Very hi-tech, large and comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Nice neighborhood, very close to the Tate Modern, Borough Market and London Eye & Bridge
The room was very small with hardly any space for our luggage or clothes.
Location is perfect! The atmosphere of the hotel is great, i enjoyed the time spending in the hotel
The room is very small
Food and service were very good. Very happy.
Rooms are small but very clean and ultra modern
location, staff friendliness,clean
you cannot iron your clothes inside the room. must use a common ironing room. the room is rather small, but the fare is competitive
The rooms are modern with mood lighting and a huge comfy bed. The breakfast was great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel has a great atmosphere and the location is quiet with easy access to London attractions.
small rooms but they have everything you need and nothing extra.
- A hotel with warm atmosphere and good staff. - The value for money is excellent. - The bed is very comfy.
Just breakfast could be a bit better.
Good location Rooms small but well designed Free internet access and wifi Great common areas on ground floor, canteen does it a disservice
Original and contemporary design in the public areas and gadget controlled, futuristic rooms. I particularly enjoyed the large, comfy bed and the mood lighting.
Choice at breakfast was limited in terms of cooked food but otherwise good.
Uber modern. Our adult children loved it even more than we did. It takes a lot to impress them.
Lack of human contact as in checking in by terminal.
The strong design theme with lots to look at and indulge in on the reception and lounge area. I loved all of the design elements within the building, it was a fun environment but classy too. The staff were very helpful, and smiley too. They offered umbrellas to take out with us in the evening when it rained. Nothing was too much trouble. The futurist pod style bedroom is my favourite aspect of staying in this hotel - I can't wait to take my teenage children there for a stay. Finally free and simple wi-fi via use of an Apple iMac was the icing on the cake. Loved it and would stay here again and again.
I did feel that the futurist pod style room, although fun was very small and would have liked the room rate to reflect that. Maybe a little more affordable.
Personal touches Speed of check in / and out Tablet controls in room
English bfast not the best
We entered the lobby and instantly loved it... The interior design was super querky!!! The room was so cozy plenty of room. Uv lights in the shower were awesome!!! Massive window with great view. We celebrated an anniversary and they gave us 2 complimentary drinks which was a lovely touch. I would stay again and recommend to my friends.
Free movies Very comfortable bed
Room unusual - like a big caravan but practical and good
Staff partially very nice, partially, but also very moody
The space efficiency. The room is on the smaller side but the design makes it feel more spacious than it is.The check in and check out process were automated and fast. The bar and lounge area is great and comfortable. The service is good and staff are nice. We had a very comfortable bed, and therefor we had a very nice rest in the middle of a tiring city trip. The location is great, as it's pretty centric. You need to walk for around 10 minutes to the closest underground station (Southwark) but there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel.
Almost nothing, only the ambience is a bit too 'hype' for us :)
Mood lighting, great shower and toiletries
Location is good, and WiFi excellent
Staff walking away from customers while answering a question. Outrageous!! Constant talking and gossiping of staff while quests trying to eat, and enjoy a quiet breakfast. Thats why we are the first down at 06:30.
well equipped, contemporary room. using a tablet to control the climate in the room, entertainment etc. is a nice feature.
tablet not always very responsive. Prices were quite high but on the other hand: everything in London is expensive.
Quirky atmosphere, attention to detail, intriguing artistic design, great bar and lobby area, good staff, good room facilities with huge bed and tablet control of lighting, temperature, TV etc which was very easy to use. Very good value for a central London hotel. I will stay here again.
Very clean and modern
A bit of a hike to the nearest tube station.
Funky disco light in the shower, Massive wall to wall bed and everything controlled by the Samsung tablet
Lack of movies and the lack of room service and tea and coffee making facilities.
As soon as you go in, you know this hotel will be different from others in a similar price range. Very good atmosphere, interesting and very modern décor, good breakfast, everything excellent quality.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Excellent bar and restaurant facilities. Room very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.
No in room tea and coffee facilities
No tea making facility in the room Lack of proper ensuite facility. Having a sink in bedroom takes me back to holidays in the 1970s No iron in room Room was too small
