Citadines Apart'hotel South Kensington

A localização, perto do metrô, comércio farto e variado (inclusive supermercado), restaurantes, local aprazível e seguro. A internet funciona perfeitamente e muito bem.

A expressão "apart" em Londres implica na consideração de que os serviços costumeiros em hotel, tais como limpeza, reposição de insumos (sabonete, papel higiênico, lençóis, toalhas) e outros, são executados uma vez na semana, o que no Brasil é inconcebível.

O Hotel é péssimo!!!!!Fui embora no dia seguinte; para um hotel,no qual pelo mesmo preço tinhamos café da manha e ar CONDICIONADO!!!!!Hilton Holand Avenue.A Reserva foi feita de maneira errada, e o quarto que nos esperava nao tinha espaço para a terceira cama, fui obrigada a dormir no estudio para 4 pessoas que custava mais caro do que eu pretendia.

O hotel tem que trocar absolutamenta tudo para poder ser um tres estrelas, mobilia velha, carpete nojento, quarto no andar de cima sem janela e sem ar condicionado, ou qualquer tipo de ventilaçao

Bad smell in the kitchen, no ventilation. Lack of access to International TV networks

It was close to the tubes and to the museems

It took a very long time to check in. guy at reception was not friendl, no welcome, no greeting, I had odered another bed through the internet and phoned to ensure I could actually get the bed; I noticed that I hadnt been charged for the extra bed upon paying/entering so said I had ordered one and was told I could pay when I left. No extra bed in room, so went down to say and was told one would be sent up. I made 3 phone calls to reception because the bed still had not arrived, was told on my last phone call that he was by himself and would bring one up as soon as he had cover (9.55pm), at 10.05 he phoned the room to say there were no beds left, no apology. So 5 of us slept badly in 4 beds

More freedom, than a traditional hotel. Fridge and cooking facilities are an aid to a better independant experience.

Proximity to tube station and supermarket

The kitchen was very small and unbearably hot - the fridge was also warm.

the hotel parking for the car was too much expensive, also the other parking near the hotel were too much expensive. The hotel is good if you are without car.

No air conditioning; hotel personnel very remote; bathroom and furniture in need of refreshment; kitchen exceedingly hot because of malfunctioning frigde

Staff very friendly, kitchen equipped, rooms clean. Excellent location, near to underground and 24 hours market.
