Accessibility from Manchester Piccadilly station, proficient check in and check out. comfortable bed - ability to alter room temperature to suit our needs. Food choices were very good at breakfast and the menu availbale at the hotel for meals was reasonably priced, so if you didnt need/ want to stray too far for food then the hotel food was within a reasonable budget |

Free internet access, good breakfast, mordern facilities. Was impressed with the integrity of the cleaning staff - i 'lost' my camera in the room, but the cleaning staff found it and placed it on the bedside table. Would like to express my gratitude to the cleaner of rm 606 on 20 Nov. |

Two minutes walk from train station and five minutes to shops. Also within walking distance of men Arena and The Printworks. Lovely contemporary hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. |

Excellent location, very close to Picadilly Train Station & also to main shoppping area. Excellent choice for breakfast. Modern hotel. Reception staff - when checking in, receptionist asked on 3 occasions if we would like newspaper delivered to our room - is once not enough to ask. Felt like it was a machine we were dealing with! Had to wait 15 minutes to get table for breakfast. |

The hotel is fabulous loved all of it. The design is really modern the rooms are spacious and comfortable loved having a couch in the room. The apple tv was fab. We ate in the restaurant the food was delicious and staff really attentive. The breakfast the following morning was delicious. Felt very sad to leave. |

Location, iMac facility, fast internet, very good breakfast included in the room rate. I had problems with having an invoice issued , it took quite a long to enter data into the system. And my boarding passes have been printed on hotel head paper making the bar code unreadable which resulted in quite a rush at the airport. |

Location is great for the train station and bus/tram links. Also spot on for shops and eating out. Decided to have a drink in the bar before going out on the town, 1 pint and a Vodka and coke and got a few coins back from a tenner. Very expensive indeed. |

I was most impressed with the room facilities, particularly the 'infotainment' system, not having my laptop was not being away from emails. I like the design of the hotel, the staff were efficient but friendly and I was really impressed how the huge volumes of breakfast goers was managed by the manager and her team, and the fact that in the room was a letter advising of very busy weekend breakfasts. Nothing I did not like, but might it not be a good idea to use the empty and closed lounge bar as an alternative breakfast venue, express option perhaps? |

very impressed with the standard offered at the city inn manchester, staff very polite and helpfull. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast cooked to order was one of the best we have eaten. Very handy for the shops and the station we will definately return. |

The hotel was bright and modern in design and there was a nice ambience with a comfortable reception area and bar by the entrance. The breakfast staff were very pleasant and the availability of a Mac in your room is great. |

Excellent breakfasts, freshly cooked and brought to the table, huge choice of cold food too. We had a few minutes to wait for breakfast on Saturday, but were given coffee and croissants to keep us going if we wanted them.Technology worked really well in our room. |
