Short walk or taxi to city centre. Excellent value for money. Low rates, clean and warm.
Super cheap & you get what you pay for: a comfy bed to sleep in, 5 min taxi ride from Liverpool's main nightlife.
Shared bathroom with no toilet roll.
Very rude staff said hurry up and fill the forms my bf had no Id so was going to charge 50 she charged us more due to getting lost an was late was very up set an won't stay again
Check out too early
Not a very nice place to stay at all. Horrible area. Unhelpful lady on reception and rooms not what was stated on the tin.
I had pay a tenner for a cereal box, very poor, wouldn't give us money back
Staff member was almost unbelievably rude and unwelcoming.
-Value for money -Good nights sleep -Wifi connection was strong -Local business
-Whats not to like?
Thin walls hear people making love . Someone feĺl down stairs!! We didn't sleep a wink loud voices etc.
The room was nice and clean
Not so great customer service, charged extra fee for a late check/in, the location is really tricky specially when doing a trip mainly by foot. Poorly served with public transportation, which made us have to use taxis.
Good showers, comfy beds and warm clean room
The rude owner and the lack of a kettle with tea / coffee making facilities
Very kind and helpfull staff. We found a comfy small room which was good enough considering how much we paid. Hot water all the time, very quiet place.
The check-in desk is a bit farther than the B&B itself, so we had to walk for a while, carrying our luggage.
Never make issue of customer service, but terrible. Check out is 10am and we were told we couldn't be issued out deposit back (£50 per person if you don't have ID!!!) when we checked out. Awaiting money through bank. Terrible.
Went with 10 boys for my 21st, perfect for location, comfort and value. Had loads of freedom and cabs were £3 into the city/clubs between 4 of us... Cheap!
The price, very cheap! It was really clean as well, lots of privacy too spacious shared bathroom also very clean.
the location was a bit far but taxis are quite cheap and its about a 20 min walk so its not so bad.
The place is really old and dirty, we went in a group of people and no one of us would dare sleep in that hotel, the lady who works at the hotel was rude and unfriendly, we had to leave and look for another hotel and was very upsetting loosing our money on that booking as she refused to refund us.
Staff members have always gone out of their way to help. They should be proud of the service they give. Easy, free parking in this location. Easy booking.
The cafe was closed on my last visit.
There was hot water available 24 hours
Location, Paying and reception arrangements.

Unhelpful staff when we asked if we could book in an hour earlier. Shower didn't work Communal sink disgusting Smoking in the corridors Expensive for the state of it, esp as breakfast not included
The location is excellent 2 min from a metro station
No free wifi, the kitchen wasn't equipped
noisey - aircon unit, floorboards, other guests
Nothing much, £6 taxi from centre and in middle of nowhere.
Strict rules for what your getting. Wouldn't go again
