Good location and studio premier rooms great

Location, location, location! Right in the middle of everything. Couldn't ask for a better area. Rooms were clean and comfortable for our family of five.

Parking. While the hotel states there is limited parking, if you get there before check-in time, you can't get a card to go into the car park. Then after getting into the parking area, I found it very tight to manuever around in our Ford Escape. So much so that I ended up running into a column in the middle of the structure. If you are arriving in a large vechicle, be prepared.

Location, location, location!! This was in the perfect spot to explore London. We didn't use a tube as everything was in within walking distance. I was down here with the family (wife, 9/11 year old children) for the marathon and it made the weekend logistical heaven. Very pricey but you will understand why when you see we're you are.

The price, but as a treat it was worth if in the end. It is not a five star apartment though just a clean modern 3 star in a 5 star location.

Helpful staff. Clean stylish atmosphere. Fantastic location. The rooms are well equipped, nicely presented and clutter free. Secure in that you need your key to access the building at night, and your floor (via the lift)

The mattresses were too firm and we struggled to get a good night's sleep.

Bathroom has been separated into two parts, one part in the first floor, the second part in the second floor of the appartment.

It was very central. The rooms were spacious and clean.

- centrally located - relaxed atmosphere - clean

- decor rather uninspiring - room on the small side for an "apartment" - felt a bit overpriced

to have little kichinett and free coffee machine on entrance.

it was so cold in the room. reception give us a card to let in room but clean girl take off every day and when we arrive it was really too cold and we had a little room.

Location was great, apartment was big enough for the people it slept. Kitchen/ bathroom had all the essentials you would need.

Not enough hot water for 4 people to shower.

Great location, very central to lots of attractions. Very friendly staff and rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need for a city break. We got early checkin which was fab after our early flight!
