right next to Imperial College where I was meant to be for 3 days. no wireless internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby. Free internet access in rooms though, but via a modem and an ethernet cable (broken on one end...). No breakfast. |

Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. kitchen although tiny was well equipped. The carpet and sofa bed upholstery was filthy. The kitchen was unventilated and hot so it would have been impossible to cook comfortably. The reception staff changed constantly and communication was poor. They tried to charge me an extra £50 for third night due to staff not taking a copy of voucher. I phoned hotel direct to request twin beds but they gave me a double. |

It was close to the tubes and to the museems It took a very long time to check in. guy at reception was not friendl, no welcome, no greeting, I had odered another bed through the internet and phoned to ensure I could actually get the bed; I noticed that I hadnt been charged for the extra bed upon paying/entering so said I had ordered one and was told I could pay when I left. No extra bed in room, so went down to say and was told one would be sent up. I made 3 phone calls to reception because the bed still had not arrived, was told on my last phone call that he was by himself and would bring one up as soon as he had cover (9.55pm), at 10.05 he phoned the room to say there were no beds left, no apology. So 5 of us slept badly in 4 beds |

The location of this hotel is good.If you like to cook, that is enough facility including a dish washer. This hotel is clean and the staffs are polite and efficient. I am quite suprised that we were arranged to live in a room with a stair to go to the bedroom, but I think it may not be suitable for old people or young kids. |

More freedom, than a traditional hotel. Fridge and cooking facilities are an aid to a better independant experience. |

Location and ability to self-cater. Disappointed that the room wasn't serviced during our five night stay. In particular the bin in the kitchen was not emptied and a dish-washer tablet was provided only on the day of arrival, and not replaced. |

Proximity to tube station and supermarket The kitchen was very small and unbearably hot - the fridge was also warm. |

Kitchen was well designed and equipped Initial room allocated was rediculously small so we had to pay extra for a larger room. Upholstery on chairs was worn out and bedspreads needed a good wash. General cleanliness was poor |

the good position in the city the hotel parking for the car was too much expensive, also the other parking near the hotel were too much expensive. The hotel is good if you are without car. |

The location is excellent. Close to the many attractions including the concert at Royal Albert Hall, convenient for shopping or dining, and safe. The cleanliness is a problem. The room wasn't properly kept with mold and dust. The dishwasher has broken down and caused a flood on the kitchen floor. |

Convenience, proximity to Albert Hall, Hyde Park and Shops in Kensington. Good food shops nearby meant we could easily buy breakfast the night befire to produce from our kitchen in the morning. The twin beds were old and very narrow. Ok for one night only. |

I liked the responsiveness of the personnel, because they had to upgrade my room without extra charges, as they had not seen the reservation I made through booking.com! when I came there were no rooms left of my category.. Advice: double verify your reservation by phone ! more careful handling the reservations |
