The location and the ambiance of the hotel. Most of the staff except for the man during the evening was very rude! We'd like to know where if there was a Nando's restruatn around the area and eh jsut brush the anser to us saying I dont know. We just arrived at the hotel and we were very hungry. He did not even dare to check the internet. |

Fantastic location just off Trafalgar Square. Great price. Basic facilities but everything you needed. Comfortable beds and clean throughout. The shower had absolutely no power whatsoever. |

The location was excellent and the hotel apartment was enough spacious for three people. The internet was free of charge. There was no cleaning service during our stay. For three days no change of linen and towels. The staff was not so friendly. They asked us to pay off for our entire stay upon our arrival (chek-in), eventhough they had our credit card. The shower was broken. |

The location was ideal for the westend and cultural sites. The staff I encountered were not very approachable. The room was ideal apart from the overwhelming tobacco smoke smell, most unpleasent. Room 007 M. |

Central location, speed of check in /out, very low hassle factor, good value. Definite improvement to have external door control. Very minor housekeeping issues - internet cables were worn and needed replacement. |

Excellent location, clean and tidy, very good value for money The third bedroom was a living room, too, so two of us had to sleep on a sofa bed. |

I liked the fact that there was ample space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, that the apartment contained everything needed for our stay. The addition of the car park was also welcomed. Location was superb, and the Tesco on the corner made self catering even more easy! |

Good for family stay, all together, big living room. Central - but still the voices did not disturb. Cleaning could be done every second day. A bit more things in kitchen, now had to wach after every use. |

Exceptional location: close to every thing. The free access to E-Mail was much appreciated. The staff at the counter was very helpful. The rugs are old and tainted. More plates and utensils are required. |

The location was excellent and although the facilities were only basic for London they were good value for money We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was inconvenient that the bathroom on 2nd floor did not have a toilet - only toilet was on 1st floor |

The hotel offered us great comfort regarding the price and comparing to most of the hotels of the same price level. We had a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, which was absolutely suitable for all 4 of us. For a 2-day shopping trip to london, we probably couldn't book anything better (we didn't want to spend too much money though). |
