No place to put our suitcases. A bit cramped. Breakfast cold.
The bed. Shower
Small room. Overpriced
Wonderful space for one person, another person in that room, would have been a diaster. Comedic theme. Support staff very helpful.
Could not bring my husband to your hotel room, too small. Front desk staff extremely unwilling to help. And not afraid to use non verbals to let you know. I experienced this on both arrival and departure. However if I had a problem, like I could not shut off my alarm at 2.30am, the ambassador who assisted was very pleasant.
Very helpful staff member at check-in and check-out. Decent breakfast and comfortable well-equipped room. Second visit for me to this well located hotel.
Helpfulness of staff
Layout of restaurant
Stylish modern room. Mood board for lighting and tv channels. Bar and break out areas.Fab bed.
Small sink outside bathroom. No tea/coffee in room. No shelf space for toiletries etc.
We used the hotel for an overnight stay in Glasgow linking to our holiday flight out the next day. Easy access from both train and bus station linking to Galsgow airport. Very central for access to city centre and eating out etc. Lounge areas were very different and lent themselves to be used for an ideal area for relaxing (which was ideal due to the lack of space in the purely functional bedroom) Don't get me wrong, there was everything that you required in the room... Very functional!!.... Just not used to having a small hotel room. However that won't stop us using the hotel for future stays
Lack of space in the room for a longer stay. Very little hanging space. We used the space under the beds for our holiday luggage so that we had floor space to move around
The hotel is very funky and has a really interesting vibe. The huge bed, tablet controls and bathroom pod were all very cool and made a real impact. The lovely guy on reception made us feel really at home for our whole stay and had great inter personal skills. Definitely recommend this to people-I already have!
It didn't bother me but there isn't much hanging space (4 hangers) so it's not the place to stay and unpack lots. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but it seemed quite a lot considering the other prices in Glasgow
Staff were friendly and helpful Central Clean Modern
This is such a nice new style of hotel right in the city centre. We will happily stay here again.
Rooms to small , all works trouhg the tablet computer To modern and cold
everything was fabulous
This place is amazing: Location right in the city centre. The facilities are incredible, with mood settings, free films and wifi and the staff are so helpful. Would really recommend this place
Location for visiting sites in Glasgow. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Almost felt like we were on a cruise. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Staff are great. Bed is comfortable. Free movies when the system works. Food available all day. Good location. Good space for one traveller.
Really tiny rooms. Samsung tablet that controls almost everything in the room is virtually useless. Good for one, not so good for two, good luck if you have children. No good storage for luggage if you don't like tripping over your luggage. Food-whatever is prepared is what is available.
We felt like we had stepped into the future, rooms were as you would imagine on the Starship Enterprise. Really comfortable giant bed and great shower. Location brilliant for Buchanan street and Sauchiehall street.
We loved it!
WiFi, waterfall shower, breakfast
Self-service check-in, lack of space/tables for eating in the 'canteen'.
Positive, helpful, likeable staff. The hi tec stuff . The location
I would have liked a shelf in the shower room for toiletries.
Staff Angus location
All rooms too high tech
I would say the room was very hot
Enjoyed the relaxed side of how the hotel was run & helpfulness of staff.
Lack of hanging space & slight lack of space in bedroom
beds were comfy, rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and good location
you had to crawl out of bed as there is not space either side of the bed, the rooms were quite small especially if you have large pieces of luggage
The huge comfy bed, fast WiFi, friendly staff
Everything you need and nothing you don't for a short stay. Compact rooms with clean, minimal furnishings, great lighting options and an excellent shower. Good breakfast options. Ideal location within easy walking distance of Queen St Station, shops and many museums.
In house movie choice was a bit boy's own. Don't expect the rooms to work for twin usage (but CitizenM makes that clear on their page).
