Citadines Apart'hotel Trafalgar

Jätin jo palautelapun. Muutan arviotani (excellent) check-outia sen verran, että vaikka palvelu oli nopeaa ja asiallisen ystävällistä, niin jokin meni pieleen. Ks. ystävällisesti seuraava kohta.

Sunnuntaina 1.11.09 aamupäivänä satoi kaatamalla. Kysyin, voisiko hotellin respa tilata taksin. Hän soitti jonnekin, ja kertoi etten yksinäisenä matkustajana voi saada taksia, juuri huonon sään takia. Hän neuvoi minua kävelemään suuren matkalaukun kanssa kaatosateessa Trafalgar squarelle taksitolpalle. Käveltyäni hetken (kastuen) kadulla, näin monta vapaata taksia, ja pääsin yhden kyytiin "lennosta". Kuljettaja ihmetteli kovasti respan toimintaa ja arveli syynä olleen sen, ettei respa halunnut tulla ulos saattamaan minua sateenvarjolla ja kastumaan itse. Tällaista saattamista en toki olisi pyytänyt, ei olisi tullut edes mieleeni.

Hotelli on todella hyvällä paikalla Lontoon keskustassa, suuri osa nähtävyyksistä kävelymatkan päässä ja bussi/metroyhteydet aivan hotellin vierestä.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was comfortable! Also the prices are normal!

the room was clean enough when we arrived there but nobody came to clean during our stay.

2 minute walk to the tube, great location from night life. Good value for money.

Good for family stay, all together, big living room. Central - but still the voices did not disturb.

Cleaning could be done every second day. A bit more things in kitchen, now had to wach after every use.

The location was excellent and although the facilities were only basic for London they were good value for money

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was inconvenient that the bathroom on 2nd floor did not have a toilet - only toilet was on 1st floor

The location was perfect for our trip. we were able to access the west end and many of Londons sights easily.

coffee and tea in redception. litte kitchens good. everything wax clean

shower pressure virtually non existent, so was unable to shower... This is a basic requirement of any hotel room. Pull out beds uncomfortable

Very good because we could fit our family of 5 in and this is hard to find in London. Liked separate bedrooms and kitchenette.

Not quite enough pots or pans to cook with--we needed a frying pan. No internet access from room. Should have given us more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and one tablet for dishwasher.

Overall good hotel, good location

Separate kitchen. Facilities in the room and in the hotel generally. The location was excellent.

I only stayed two nights but there was no servicing of the room at all. The bed settee would have put me off if there had been two of us
