Clean Apartment, and perfect location. Facilities were excellent. The Apartment was lovely and would have been perfect in all ways except that it was much too hot, and we had no access to a window or air conditioning. When I asked someone to help with this I was told that it couldnt be controlled, this seems unbelievable.

Location, helpful staff, newly renovated Airconditioning centrally controlled so mezzanine level gets claustrophibically hot and airless. Outside temperature may be say 19c so airconditioner switches off, but inside temperatures can soar into upper 20's with no cooling available. Window opening 2 inches barely helps. Also very very tight for 4 people, and small stand-alone table doesn't help. Would recommend for business travellers in winter, and for 1-2 people max per appartment.

The location was ideal for the tube network and being away from the hustle and bustle of the centre meant that the hotel was lovely and quiet, yet you could be anywhere in the city within 20 minutes. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. All in all a great location and we would definitely return.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable. I, my wife and my daughter (1 year and a half old) stayed in a larger room. My sister stayed in another room alone, but if we wanted to, could stay in the room with us. Well located, very close to the natural history museum, science museum, Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall. Good restaurants nearby. It has many facilities in the room: microwave oven, stove, steam iron, hair dryer, etc.. I highly recommend.

Good area and neighbourhood Breakfast not available and inflexible and bad choice for the extra amount you have to pay there is onbly one window, which can only be opened a little and airconditioning was much too hot and could not be switched off, so after two nights of headache we had to move to another room

Very convenient location - close to museums, transport, the Hyde Park. Rooms are quite small but reasonably comfortable and have some kitchen facilities. The rooms are very small and a bit dark. One of the biggest setbacks was lack of hot water in the hotel for almost a day, and no one of the staff had an idea when it will be fixed. The service overall could have been little friendlier. In addition I had a problem while initially booking through their own website - it did charge my credit card but then my reservation was lost somewhere in the system..

The location was convenient and the apartments were managed like a hotel. The staff had difficulty understanding English and one female staff in particular caused a significant amount of hassle by refusing my son to enter the room despite us clearly explaining his late arrival when I was at a meeting. Even after talking to her on the phone to re-explain, her limited understanding of the language made it a rather frustrating process, and we eventually had to talk with a technician who speaks English, which is appalling reception service for such a nice hotel. For 1.5 days the hot water system in the whole building also failed to function, without any notifications given to guests by staff, making it very uncomfortable in the middle of winter.

Studio is well designed and size is perfect for 2 adults. Bus stops are next to door. It is perfet for budget travellers. Location is far from all tourist attractions. Nearest underground station is a long walk. Area is dead at night unlike other areas in london. Furniture needs renovation. Took time to find me booking and assigned a twin bed to us while our booking was for a double room.they had to come next day and change beds which was disturbing.

Very good location. Good value in that my family could prepare simple meals. The apartment was extremely tight for a family of four. Also, the staff seemed a bit confused when I told them that a package was waiting for me upon arrival. They found it eventually. And the staff should automatically offer to give instructions to connect to wifi!

The location is unbeatable. It is 10 minutes walk to Kensington High Street and 5 minutes to the museums. It is also on the Piccadilly line which you can take direct to Heathrow. I thought the room was really good. Modern with good facilities, it wasn't huge but for the price I don't think you can expect much more and when you are out and about sightseeing all day it doesn't really matter. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for my requirements. Room 307 definitely needs new beds! The linen was nice but the bed springs were gone so when you sat on it you almost touched the ground!

Stayed at the 1-bedroom appt. They said at the check-in that we will have 2 full-day cleanling per week and everyday light cleaning of towels and bins. That was hell!!!! We even asked them about their definition of Full cleaning!! As we came into the room, the plates were where exactly where left, towels in the living area on floor and food left to be trashed next to bin in another trash bag ( because there were no space) left as it is and definitely smells!! When we called the reception, they said it is noted u had cleaning today and the guy insisted on this. Not to mention that this is after we complained at the reception the night before that we need full "PROPER" cleaning because what we got was completely inappropriate.

Conveniently located and clean! We travelled with our children and stayed in a 4 bed apartment. The bedroom and bathroom had no windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic. This meant we gave the chidlren the beds and we used the sleeper sofa in the living area.

The location is quiet but not off the beaten track as you are very close to the museums and Harrods. The facilities are excellent for families with small children. We upgraded to a large studio which had ample room for 4 and a small kitchen which proved very useful when travelling with toddlers. There are also lots of useful shops within easy walking distance for last minute essentials.
