Not much - the room was clean. However, per your website the room was advertised as being 'en-suite'. My understanding of en-suite rooms is that the bathroom is private for those staying in the room - not shared amongst several people. Also, the bathroom was dirty, smelt and there was plaster falling off the ceiling. The experience was so bad that we actually half way through the night.

I booked ensuite - it wasn't the case. I booked hotel bedroom - I was given a tiny box room in the terraced house! I wanted breakfast - all I got was cheapest coffee going and bread with mould. I wanted a VAT receipt - never got one. To sum up: it's a joke that such a property is listed on booking.com and I will take further steps to ensure trading standards are aware of their business conduct.

The receptionist,who was very helpful

Small room,no hot water, no fire alarm, no fire extinghiser,owner in room next door who was smoking so fumes came into room ,he also put us in room knowing there was no hot water and when asked refused to come out of his room and told us to go to reception, which we had already done,he kept us awake running up the stairs and clearing his phlem !!!!!!!!!!!!! dont ask.disgusting hotel

This hotel was very low standard for the price.Desceptive advertising, Hotel was an 10 pound taxi ride out of town. Staffing levels poor and given phone number to call if needed help. No one available for checkout. Disorganized. Facilities poor, Bathroom cleanliness appauling dirt in bath, plumming poor. Doors were stiff and difficult to close.I will not recommend or use this service again.

The staff were friendly

The hotel is not in a very nice area of Manchester. The television did not work in my room. There was no plug for the sink and there was no soap.

Cheap price... thats it. The pictures look great, but closely cropped to look better than real life.

This is not a hotel rather a converted terrace house. I booked the superior room and i should have known when the reception staff said, 'oh, that's the one with the ensuite !' A weird experience, but ok if you need to sleep cheap.
