Citadines Apart'hotel South Kensington

Erittäin hyvä sijainti, lähellä Natural History Museum, Hyde park, Gloucester road metroasema. Hyvä kahvila lähellä sekä ravintoita ja lähikauppoja. Rauhallinen alue.

Nuhruiset kokolattiamatot.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti ja metro lähellä, hyvä yhteys esim. lentokentälle. Hyvä ruokakauppa lähellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja rauhallinen hotelli.

Kahvinkeitin puuttui.

Sijainti oli erinomainen, kauppaliikkeitä lähikadulla, metroasema lähellä samoin kuin mm. Victoria ja Albert museo ja Luonnonhistoriallinen museo. Huone tilava, keittiönurkkauksessa tarvittavat välineet.

Ikkunan säätömekanismi ei toiminut, sen sai kuitenkin auki asettamalla kirjan ikkunan rakoon.

Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja hotelli oli kohtuu halpa.

Hotelli oli liian moderni, joten alussa en tajunnu miten esim. valot toimii. Mielestäni olisi voinut olla joku ohje suoraan tullessa hotellihuoneeseen sisään, että kortti pitää tungea lukijaan, jotta valot syttyy. Meni vähän aikaa tajuta se.

Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen (astiasto jne.) ruoanlaittoa varten. Huone oli tilava kahdelle hengelle. Sijainti erinomainen. Erillinen WC ja kylpyhuone on hyvä ratkaisu.

Höyhentyynyt eivät sopineet meille allergian vuoksi. Roskikset voisi tyhjentää päivittäin huoneista.

I liked the position of the hotel. Unfortunately that was the only thing that was worth the money.

The rooms are getting cleaned once a week, which is rediculous !!! If you want a clean room, you have to pay extra charge. Also, the living room and the bedroom are on different floors in the appartments, but they are connected with a gap between them (the bedroom is like a balconey and every smell from the kitchen comes straight to the bedroom.) Also, if 4 people decide to use 1 appartment, they are actually sleeping in one and the same room but on different levels of this room. So the hotel is absolutely unsuitable for people who snore for example.

i liked the fact that it cost waaaay more than what you get in return

it had this old musty smell it was real bad in room

Clean rooms, Excellant food,

Parking was in a very small underground car park , didn't live up to the rest of the Hotel

right next to Imperial College where I was meant to be for 3 days.

no wireless internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby. Free internet access in rooms though, but via a modem and an ethernet cable (broken on one end...). No breakfast.

Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. kitchen although tiny was well equipped.

The carpet and sofa bed upholstery was filthy. The kitchen was unventilated and hot so it would have been impossible to cook comfortably. The reception staff changed constantly and communication was poor. They tried to charge me an extra £50 for third night due to staff not taking a copy of voucher. I phoned hotel direct to request twin beds but they gave me a double.

Very convenient location

The location of this hotel is good.If you like to cook,that is enough facility including a dish washer.This hotel is clean and the staffs are polite and efficient.

I am quite suprised that we were arranged to live in a room with a stair to go to the bedroom,but I think it may not be suitable for old people or young kids.

Location and ability to self-cater.

Disappointed that the room wasn't serviced during our five night stay. In particular the bin in the kitchen was not emptied and a dish-washer tablet was provided only on the day of arrival, and not replaced.
