I loved the shower . That huge flat shower head was wonderful after a day of walking.The different colored lights were also a bit of fun.Made quite a light show! The king size bed was fabulous.

lI didn't care for the sink not being located in the bathroom, and not having a tea making appliance in the room.The remote was a bit confusing to me. I could not increase the volume of the t.v. even after paging the remote to "99". Wouldn't work and the mute was not on.

The staff at the reception was so welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern and sparse, but it made sense.

Big comfortable bed, good shower, pleasant lobby/bar. All you need. Highly recommend!

Loved the rooms and the quirky bathroom pods. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The location was perfect. We had been given a gift of staying at Gleneagles on the Saturday night but preferred Citizen M!

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and we had to wait a long time for things to be cooked (Bacon, sausage etc) We also couldn't find a seat so had to eat our breakfast standing up!

The hotel was central, very clean, quick and easy to book in and book out. The shower was fantastic.

I didn't like the air conditioning which was cold and could not be changed. The toilets are not fully private if there are two people staying in the room.

The room design.

Very modern sleek design, stylish boutique hotel. No fancy old history represented in old stinky and stained carpets, but clean modern lines and styles. Check-in and check-out done by the guests themselves with staff / "ambassadors" standing by offering help whenever necessary. Breakfast / canteen / bar available, plus iMac computers for guests' use, in addition free WiFi throughout the hotel, and free movies in the rooms. Very close (around 200 metres or so) to the central Buchanan Bus Station from where, besides most of the bus lines throughout the city, also the express bus to the airport departs and arrives (around 25 minutes ride for £6).

Design, layout, facilities, high quality, good value, humour

All was just the best , good design , nice to stay , good support , only good words, one of the most interesting hotels and I am visiting in many hotels on my business trip.

No parking , the deal of refund was good idea but must be for all parking period and not only 10 f

I like the minimalist but very funky decor/ facilities and modern friendly approach. Both hotels I have used have a comfortable atmosphere and covers all my requirements. The whole experience just makes me smile. When I make my own choices, CitizenM is my first option in a city where the hotel is situated.

The team at this hotel were excellent, upbeat, engaging and very well trained. The hotel does exactly what is says, great service, huge comfy bed, great big towels, excellent room rate and a bar that serves good food and great drinks without actually feeling like a hotel lounge.

I like the simple design of the rooms. They are also very comfortable. I love how central and reasonably priced the hotel is. The cafe/bar and foyer areas are great.

I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in my room.

The facilities within the hotel were amazing. The shower mood changing lights size of bed and the shower would be enough to bring me back (LOL)

I thought for the price paid for one night (£89) there would have been at least breakfast included with this but it wasnt.

The whole idea of the hotel was above the standard that we have been used to , absolutely brilliant place to stay, great location , all hotels should be like this.
