Nice, clean business hotel. Food available late in the bar area. Good, free, no fuss WiFi in all areas. A little soulless but for it's target market of short stay buisnes people that is not a big issue.

The location is a plus point, very close to piccadilly station (less than 5 mins walk) and thus, the convenience of taking the free shuttle bus as well (around the city). Room is simple yet classy, comfy and clean. Staff are very accommodating. I would also like to add that the breakfast spread has exceeded my expectation.

On arrival was greeted promptly and staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was beautifully appointed with everything one would need from the quality toiletries to the Clipper tea and coffee were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend the facilities and will use again on my next trip

Location Staff in bar quite slow and not friendly. Friend knocked drink over and staff didn't give replacement without charging. Thought this unusual?? Car park price awful at £15 a night. Bar prices high.

My sister sent me my boarding passes and copied in the hotel as I needed them to print them for me. When I returned from watching a game in Old Trafford, the person at the desk already had my boarding passes printed for me. Excellent customer service. Thanks

I am a Travel Agent and I am futune enough to enjoy quite a few Hotels. This one - Location - top - could not be better. Breakfast great. Staff so helpful and friendly. Arrived very close to breakfast closing time and they didnt care and just helped and chatted as if we arrived in middle of breakfast service. Atmosphere relaxed yet professional. One day we slept in and left "do not disturb" on door. We left the room at 4pm and went to reception and asked for fresh towels and they wanted to service, clean and restock the tea coffee. We said its fine just towels would do. They could not do enough. You have to call reception for ice in the room as no ice machine and on all 3 occassions they were in at my door within 5 mins. Professional, efficient, clean, informal and friendy. A breathe of fresh air. Thank you City Inn DoubleTree There was nothing to dislike.

The location is connected to Manchester Piccadilly train station by special bridge and walking distance to city centre. I like the delicious chocolate cookies served as replacement of welcome drink. It also provides rare facility of Apple TV & computer. The breakfast has limited variety of foods.

Location was great. The warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy. There were stains on the floor of the bedroom. I have previously stayed at this hotel when it was the Mint & it seemed to have deteriorated slightly.

Not far from piccadily station and piccadily garden, 3 min distanse on foot. Economy room size and decoration, the tourist from china please attention, it's quite different from Double tree Hilton‘s luxury in China（at least in Beijing）, unfortunately the hotel much more like the Home Inn or 7days Inn.
