I liked the fact the beds were bigger then an actual double bed, and you don't pay extra for It, also the fact you don't pay for Wi-Fi!
The pillows were a little too hard, but that's just me.. Everyone is different! I prefer soft comfy pillows not flat and hard
No onside parking.
Is on the centre of Nottingham
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. It was excellent value for money
Nothing, all was good
The space and facilities in the two bed-roomed apartment. Hotel location
The toiletries were not replenished during this stay and the previous stay two weeks before. The glasses, tea-cups, table etc. was not cleaned. No bottled water on arrival.
It was lovely and quiet you wouldnt think you were in middle of a city
Perfect location Parking was handy
WiFi was poor
Free wifi and room was the refurbishment room
I have to ask for wifi daily
How close it was to the tram and to the theatre I went to Dinner and breakfast was lovely ,great staff very helpful
the car park was a street away , but it was my own fault I had forgotten to take my wheelchair battery with me so couldn't use my wheelchair, so for me it felt like walking up Everest to go to car park , but the rate was so good for over night !!
Very close to the theatre, nice room, clean, tea & coffee in room
Evening meal menu was a bit lacking, very slow service
Staff are excellent - especially reception staff
The hotel was excellent, staff catered for our needs as visually impaired customers. The food was of a high standard.
Have stayed at this hotel many times over the last five years (also when it was days) Have a Wyndham rewards card but cannot often book through these as we have a bad Internet connection. Didn't book through them this time either but they picked up that we are members and we received a free upgrade to the two bedroom apartment instead of the twin room we usually get. Well it bigger than our house. My daughter and I was able to have separate rooms which we prefer.
Only minor points but the main bedroom with king size bed was a bit noisy mainly because it was freshers week. Also the ventilation system was a bit of a hum.
We were delayed by traffic but staff were very understanding
Weren't there long enough to comment
The restaurant didn't allow us to pay by charging to my room because we have already fully settled the room bills. I think this is a weird policy which I haven't encountered before.
Location is good. Break fast is good but same menu everyday.
There is smell from the carpets . Wifi need fresh password frequently. Check out is 11AM which is early it should be 2PM.
lots of eating and drinking places around . quite cheap to eat in too . lovely room and ensuite .
street noise in evening into sleep time .
breakfast was really good quality and the serving staff were really polite & helpful.
Room was a bit dated. Car Park had very limited space.
Above average 3* hotel in Nottingham City Centre. Chose the Executive room which was definitely worth the additional £10. Spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with excellent standard bathroom. Extended my stay for a second night and excellent value for money. Car park is ideal (£12 for 24hours which is good for city centre prices) but parking spaces limited so advisable to book ahead. Checked in early and checked out late with no extra fees. Staff were brilliant and friendly and a real credit to the hotel. Room service good - food tasty although menu not extensive but reasonably priced. All in all a highly enjoyable stay and as a frequent visitor to Nottingham will definitely be staying again and recommending to family, friends and colleagues.
the staff were lovely, the hotel in excellent location for our requirements, facilities and cleanliness were excellent
only critiscism really and why we did not sleep so well was the location and the view over the bins but,to be fair we were not there for the view and the loud music from nearby venue stopped about 12.we were well aware that it was a central city location,so not really an issue and certainly would not put us off returning
Housekeeping were friendly and observant
Wifi only for one device and needed to ask few times to work my other device (phone and lap top) When checking in, I did not feel welcomed and helped( I never been to a hotel where there is no one to help with the luggages or a trolley to be able to take bags up to the room or down) Lobby is extremely small and since we had to wait for check in, no place to sit after long travel.
There's no fridge in the room .
