Citadines Apart'hotel South Kensington

Sijainti oli erinomainen, kauppaliikkeitä lähikadulla, metroasema lähellä samoin kuin mm. Victoria ja Albert museo ja Luonnonhistoriallinen museo. Huone tilava, keittiönurkkauksessa tarvittavat välineet.

Ikkunan säätömekanismi ei toiminut, sen sai kuitenkin auki asettamalla kirjan ikkunan rakoon.

Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja hotelli oli kohtuu halpa.

Hotelli oli liian moderni, joten alussa en tajunnu miten esim. valot toimii. Mielestäni olisi voinut olla joku ohje suoraan tullessa hotellihuoneeseen sisään, että kortti pitää tungea lukijaan, jotta valot syttyy. Meni vähän aikaa tajuta se.

Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen (astiasto jne.) ruoanlaittoa varten. Huone oli tilava kahdelle hengelle. Sijainti erinomainen. Erillinen WC ja kylpyhuone on hyvä ratkaisu.

Höyhentyynyt eivät sopineet meille allergian vuoksi. Roskikset voisi tyhjentää päivittäin huoneista.

The hotel staff was very corteous and helpful.

The hotel room looked nothing like the online pictures and for that price I felt the value was not worth the money. The sofabed was stained and old.

The independence and value

I wasn'y really impressed that the receptionist was wholely in tune with her job.

The duplex room was convenient

The decor was shabby.

Location was good, room size and faciilties were excellent for the price in London.

Heating was set too high for summertime

Proximity to the tube and the area is safe.

Housekeeping did not do their part. The room was not made up, the items that needed replenishing were not replenished and a report that the TV was not working properly went unheeded.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to get to other places of interest in Kensington area and is quite close to the tube station. One reception staff there is nice. The room is quite comfortable to stay.

I stayed there for nine nights and they didn't refill any toilet tissues ior replace towels. They should provide washing up liquid in the kitchen as it is not economical to use the dish washing machine after each meal. They should also put hooks in the kitchen for hanging kitchen towels.

It was well located and excellent for famillies

The Hotel was well situated and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel.

The room was tatty and not in a good state of repair. Facilities were dated and basic. I requested a room change but the hotel could not accommodate us.

Very central hotel - nice and clean

I booked 3, 4 person apartments, however on arrival we were told that we had been given 6 twin rooms instead. We were not very pleased as we specifically wanted 4 girls to a room as we were on a hen do. The hotel receptionist was very unhelpful and frankly useless.
