Great central location

Some staff were not good on using public transport to get to London bridge

- room size was very good for London - large bathroom, kitchen - very clean - very friendly staff - lounge with coffee/tea all day (to be payed) - gym/fitness area provided

Only thing that I didn't like was the bed. Size is good, but quality could be better.

Location and friendly staff

Rooms were a bit small. Bathroom tiny and needed refurbishment. No where to plug a hair dryer in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned one day.

Location, very close to underground and easy to get to by underground rail from Heathrow. Spacious apartment relatively for family of 3.

The small fridge in the kitchen area did not work, we reported that and a technician, came and siad it needed a few more hours to cool properly. It was 24 hours later and it still did not cool. We called front desk who sent a porter up to see who could not do anything. We called the front desk again and requested to change the fridge which front desk did. The same porter came with another fridge which worked, but the porter's attitude was less than friendly and outright rude. The dish washer also did not work properly.

Excellent location very centered around Covent Garden and Universities. Staff very helpfull. Underground Holborn for Heathrow at 2 mn walk.

I specifically asked for twin beds when booked a Deluxe studio. Not only the double bed was very small but we had to be downgraded, with no change of price, to a smaller room to have twin beds. If I was been informed I would have changed hotel before my arrival! Also no daily cleaning service which is inacceptable, only change of towels and garbage cans because we were staying for 3 nights. Insonorisation is very bad and you can hear everything going on in the corridor during the night or early in the morning.

1. Toilet facilities (shampoo and so on) were not changed after being used during all my stay (5 days). 2. In the beginning of day of my arrival i had confirmed my last arrival and stuff asked me about requirement of extra bed for child as it was completed in my order. But on my arrival there were not extra bed in my room yet. 3. The lift (nearest to breakfast place) is in very dangerous condition - machine oil runs out from ceiling, doors closing with tinter. 4. Cards (i had 3 cards) became demagnetized 5 times during my stay, but it was in different places and separatedly from electronic devices

location to covent garden, hotel was modern and had everything we needed.They had a room to leave our lugguage so we could still enjoy our last day. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Cheap and easy room for 4, lady on reception was great.

Access to printing and scanning free of charge. Good free internet connection, excellent location for tube access and short walk to covent gardens, reception and maintenance staff very helpful.

Lumpy pillows, shower that constantly ran hot then cold, had to ask for room to be cleaned after one week of no cleaning.

The location was fabulous - so close to a large number of tourist attractions. The staff were very polite, attentive and efficient. I was travelling with my adult daughter and we booked a one bedroom for a week. Our first room was not comfortable, mainly due to a poor, thin sofa bed and other small maintainence issues. After we asked these to be addressed, we were offered an upgrade into two separate studio apartments, which were sunny, well presented and spacious. The rooms were also beautifully quiet - amazing given the central location. We were most apprecaitive of the staff's concern and their swift action. They ensured we were comfortable and we really loved our time there. Excellent wi-fi - fast, efficient and free. As my daughter was job seeking, we made great use of this facility. We loved the well presented kitchenette and the options that presented to us. Nice, open central lounge area where breakfast was served and guests could access drinks at all times from the coffee machine. We treated ourselves to a daily hot chocolate!

Our tired and dark first room. On check in we were told we had a sunny room but this wasn't the case. The room was dark and in need of a bit of freshening.

Two rooms were booked together - we checked into our first room at mid-day which was great. However, when we came to check into our second room around 3pm we had to wait until around for it to be ready - we eventually got the room around 5.30. As check it was at mid-day and the rooms were booked together i would have expected them to be ready together and located near each other.

The rooms are really very comfortable after the renovation. The location is great to get anywhere by public transport, and within an easy walk of the West End, City and Bloomsbury.

The staff were a bit prickly and the rate is a little more than I would expect to pay for a similar room in central London.
