We really enjoyed our time here. It is easily connected to the city by bus in less than 15 minutes. Excellent treatment from the people of the hotel. Highly recommend it!

Cheapest in Manchester but you still get a great service. The new owners are great. Don't let the reviews put you off. Recently taken over. Would recommend for a weekend in Manchester!

I found this hotel last minute for our trip to Manchester to see Lady Gaga in concert. It was very good value for money. Owners where very inviting and very helpful. They showed us to our room, where bathroom and toilet facilities where. Our room was so clean and tidy, had a fully working TV with freeview and all lights where working. The host even rang us a taxi to the arena. Very clean, inviting hotel. Will definitely use again and will highly recommend!! Great work Citi Park Hotel.
Not anuff beds my baby is 1 and did not have a cot for hur had to stay up all night with hur in my arms because it is illegal to take a baby in to bed with you incase thay sufacat not happy
Very lovely place, the staff very welcoming and friendly.
Do not be put off by previous reviews, the hotel has recently changed hands. I stayed in Room 16 a double with on-suite shower, the rooms were clean and functional and the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming and nothing seemed to be to much trouble, the breakfast was excellent and the pricing reasonable. I will be staying again.
The Owners who did most of the work were very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient enough to the city centre.
Had to climb steep narrow stairs to my room as I only booked it the night before I ended up in a room at the top of the hotel, will book early next time.
The staff were amazing! I accidentally booked the hotel a day earlier than I needed it, I only realised when they called around midnight to ask if I was still coming. I explained what happened and they sorted it out for me straight away, no extra charge, and they were very pleasant about it. Great night sleep, feels very homely. Good location and free parking. Couldn't fault the bathroom or kitchen facilities - bare in mind that it's a shared bathroom/kitchen so cleanliness will also depend on the other guests. I was impressed, the cleanest shared bathrooms I've ever used when travelling.
No bad points to be made at all!
Lovely couple who have just taken over . But if you there for a night on the tiles and all your wanting is some where to lay your head you couldn't ask for more. There are a few small things which could make things better but under circumstances they really haven't had time to get everything sorted. We would like to wish them luck as they were a lovely couple
The first thing that greets you is the lovely smell of old chip fat this you can smell this right to the top. The rooms were not fantastically clean and straight away you can see a few small repairs needed in each room for example the shower in our room did not work properly and the sink had been stuck together with silicone. My major bug bear was the lack of tea coffee facilities in the room.
The freshness of the room
friendly atmosphere; very good hospitability; good care; feeling welcome; reception care presence of Karen in reception
construction in the neighbourhood
