Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for 4 people. The location was described as Quayside but it was several minutes walk to the actual Quayside |

The rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Noisy area. There was a pub opposite the hotel which was very noisy till about 2am. The area was noisy from about 7-8am due to the location (light industry). It was really warm so we had to keep to windows open. There were no fans or air conditioning available. It is not good if you are a light sleeper. |

Self contained - had own kitchen area. Stunning views from outside the front of the hotel Living room only basic furniture. Surprised dishwasher tablets and washing powder not provided with appliances. Need to specify river view otherwise rooms face a busy road. |

The quality of the accomodation was excellent (2 Bedroom apartment). The location was ideal being a ten minute walk from the Quayside. Very helpful and enthusiastic staff. Easy parking. |

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Reception staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area and amenities. We were able to borrow a dvd player at no additional cost. All areas were clean - bedding and towels were fresh. |

Location This has to be the worst apartment I have ever stayed at and would never go back again. It has put me off going to apartments altogether. |

Close to Newcastle There was no hot water for the duration of our stay, our bins were never emptied and sheets or towels were never changed. We stayed there from thursday until monday but could not stay there on sunday night as the water was far too cold to shower and the tv was not working. |

within walking distance to the town. very homely feeling springs in the bed are a bit uncomfortable. It would have been nice if you provided with proper DVD players rather than play stations to play DVDs. |

secure parking, quiet, spotlessly clean, modern WiFi signal not good in any of the rooms I have stayed in. Blind in the bedroom allows light into the room during the darkness of night |

It had almost everything I could possibly need and more. Particularly liked the free WIFI which is essential these days - which is why I no longer do Travelodges that have nothing as standard. couldn't find a hairdryer - otherwise spot on. |

Quiet, great location. Washing machine was difficult to operate. A list of instructions for use would have been helpful. |
