Relaxed atmosphere, presence of kitchen, internet for free Technical solutions of mini kitchen is not optimal (electricity was repeatedly failing when using the toaster and can) |

The location was ideal and the room was very quiet. The kitchen area was spotless. The corridors were way below standard with badly stained carpeting whih should have been replaced by now. |

The friendliness of the staff and the self contained unit which enabled me to cook for myself and cut down on unnecessary expense of eating out. Superb location. The fold up bed was very heavy and I had to ask for help to unfold it. The remote contraol needed new batteries. The shower controls are very awkwardly placed |

It had a fantastic location and was great value for money. Very close to dining, shopping & entertainment options. Perfect for going to West End Shows, The British Museum and less than 100yards from Holborn Tube Station. Although we never really used the tube because we could walk everywhere.I couldn't fault it. The staff were very friendly, smiling & welcoming. |

Hotel was very handy for the tube station, also for covent garden which was only 10 mins walk to the theatre we were going to, plenty eating places nearby. We were at the side and looked onto an office block |

Fantastic location - very close to the main sites and lots of great bars and restaurants. Good facilities in the room. Bed turned out to be a fold away sofa bed - not very comfortable. Reception lovely but rooms a bit shabby (not that it mattered as was out most of time anyway) and shower a bit temperamental. |

The location is exceptional, 1/2 block from the Holburn tube station and across the street from that is a Sainsbury's! So the kitchen with small cooktop, dishwasher, micro, etc would make it an excellent budget choice for a week's stay. The bed is a convertible couch but it was plenty comfortable - and we are pretty picky about beds. FOR SURE we will be back for a longer stay before too long. We found the bathroom semi-treacherous, no grab bars, I burned my feet as I've never seen controls like that before. That particular room could be a deal breaker for a non-spry or semi-disabled guest. It won't stop me from staying there again - and the bathroom itself was new and beautiful. |

Good location, 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden. 2 minutes to Underground station. The studio apartment was quite modest (looked better in pictures in Hotel's web site). |

The proximity to the tube station. The reception staff were very rude and cleaning of the apartment should be done every alternate day. |

Central location, proximity to city center, sights of interest and shopping areas, direct Underground line to the Heathrow airport. U-station and supermarket are 100 m from the hotel. Backyard rooms are very quiet, although at the expense of the view. In our case, the view was the brick wall, but we intentionally asked for a quiet room. Staff did not pick-up phone when I tried to call the reception from the room. We had to go downstairs to have the problem fixed. Doors to the closet and to the room entrance in the studio aptm where we stayed are hanged in such a way that residents can easily be blocked inside the room: if the closet door is not shut tightly, when you try to open the door of the sleeping room its door edge gets... |

Well positioned and very convenient. Very comfortable mattresses. Quiet. Shower did not work properly. Although clean the room could do with a revamp - carpets are threadbare. |

location for access to the british museum and central london / west end and the city Awful choice of carpet/curtains/furniture and condition was tatty and old. Bathroom ceiling trap door was off its hinges. Shower hose was old and bent out of shape. No smoking policy is unacceptable, there should be a choice of rooms. Price paid £95 considered exorbitant for what is offered. |

Basic neccessary things were at place + studio type apartment made it comfortable for me to prepare my own breakfast and dinners. As I came from the continental Europe, I didn't have the UK plug. The hotel reception didn't have any transformers either, so I was not able to use neither my hairdryer, nor my lap top. In addition I thought the room was little bit too cold. If I didn't stay alone in the double room and didn't use the spare blanket - I would have frozen seriously during the night. |

one tube stop away from leicester square and close to coven garden.if your the type that appreciates comfort and style then i wouldnt reccomend this to you... however, if like me, your on a budget and after a reasonable price in a reasonable location then Citadines Apart'hotel Holborn/Covent Garden should deffinitely be considered. o and free internet !!! kitchen facilities...limited amount of cooking materials and no washing up liquid. the fold out sofa bed was very noisy and awarkward to get on and off with the amount metal surrounding the edges. pillows were very soft. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Best value central London 3* hotel - book now and save! The hotel is ideally placed in the West End and is close to many of the top tourist attractions. |
This is one of London's best centrally located hotels, on the edge of London's famed 'Theatreland' and close to cosmopolitan Covent Garden. |
This hotel offers a prime location at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. For some it's the cosy accommodation and great rates. |
