DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly    

The location is a plus point, very close to piccadilly station (less than 5 mins walk) and thus, the convenience of taking the free shuttle bus as well (around the city). Room is simple yet classy, comfy and clean. Staff are very accommodating. I would also like to add that the breakfast spread has exceeded my expectation.

On arrival was greeted promptly and staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was beautifully appointed with everything one would need from the quality toiletries to the Clipper tea and coffee were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend the facilities and will use again on my next trip

My sister sent me my boarding passes and copied in the hotel as I needed them to print them for me. When I returned from watching a game in Old Trafford, the person at the desk already had my boarding passes printed for me. Excellent customer service. Thanks

Excellent stay.

Breakfast is very good, however it could be further improved with food for people with allergies/ intolerances (i.e. Gluten-free rice crackers, soy milk).

I am a Travel Agent and I am futune enough to enjoy quite a few Hotels. This one - Location - top - could not be better. Breakfast great. Staff so helpful and friendly. Arrived very close to breakfast closing time and they didnt care and just helped and chatted as if we arrived in middle of breakfast service. Atmosphere relaxed yet professional. One day we slept in and left "do not disturb" on door. We left the room at 4pm and went to reception and asked for fresh towels and they wanted to service, clean and restock the tea coffee. We said its fine just towels would do. They could not do enough. You have to call reception for ice in the room as no ice machine and on all 3 occassions they were in at my door within 5 mins. Professional, efficient, clean, informal and friendy. A breathe of fresh air. Thank you City Inn DoubleTree

The location is connected to Manchester Piccadilly train station by special bridge and walking distance to city centre. I like the delicious chocolate cookies served as replacement of welcome drink. It also provides rare facility of Apple TV & computer.

The breakfast has limited variety of foods.

Location was great. The warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy.

There were stains on the floor of the bedroom. I have previously stayed at this hotel when it was the Mint & it seemed to have deteriorated slightly.

Economy room size and decoration, the tourist from china please attention, it's quite different from Double tree Hilton‘s luxury in China（at least in Beijing）, unfortunately the hotel much more like the Home Inn or 7days Inn.

The location was ideal for the city centre. Although not cheap the Hilton offered excellent value for money.

Design, comfort and location were superb - easy access from Picadilly Station, Shopping and Canal Street!

iMac in the room is a great idea but contstantly rebooted and wasn't fixed despite calling "careline" and getting someone to come up and fix it. Also the service in the restaurant was very very slow and we had to ask for drinks 2 times and well as the deserts - depsinte 5 members of staff looking after 7 tables. The food however was stunning!

Some complementary toiletry boxes were empty

Complimentary WiFi, I never give my custom to a hotel that charges for this. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff who appear to enjoy their placeof work.
