Citadines Apart'hotel South Kensington

O Hotel é péssimo!!!!!Fui embora no dia seguinte; para um hotel,no qual pelo mesmo preço tinhamos café da manha e ar CONDICIONADO!!!!!Hilton Holand Avenue.A Reserva foi feita de maneira errada, e o quarto que nos esperava nao tinha espaço para a terceira cama, fui obrigada a dormir no estudio para 4 pessoas que custava mais caro do que eu pretendia.

O hotel tem que trocar absolutamenta tudo para poder ser um tres estrelas, mobilia velha, carpete nojento, quarto no andar de cima sem janela e sem ar condicionado, ou qualquer tipo de ventilaçao

The location was great - close to underground and the neighbourhood was perfect - good food shopping, good restaurants and pubs. Our room at the back of the building was very quiet.

I have just one very minor complaint: It was hot when we were in London. We thought the staff could have been a little bit more forthcoming with offering fans to those of us who were sweltering in our rooms. However when we asked if we could rent a fan they brought one to our room within 5 minutes - and it was free.

Inconvenience of bedroom on second floor, could not open door where bed was placed.

The location was perfect for our visit to the theatre and a Mayfair restaurant. Kitchen facilities were an added bonus.

I liked the apartment atmosphere. It made staying with a family much easier. Having room to move around, a kitchen and a seperate bedroom really helped while staying in a hotel with three children.

The room was quite grungy. The shower needed cleaning and repair. The cold water in the bathroom had very little pressure. The couch and the chairs were so dirty we felt it necessary to put down towels before we sat down. Also, the front office staff was not friendly. When asked a question they acted as if we were bothering them and they would rather be left alone.

Pleasant helpful staff. Hotel well laid out. Facilities good with small kitchen. Close to tube station, and all central points.

Very small point - it would have been good to have washing up liquid and dishwash tablets without needing to ask.
