The location is excellent for tourists as it is so close to a range of sights and sites. We enjoyed the proximity to and ability to walk to the Thames, Westminster, The London Eye, Gardens and Trafalgar Square etc. Transport to & from is very easy with the Underground just a short stroll away. The facilities are adequate and roomy although a little dated. The black out curtains were excellent. The rooms provided all the amenities that we required. The use of the kitchenette was welcomed as we were able to arrange our our breakfast and little meals etc. The free coffee and chocolate drinks in the foyer was very nice. Access to free WiFi is a great service to all and the access to a pc and printer in the foyer is great for last minute planning and airline booking / boarding passes etc. The staff were excellent and very helpful and they provided useful tips about local transport etc. Very comfortable stay in an excellent location. Value for money!! We would stay here again. The carpet is dated and this takes the shine off the place. Otherwise the Hotel was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Quiet & clean rooms. hallways smelled unpleasant at times . rugs in hallways stained & and doorways need painting. luckily the shabbiness of the hallways did not reflect in the room.

Location was excellent, very central for most major facilities, and close to the underground network. The concept of having a kitcken and the possibility of eating in rather than finding a restaurant was a new concept to us and was attractive if we intend to come to London for a show.

Overall my stay with the two apartment I booked was very good. The biggest problem was that room 811 did not get cleaned at all on Saturday, so when we got back we then had to call housekeeping, and the receptionist on the phone said that all rooms received only basic cleaning. Well even that wasn't carried out initially hence our complaint, however room 809 was beautifully maintained and cleaned so I do not inderstand how there can be this huge discrepency.

They allowed me to use a room after I'd completed the London Marathon to shower and change at no additional charge - a great facility, thanks! Tv not working even after this was reported to the hotel staff; they could not get it to work.

The location. Gym was a joke, 2 weights, one dvd/no dvd player. Apart from the location the hotel was 2-star at best. Nothing was supplied. No coffee/tea, no bottle of water. OK for young people on a budget.

It was very central, and functional, and gave you a freedom from normal hotel service process. More cooking utensils needed. Limited as to what you can do with one pot! Also on arrival was asked to switch hotels due to a small flood, which I declined. Would have been better to make this request prior to arrival.

It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a brief visit to London. The room we stayed in was great; clean, modern looking and luxurious interior design. The location is excellent and very convenient to public transportation. It is only a 5-min walk to Leicester Square. The best part of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Citadines we had a great time!!!

The hotel had been recently been refurbishes in fact I think had just opened its doors again. It was done very well in the new style look of just slightly minimalist, it was very comfortable and well appointed. Good bathroom, and kirchenette. The only thing was the tiny window that you could not see out was a definite draw back. However this was an excellent hotel, well run, and finished to a high standard that you do not see often in London. Very central for business and indeed to the tube and also for sightseeing. Just, that the tiny wondow in the bedroom which you could not see out of gave it a prison like feeling in the otherwise well designed bedroom or studio which I had.

Location, Location, Location! It was newly remolded, clean and comfortable. It's like living in a Studio apartment. Toilet is seperate room from tub, shower & sink. The tub is a bit high. The living room area has a flatscreen tv, microwave, stovetop, sink, flatware, toaster, dishes, table for 2, and a couch which lets out into a bed. The bedroom doesn't have a TV; it has a closet with hangers and not alot of walking room because of the bedsize; so take a laptop. It has towels, extra linen. Almost, everything is within walking distance. Tube, London Eye, Seaworld, 24hr market, Parliment, Bookstore, Resteraunts, park, Mcdonald's, a Theater. Book your stay online it will save you 400/600 US dollars. Take xtra electrical socket converters the hotel only provides one (if your appliances are 220 or 110). If you fly into lhr it's a 30 to 40min drive or take the tube to Embarkment and its a 3min walk from the stop. If you want to eat at Hardrock cafe call in advance the wait is ridiculous. Try to avoid taxis; take the tube it's cheaper, easy and efficient. Buy the card and add money. Take walking shoes, shades. You must go to Harrods and window shop or shop. Take Lysol and airfreshners for the hotel. It may still have fumes from the paint. No carpet inside the rooms, hardwood floors. Don't buy the hotel breakfast go to the Bakery or Mickey D's; it's more economical. You'll enjoy your staying. There's plenty to do! Almost everybody is friendly. No complaints. If you're expecting pure overpriced spa luxury and embiance, then, go to the Savoy, Ritz or Hilton Area. If, you want affordable luxury on a budget this is your place!!!

1) The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to most shopping areas within the city. 2) it is definitely value for money especially with its generous sized room and facilities (ie kitchenette and amenities) 3) you have free access to wifi, printer and especially good coffee throughout the day 1) The breakfast spread was too limited for the price charged. Better off to run to the cafe's closeby for breakfast.
