Grey's Monument (2 miles / 3.2 km) - built in 1838, this 40 meter tall monument to Charles Grey, celebrates the Earl's passing of the Great Reform Act of 1832. It stands at the head of Grey Street, which was voted England's finest street in a 2005 BBC Radio 4 survey.
St. James' Park (2.5 miles / 4 km) - home of the famous Newcastle United Football Club, who have occupied a place in the English Premiership for over a decade.
Center for Life (2.5 miles / 4 km) - A unique science village, aiming to promote greater interest and engagement in science as well as supporting scientific research. It offers visitors an annual programme of imaginative exhibitions, lectures, workshops and family events.
Stag and hen parties/groups can only stay by contacting City Apartments in advance.
City Apartments must have names and addresses of all apartment occupants. Only these occupants may stay overnight in the apartments. Visitors must be registered with City Apartments (who may refuse admission) and must leave by 00:00 (midnight).

When I arrived the lights were out as the fuse had tripped. There was internet available but I could not log onto it. This was quite frustrating. The other thing was that the hotel showcased an Indian restaturant, but when you called the number you could only pay by cash. I would reccommend that they check what service restaurants offer, before allowing them to leave leaflets in the hotel. |

Liked the size of the apartment You had to drive to the nearest shop to buy any food and they did not have selection of take away services. Not ideal if getting in late or leaving early. |

The location was convenient, the staff very friendly and helpful. The secure parking facilities were never full, and the rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. I was there for business part of the stay and found the wifi access perfect - no problems connecting back to the office VPN. Nothing really comes to mind. |

Very comfortable apartment.. Well equipped kitchen,all mod cons.Good pub nearby. The apartment did overlook the river,however view marred by plant hire co. next to the one we had! (maybe because we paid less!) Reception did not like accepting cash as payment.Location a little far out of town. |

The location of the apartments was great for the Quayside and an easy walk from the town centre. The apartments were well equiped and very cosy. There was not a dvd player in the room and when approached reception they said they were all broken. |

good modern facilities and good location within walking distance of city centre and Tyne Keys internet access was severly restricted due to poor signal strength, connection could only be achieved in certain areas of the apartment |

The cleanliness and clean style of the apartment was most welcoming. The reception staff were very courteous, efficient but unobtrusive. The view across the river at night was magnificent and we spent long periods of time just looking at it as we could see everything from the lounge and balcony. The facilities was first rate and could not be faulted The noise of the garage which was below our window. People smoking before entering the building prohibited us from opening the bedroom window at night |

The very spacious accomodation. Felt very at home and comfortable. The staff were more than helpful and appartments were very clean and as described on the website The only problem i had was finding it. When i rang the number on the email sent to me, i was speaking to the glasgow appartments. She was confused and so was I. It was only when we both clicked we were in different cities did we laugh. I had to get a taxi and follow it. It was dark which didnt help. |

Nice appartment,warm and lots of space,good parking. Could have more to cook with,decent size frying pan or even a teapot. The area directly out side the appartments is a bit run down and not some where you would walk alone at night.From the photos on your website none of this is shown. |

i didnt enjoy any part of stay the website lead you to believe it was great location with great views i have stayed quite a bit in newcastle and this is the dearsest and worst i have stayed no lift working and no one there to let you no and for the price of apartment cooker not working,shower poor ,sink in bathroom broken i can go on and on not happy at all |

The hotel was absolutely spot on for spaciousness and facilities. All the comforts of home! Unlike my previous stay I couldn't get the Internet access to work. I connected to the network easily but then couldnt get on the Internet which spoiled the stay because I was hoping to do some remote work from the room and couldn't. |

At the special price of £98 per night for the 2 bedroom apartment was excellent value.Lovely views ,Bus runs opposite every 10 mins into centre.Nice walk along quayside.Everything provided spacious and very good quality apartment.Staff very helpful.Would stay again if offer available Only small things like-no kitchen towel/table mats provided.Helpful if extra spare toilet roll provided. |

The apartment was perfect for our visit - we were there for the Great North Run and it was good to have somewhere comfortable and stlylish to come back to, to be able to cook for ourselves and to relax. |

The apartment was very clean. Furnishings were of good quality and in working order. Apartment was very well equipped. Very secure parking. The shower door had a design fault so that it swung open whilst you were in the shower and dripped water over the floor. |
