Location excellent nearby Trafalgar Square, internet access in the room, good service at frontdesk, no noise at all No cleaning and changing towels in 5 days! You have to pay for it seperately and they didn't tell us in front. The sleaping couch (pull out bed) in de room wasn't comfortable, so we didn't sleep well at all. No extra blankets or pillows |

Goede service bij terugbezorgen i-pod die we op de kamer hadden laten liggen! Kamer was moeilijk warm te stoken, was nogal tochtig, maar met de verstrekte extra dekens ging het goed. |

Goede ligging. 4 pers.appartement was ruim genoeg. Er waren geen extra dekens. Wij wilden zonder verwarming aan slapen en werden 's nachts wakker van de kou. |

goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, geen lawaai in het hotel drukke baan, elektriciteit werkte niet op de 2de dag en kaartsleutel ook niet, het was wel vlug in orde |

very central location and secure on site parking no toaster in self catering room was annoying. breakfast very expensive considering the abundance of alternative eating places nearby |

Great hotel in terms of location and facilities. Small kitchen can save you $$ and time, if you are not a fan of english breakfasts. Would highly recommend it for budget-wise trips to young couples and families. Shower didn't work properly and blankets need replacement. |

There was actually nothing that all 8 of us like about this hotel. The beds was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, and that was all the beds. The shower was ok if you don't mind it trickling and having to take about 1 hour for a shower - and with 5 in one room and 3 in another thats a lot of wasted time so we had to do with a wash, thank god we were only there for 1 night. |

Location is excellent The apartment is in serious need of an update, very dated. Also it wasn't overly clean. It wasn't made clear that the 2nd double bed was a pull out bed - and this was very difficult to set up. The Hi-Fi did not work. |

It is a very convenient located hotel with friendly staff as long you don't complicate things. Facilities useful and a very nice wireless internet system that helps guest who need to work in the rooms Cleaning the room only after a stay of a minimum of seven days is one of those things that should be avoided. I understand the need to help the environment and refrain change the bed sheets to often but a week is way to long and of course using wet towels is not very nice, specially in Winter. |

the hotel was central to londons attractions i thought the hotel was a little expensive as there were 3 of us in a room priced for 4 |
