central location; proximity to shops and restaurants facilities, carpet, furniture outdated and run-down; roaches in my room; closet door jams the bedroom door and traps the guests, creates a fire hazard; no maid service for 6 days. |

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities were adequate for a one night business stay. |

It was very functional, everything easy to use which is what you need for a short break. Particually recommend the kitchen resturant a couple of doors up, avoid pizza express! The iron was past its prime to say the least, had to ask for extra pillows. Overall hardly anything bad though. |

Fully equipped kitcken, very good location, clean bathroom and linen, friendly staff. Cleaning is once a week and for shorter stays you have to pay extra if you want the room cleaned. |

The hotel offers reasonable value for this price. The location is very central and is only a stone throw away from Holborn station and many other bus links. The Kitchen is well equipped. The refridgerator was broken and we had to throw away many food once we found out that it had gone bad. Broken light bulb. It needs better maintenance. |

The hotel was conveniently placed for the areas we wished to visit. The room was much smaller than I had anticipated. |

My friend and I went on a shoppingweekend and chose this hotel. What a fantastic location! There's a great inexpencive sushi restaurant near by, a mall (Sainsburys) not far away and a good Italian restaurant right next door. Covent Garden is in walking distance, and you can easily walk to Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Picadilly Circus as well. Holborn subway station is very close, and we enjoyed being able to take the sub all the way from Heathrow to the hotel. The staff was helpful, nice and friendly. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was very clean. Very nice to have the possibility to cook and store your own food in the mini-kitchen. Excellent roomtemperature, quiet room. In short: I'm definitively staying here again! If I have to mention anything, it would be that the it's a bit tricy to flush.the toilets, but you'll get the hang of it. |

The location was perfect for our purpose and the staff were polite and very helpful. We were able to leave our large amount of luggage while we went sight seeing, And the small kitchen was very useful. The accommodation was quite small for 4 guests with loads of luggage and once the bed was set up in the living room there was very little room to move or for four adults to sit. Another problem was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom, this was very inconvenient when four people were trying to get ready for a formal function with the bathroom and living room in use, |

The hotel is located in central London, close to Holborn Underground Station. Nearby were all the necessary stores and many cafees or restaurants. It was quite easy to prepare your own dinner as almost all the equipment was available (except for the oven). Sounds of traffic are not disturbing, due to sound isolating windows. Very small television, the sofa bed was tough to get open/closed. |

Kitchen area The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were next to useless - only one pillow each and that was not very substantial. The toilet area in teh bathroom was cramped |

The location was excellent, and as a large family group the apartments provided us with plenty of room. The laundry facilities were very useful. The downstairs are ie entrance and foyer, were very nice and modern but the upstairs areas ie corridors and apartments, were a little shabby and in need of renovation. In particular the bathroom in one of the apartments was in quite poor condition. |

The location was excellent, the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. It was quiet and easy going. The sofa bed was more comfortable than envisaged. Fridge was not cooling properly, and we stayed for four nights, but there was no change of towels. |
