and younger/louder from older people. it's well worth the money! It depends on who you are: If you are a young tourist on a party trip your room might not be as nice as the one from the guy on a business trip or the senior couple. |

central location; proximity to shops and restaurants facilities, carpet, furniture outdated and run-down; roaches in my room; closet door jams the bedroom door and traps the guests, creates a fire hazard; no maid service for 6 days. |

It was very functional, everything easy to use which is what you need for a short break. Particually recommend the kitchen resturant a couple of doors up, avoid pizza express! The iron was past its prime to say the least, had to ask for extra pillows. Overall hardly anything bad though. |

Fully equipped kitcken, very good location, clean bathroom and linen, friendly staff. Cleaning is once a week and for shorter stays you have to pay extra if you want the room cleaned. |

The hotel offers reasonable value for this price. The location is very central and is only a stone throw away from Holborn station and many other bus links. The Kitchen is well equipped. The refridgerator was broken and we had to throw away many food once we found out that it had gone bad. Broken light bulb. It needs better maintenance. |

My friend and I went on a shoppingweekend and chose this hotel. What a fantastic location! There's a great inexpencive sushi restaurant near by, a mall (Sainsburys) not far away and a good Italian restaurant right next door. Covent Garden is in walking distance, and you can easily walk to Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Picadilly Circus as well. Holborn subway station is very close, and we enjoyed being able to take the sub all the way from Heathrow to the hotel. The staff was helpful, nice and friendly. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was very clean. Very nice to have the possibility to cook and store your own food in the mini-kitchen. Excellent roomtemperature, quiet room. In short: I'm definitively staying here again! If I have to mention anything, it would be that the it's a bit tricy to flush.the toilets, but you'll get the hang of it. |

The location was perfect for our purpose and the staff were polite and very helpful. We were able to leave our large amount of luggage while we went sight seeing, And the small kitchen was very useful. The accommodation was quite small for 4 guests with loads of luggage and once the bed was set up in the living room there was very little room to move or for four adults to sit. Another problem was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom, this was very inconvenient when four people were trying to get ready for a formal function with the bathroom and living room in use, |
