Citi Park Hotel  

The hotel was basic but clean, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was ideal for using as a base for a trip into Manchester.

The staff were very friendly. If you asked for something they tried to assist.

The staff didn't seem to know much about the hotel business and their offerings. Breakfast was just toast or cereal and self service. The rooms looked unfinished and bed sheets didn't appear very clean and fresh.

First of all, the price, £14.50 for a double room. The staff was so friendly, the room was clean, totally worth every penny. Never done a review before but this hotel's staff deserve it.. Give it a try people...

The room is a bit cold, and not suitable if you are a light sleeper, because the main road is just beside so it may be a disadvantage for those who are light sleeper.

The hotel staff were brilliant, there was 12 of us that travelled there for my 21st birthday and we enjoyed every second of it! They accommodated for all of us! The rooms were basic but practical for what we needed. The beds were comfy and the rooms were in excellent condition! In the morning a few of the party went for breakfast and you are suppose to order the night before however the brilliant hosts made them breakfast! would definitely return!

Staff were extremely welcoming and proactive in answering questions and solving problems. WiFi was free. The room was modern and clean.

The room was cold with only one small storage heater in a large room. The shower tray filled quickly and had be abandoned so it did not overflow.

The lady who was running the hotel for the owner was very nice and pleasant.

The hotel itself was nothing at all like the picture on the booking site..Infact it was dirty, the sink, bed and floor was dirty. The room was very small and it certainly was not worth the money. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone

Excellent value for money, only 15 minutes in the car to get to local shops, 20 minutes for Trafford Park and Trafford Shopping Centre. Breakfast not included in price but the extra to pay was also good value and the breakfast was good.

There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room but that could be the new management have experienced things being stolen which is a shame. Some of the rooms were cramped but in saying that still clean and comfortable beds.

Cheap with pleasant staff. No road noise in my room

I had to phone them to get in as the door was locked (this was at 4pm) and the bell didn't work. Toilet flush mechanism broken so that it ran water constantly. Strange noises as of doors opening all night. Breakfast not available. Rough area.

Near the City Centre, good ample rear safe parking with plenty of space.

Upon arrival, the reception stank of cigarettes and the rooms were nothing like the photos on the website. There were no coffee facilities in the room and the coffee we purchased was very unpleasant. We had to wait for our room whilst a clothes rail was fitted in the wardrobe. The bed was clean but the blinds were all snapped and broken. Not a pleasant stay at all, the experience was more than that of a hostel than a hotel.

Clean and quiet. Ideally located for buses into the City and more importantly to me Sportcity(Velodrome)

They offered free wifi, but it was not working. We reserved a double room, but they didn't have it. They gave us a small room with a bunk bed, difficult for a mature couple. There was not hot water in the shower. Bathrooms are shared by various rooms.

Une véritable arnaque !!! Ne réservez jamais ici, une fois présent à l’hôtel le réceptionniste vous annonce qu'aucune chambre n'est disponible car il a pris trop de réservation !! Receptionniste qui ne se preoccupe en rien des clients, qui se moque d'eux . a ne pas aller

Мне очень понравилось вежливое и внимательное обслуживание персонала. Выполнение просьб. Удобное расположение недалеко от центральной дороги в северной части города. Наличие Интернета в номере и смесителей горячей и холодной воды.

Холод в номере. Батарея маленькая и плохо прогревает помещение.

L'accueil a été très agréable et le réceptionniste présent a vraiment été serviable. Le calme qui y régnait était aussi positif (ma chambre donnait sur un parc). Le petit-déjeuner a aussi été positif.

Les toilettes à l'étage, et peut-être la taille de la chambre.

Das Hotel war wirklich günstig und, entgegen der Meinungen aus dem Internet, wirklich sauber, ruhig und wirklich niedlich.

Estoy arrepentido de haber escogido este hostal durante dos días. Por un lado, los encargados no parecen preocuparse mucho. Las instalaciones mal. Pone que internet funciona y no es así (al menos cuando yo he estado, y me era casi indispensable para mis papeleos) y la ducha no se ponía caliente en uno de los baños. Además, no sé si estarían en obras pero olía a carpintería. Por otro lado, la ubicación regular tirando a mal, ya que para ir el centro hay que coger autobús y es un poco lío. Sinceramente, no recomendado.

Apparently your service did not inform them about my stay and they were over booked. Instead of staying in a single room with an en suite I was in a room with bunk beds, a remote control that didn't work, no bin and the bed itself felt like it was going to fall apart and kept creaking and moving each time I moved. The noise level was high all through the night and early morning waking me up. In the reception the staff themselves were smoking so there was a stale smell of smoke throughout and the shared bathroom was grim & grotty so much so that I decided against showering.

Check out a las 11, si querías salir a las 12 hay que pagar extra. Lavabo compartido y la cisterna estaba rota y hacía un montón de ruido. No incluye desayuno, hay que pagar 5 libras más. La tv no funcionaba.

More a down at heel B&B rather than an hotel. No room key. Some excuse about previous occupant going off with it, although the first room they showed me had no key either. Attic room which meant that half the floor space was unusable. The smoke alarm was covered with toilet paper presumably to stop the shower setting it off. Room heater could just about cope when turned up full, not sure that the fan was working.
