Nothing. Batroom was clean.
Bed sheets weren't clean, looked old. There was no TV remote. Batroom was TINY! Blinds were broken. NO PHONE RECETION!
Needs a lot of maintenance! And a complete refresh.
Cramped room. Broken window. No facility's whatsoever. Expected a room adequate for 3. Got a triple bunk in a tiny room. Had the choice of three bathrooms to share with other rooms. One had no shower head on the shower and the shower screen was actually in the bath. The other one was covered in mould and the third was so tiny and shower was hard to temp control so either freezing or boiling. Beds were so springy. Came out aching.
The window didn't shut properly, went and told the staff and was told none of them do?? I went outside to inspect and my room window was the only one open?? (Must think i'm thick) also my room was at the front so heavy traffic flow all night.... The TV was on the same wall the bunk bed was up against?? So unless u slept on the top single bunk (which we didn't as couldn't) u couldn't see tv. The wardrobe had no clothes rail. The room was £75!! Not even a kettle in the room!! £75 an i couldn't even make a hot drink to warm up as it was freezing in there with an open window!! Tiny room aswell!! Fuming!!
Nothing, there were people smoking weed outside , swearing ++++ filthy rooms and corridors
Everything . Have photos which I need to upload as I want a refund sue to very poor service . Matteo poured water onto our mattress as we complained of poor standards , blocked showers , etc
Have a rest and few drinks in the back garden.
Toilets... were shared between 8 of us. Only a double room had their own toilet. Triple room? Thats not what we expected either.
Last minute book
The cleanliness was very poor. There was a lot of hair under the duvet. The mattress was damp, there was urine marks in the shower. There wasnt enought toilet roll and finally it was clearly stated room for 2 we had one towel
the room is very small, not clean, no bed sheet
This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.
Room was tiny and grubby. Parking on front was not user friendly.
I stayed there for a night with my little boy and his father, we woke in the morning and went to have a shower, however ther shower was playing up and I tried to call Reception but there was no one there. I left to voice message but no one called me back. I was very disappointed and had to wait around for a while until I was able to try and get the shower working. Managed to get it producing hot water but it was lot consistent and I ended up being cooked by extremely hot water at one point. Also they provided two tower for three people and as there was no one at the desk I was unable to do anything about it.
The mattress on the bed, and the pillow, and the bed sheet they use to cover the mattress is very poor.
Had a car park.
Male member of staff very unhelpful.
We were given a room that was meant for 3 people, however, could barely fit 2! Room was tiny with very old bunk bed, no toilet or drink making facilities as these were shared with several other rooms. Common areas of the hot were filthy and although the staff member was polite, at no point did we actually feel welcome or wanted in the hotel. Really disappointed for the price we paid!
The location to the citi centre with being able to park
The rooms was small the shower was small and only was given one little towel the bedding looked old
The place was not as it seemed online. The shared bathroom idea is so gross. The staff seemed disorganized, the room we stayed in didn't have a wardrobe and the heating was non-functional, so was cold throughout our stay.It is the worst place i have stayed at in my life and wont recommend it to anyone.
the location was central
noisy environment, untidy room cleaned once in a week, the sheets were not change during my stay.
The (Italian ) staff were fantastic
The price was good, but the overall feel and look of the place is grotty.
My main bugbear was with the person who I presume is the manager. He was extremely rude and sarcastic.
Everything I wouldn't stay here again! And I wouldn't recommended it unless you watch to catch something!!
no tea coffee facilities in room, room very small, half a bottle of shampoo in shower, sides of bed filthy, electrical fittings loose, no shower mat and only one very small towel.
Friendly staff .
No tv or kettle in room breakfast was £5 for tea & toast !
Dave. His attitude, manner and hospitaility are the worst I've ever encountered at a hotel. Didn't welcome us when we arrived, turned out it was because he was ashamed (hopefully) that he had to break the news he double booked all his rooms. He didn't apologise, just made excuses, he did phone around and find another hotel with a spare room, however it cost us more. There were people wandering around looking high on meth or something. Over all we were quite glad we couldn't stay there. Would not recommend this hotel, and hopefully I dont have to think about it ever again.
They double booked us even though we've had it booked 3 months in advance. Had to transfer us, the new place had street parking which we were hesitant about anyway, someone smashed into my car when we could've had a secure car park. Completely disappointed.
