The team at this hotel were excellent, upbeat, engaging and very well trained. The hotel does exactly what is says, great service, huge comfy bed, great big towels, excellent room rate and a bar that serves good food and great drinks without actually feeling like a hotel lounge.

I like the simple design of the rooms. They are also very comfortable. I love how central and reasonably priced the hotel is. The cafe/bar and foyer areas are great.

I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in my room.

An attractive, inventive, playful place to call home while in Glasgow. It is wonderful to find a hotel that recognizes travelers do not live on a 9 to 5 schedule by creating dining and living options one can access at any hour. Citizen M gets everything right- hope the company can successfully apply its design and hospitality principles in future openings.

Pillows too high and puffy haha bed was amazingly comfortable just pillow was too high for me haha

absolute every need and want of hotel plus more you got. th tv and on demand movies part of price. super advanced and an example of great niche tourism at its best.

Fun approach, nice bar area, beds are super comfy! For such a central location we didn't find it noisy at all (stayed Thurs & Fri night) and it was a good price.

Possibly a little style over substance - only 3 hangars for clothes!? No bin in the bedroom, a desk style area to sit at but no mirror for doing make-up (the mirrors are over the sink and full length by the door. Little details that aren't a big problem if you're only there 1/2 nights but would be annoying if staying a whole week.

3rd visit to Citizen M and again thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff are always friendly and there for any needs.

It's quirky ness and simplicity worked so well. Loved the rooms and the technology.

Couldn't fault it. Only feedback I could give is there was no plug next to a mirror, however when we checked out we mentioned this to a member of staff and she mentioned that it was behind the coat hooks, which we didn't see as we hung up items. She said it was a common feedback, so I would suggest a sign is put up in all the rooms to advise guests of this.

Great looking clean modern hotel.fantastic city centre location and very reasonably priced.

Bathroom could be a bit better soundproofed,not very private at all,and wh y no kettle in the room? Who doesn't want a cup of tea when they wake up?

I liked the design and feel of the room and the hotel. The communal seating areas were much better than other, similarly priced hotels.

The electric sockets in my room didn't work, which meant that I couldn't charge my laptop or mobile phone. The tv had pictures but no sound. When I spoke to the chap on reception he gave a very full apology and explained that it was an electrical problem that they were trying to fix. I was offered a free drink in the bar. When I headed for the bar I met a female member of staff who explained that the problem was with pass keys, and she used hers to switch the power on, such that everything worked well for an hour (when I did go to the bar and then returned to the room: same problem). This was a major irritation. Any problem with passkeys should be sorted out. And I don't understand why reception didn't just send someone to my room to resolve the problem when I first phoned them.

The pillows, i prefer larger pillows not small square ones. Sometimes it was hard to use the remote control Prices of food and drink were pretty expensive
