Score from 1034 reviews Fabulous
Good overall package. Very close to railway station, but still a quiet room.
Very comfortable bed
No chicken korma available for late night room service Cost was rather expensive for 1 night
Very close to train station. Nice little extras in delux rooms. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Good powerful shower. Nice touch with the free cookie and jelly beans in room.
Wifi not brilliant but ok. Ridiculous prices for bottles of coke and other drinks (not in bar) - buy elsewhere and take them with you!
Lovely comfortable beds, fridge in the room and warm cookie on arrival
Nothing to dislike
Size of bedroom and bed.
Having a disabled room when I'm not. The washbasin in the bathroom was at knee level.
mini bar is poor and also the refrgirator.
The Name only ????
It is not really Double Tree
Everything was great, facilities were spotless and the warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch.
We had a drink in the Blue Bar and had to wait about half an hour on one cocktail so we were late for our dinner reservation but the staff were apologetic.
fire alarms were set off at 4 am !!!
Perfect location, clean, comfortable. Food and cocktails are fantastic

Location not the best
Excellent value for money and fabulous breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.
All staff are very friendly-Quiet hotel-location is excellent-Bed is very good-I
I had some problem with my shower in the bathroom-
You can't rely on the reception staff. They are giving general words without any actual process in the system, whice leads to conflicts at check out stage.
My Room was next to lifts & unfortunately being a Friday night there was a great deal of noise from overly loud people in the corridor. Not the hotels fault but I had requested a quiet room.
Free WiFi included.
Some problems with the electronic door lock that continued intermittently for my stay.
Comfortable bed. Good climate control and also able to open window Free minibar of soft drinks Nice lobby and bar - spacious and airy Sustainability eg bins don't have plastic bags
The room felt on the small side for two of us
We loved the fact that DoubleTree was literally 3 mins walk from Piccadilly St and about 6 mins from city centre. Room was very nice with a really comfy bed, a walk in power shower and an Apple I-Mac PC/TV. we also had a small fridge and a safe in the room which was great. We were very happy with the service we got at DoubleTree Manchester
On our first night we were awoken at 4am by the fire alarm (someone had set it off),we were out on the street for about 40 mins! And then on our last morning the water was turned off due to a burst mains on a building site across the road. However, neither of these incidents were the hotels fault and we got letters of apology for both and i got an e-mail after check out to say that they would up-grade me next time i stay there and a couple of other wee freebies thrown in! So it defineately wouldn't put me off staying here again
