Great hotel in terms of location and facilities. Small kitchen can save you $$ and time, if you are not a fan of english breakfasts. Would highly recommend it for budget-wise trips to young couples and families. Shower didn't work properly and blankets need replacement. |

Location was excellent. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good value city trip accommodation for a family of four |

There was actually nothing that all 8 of us like about this hotel. The beds was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, and that was all the beds. The shower was ok if you don't mind it trickling and having to take about 1 hour for a shower - and with 5 in one room and 3 in another thats a lot of wasted time so we had to do with a wash, thank god we were only there for 1 night. |

Location is excellent The apartment is in serious need of an update, very dated. Also it wasn't overly clean. It wasn't made clear that the 2nd double bed was a pull out bed - and this was very difficult to set up. The Hi-Fi did not work. |

It is a very convenient located hotel with friendly staff as long you don't complicate things. Facilities useful and a very nice wireless internet system that helps guest who need to work in the rooms Cleaning the room only after a stay of a minimum of seven days is one of those things that should be avoided. I understand the need to help the environment and refrain change the bed sheets to often but a week is way to long and of course using wet towels is not very nice, specially in Winter. |

It was a convenient location for the places we visited The hotel car park was full on our arrival, so we had to go looking for some where to park the car |

Ease of access, position in London, staff. May stay again this year if a good rate Couldn't find a frying pan in kitchen - would have been useful, also an extra blanket in winter |

Reasonable price (for central London) in very good location, just south of Trafalgar Square and with super-easy access to everything, either on foot or by public transit. The room was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were generous without displacing too much space in a studio apartment. The bed was essentially a sleeper-sofa cot ... not the most comfortable (though not awful), and it filled most of the room when folded out. There is no housekeeping service for stays of a few days. |

The best location in London. Facilities included kitchenette, heating and air conditioning, safe, balcony, large bathroom and cupboards. Strongly recommend this hotel. Free internet access. Was not aware that the bed was a sofa bed, however it was very comfortable. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
This is one of London's best centrally located hotels, on the edge of London's famed 'Theatreland' and close to cosmopolitan Covent Garden. |
For over 100 years, The Royal Horseguards has graced the banks of the Thames with its elegant, imposing presence. Its architectural heritage has earned it Grade I listed status. |
This luxury hotel is in the heart of the fashionable London area of Knightsbridge. |
