Central location and well within walking distance of all major areas One of the beds in the rooms was broken and a sauce pot was holding up the missle slat. The mirrored wardrobe in room 41 was broken exposing sharp glass near the handle. The sofa bed in room 40 had some really suspicious stains on it. |

Central location made it very easy to get around Liverpool particularly on foot. Albert Dock only about 15min walk away and all amenities including buses and ferry are located nearby Apartment was not ready, despite being empty the previous day, it had not been cleaned. Several items were missing from the crockery and cutlery. Hallways were littered with rubish as well. |

Better than a hotel room because of kitchen facilities and lounge with tv, so a useful base for the family. The en-siute toilet was broken and there were no curtains, only vertical blinds, so the sun came in early in the morning and woke us all up. |

I thought the apartment was dirty (the walls were rotten and carpets stained) and smelly (the lobby and lift area smelt of bins, it was that bad that we held our noses when going in/leaving the block). We were NOT advised that the boiler had to be switched on in order to have a 'hot' shower so we had no option and all had freezing cold showers! I seriously think somebody from Booking. On leaving the aprtment (Monday 4th May) there was nobody in the office just a mobile number on the window office (which I tried numerous times and had no response) after eventually getting through I spoke to a guy who opened the gate to let us out (thank god!! |

Good kitchen and lounge facilities. Hot water supply not obvious and short working hours at reception made it difficult to ask about this when working in the day |

the bathroom was nice The "hotel" was not in the place it said - we had to get a taxi and travel a lot further away to the apartment. It cost us a lot of extra money and made us nearly miss the liverpool match we had come to see. |

I was very happy with the apartment. Spacious, nice view, the people we dealt with in relation to the apartment were fine. Altogether I would certainly try to book with them again if returning to Liverpool. Some small constructive criticisms : It took a lot of messing around to get the TV to work. Would be nice if it worked as is. Would be nice if there was some tea or coffee in the apartment when we arrived just as a jump start for when we arrived, and for the first morning before we got to the shop. Apart from that it was fine. |

close to city centre; good value money for family group of six; parking was free - their website needs to be changed to tell people this kitchen was not well equipped to cook a simple meal for a family of six; we had to ask for extra pans and a washing up bowl as there was no plug for kitchen sink (though there was a dishwasher - but I did not know to bring dishwasher tablets). |

Proximity to town and amenities No toilet paper! Carpets, soft furnishings and paint work grubby and in need of maintenance. Bedrooms cramped and over filled with redundant furniture. |

Plenty of space, good location near to the city, and in a quiet area. As there was a double booking we were offered another apartment ( with a discount well done thanks! ) . The apartment was comfortable but a bit sparse a few extra chairs and a few more kitchen utensils would've been welcome |

Very cheap place to stay, excellent location, secure private parking, good kitchen/lounge & bathroom. On arrival the reception was closed, and the cleaners were still cleaning the room even though we arrived 30 mins later than we said we would...however i cannot complain as the price was very cheap. |

Following a £3.8 million transformation, this city-centre hotel is stylish and modern. It has views over the River Mersey and is adjacent to the Liver Building. |
