I've stayed in this hotel a fair few times now and have never found anything to complain about. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location for taking in all the sights (or pubs, if that's more your thing) of the city. I'll definately be back. |

location in town centre was very covenient; even with a street facing room it was reasonably quiet (note: mid-week stay). hotel is efficient and functional, and overall good value for the price we paid, for a city centre hotel. some of the guest rooms may be getting a little tired, but still acceptable standard. |

The hotel was conveniently located in the city centre and was perfect for our needs. The hotel staff were polite and our booking was dealt with efficiently. Considering its location the room was quiet and we had an undisturbed night. |

It was in a good location very near the theatre, close to the tram and bus stop. Convienient for shopping. Close to a club so you could hear the noise, but it wasn't too loud. |
