No one clear the rubbish bin and make the bed as we stayed for 2 nights. The bed sheet for the sofa bed is not cleaned. Should have at least leave some clean bed sheet for change if required. Disappointed with the level of service given for such a up-class location and hotel.
Modern & Clean Perfect location Coffee & Tea in Reception
Bed Settee a little lumpy
Location, bathroom and kitchen. Road noise not a problem.
Pillows hard, kids bed not made up. Room noisy from being next to generator in roof on top floor. Very noisy from 5am. Sockets not in useful places.
Surprisingly spacious apartment for London at this price Good location
Location, helpful reception staff
Trouble logging in on Wi Fi, reception had to sort twice. Wi Fi was also slow
The staff is outstanding helpful and nice. I appreciated the spacious room for two in the one-bedroom premier apartement (I don't think that four grown ups will fit in there properly...). I loved the feeling of stepping into my own little kensington apartement after a long london day. And I enjoyed getting delicious coffee in the lobby for free to start into another one. Very nice: The double windows can be opened and the isolation is so effective that we slepped excellent despite our room was going out to the main street. And of course the location is amazing! Yes the hotel is expensive. But thats London...
The room furnishing in the livingspace could do with a bit more passion for detail. It feels a little bit cool.
Had everything we needed, great assistance and excellent location.
Some noise disruption from works going on in a Starbucks Cafe underneath. In fairness we were offered another room.
location, amenities, free espresso, cleanliness, good quality for a non luxury apartment
maid could have done dishes as well as bed daily; a bot expensive for such a small size-no frills apartment, you pay for the location
The location of this hotel is excellent, but the hotel offers only basic facilities. It's ideal for business people or long term stay as the rate gets cheaper with long term . The room may be small , depends on the number of people staying.
They do full cleaning service only twice a week . The room is very small for a one person room
the location , the staff efficienty
It's very expensive for a VERY small appartment. It's necessary to fold the sofa for having breakfast because it's necessary to move the table from the wall if you want sitting around the table. Bad quality of mattress in the bedrrom
good location, breakfast possibilities for breakfast around the corner, also Starbucks. Got an upgrade 2 studios after complaints family room.
Family room 2nd bed (couch) option poor quality, matrass even to thin for children. Water pressure shower, noisy airco.
Proximity to tube station, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of room, quality fixtures and fittings
requested a quiet room ,and they gave me one over looking the mews, very nice room ,thank you very much for a great 4 days stay
The room facilities, staff support and location made our stay extra special. We would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.
Only a minor complaint - no bright bedside reading lamps. Otherwise - no complaints!
location luggage store staff helpful did not hear traffic at night could not hear my neighbours either
room a bit small for family of 4 a bit dark
Close to the Albert Hall and was a few minutes walk away. Nice places to buy food and eat nearby. Very helpful staff. They allowed a later check out, looked after our bags, brought extra bedding straight away, brought up a replacement safe and ordered a taxi. The hot drinks machine in the reception was a lovely touch when we fancied hot chocolate and didn't want to go out. The room was a bit pricey but cheaper than paying for two rooms as my daughter is a teenager.
Although we had a separate bedroom from our daughter this was in the form of a mezzanine which did not provide privacy.
Very tiny rooms
Modern syle-nice furniture colors
Having to pay to use laundry. This was not advised beforehand. Also safe didn't work.
Had to wait for room to be vacated and cleaned, had to chase up desk staff, who were excellent and under pressure but perfomed well.
Great location and all amenities holiday traveller can require. Staff friendly, accommodating & helpful.
Would have preferred seperate bedroom & not lift room.
The duplex style room with kitchenette, for a family was perfect. Location is in a very lovely part of London, close to Cafés and restaurants, Waitrose and tube line.
Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location for museums, parks etc is perfect and the tube a few minutes walk. The staff were lovely.
Very little to dislike. However one night the room above woke us in the wee hours of the morning. Sounded like a bunch of guys having a get together. Lots of shouting and stomping around. Would it put me off? No, it was t the end of the world.
