el trato del personal ha sido muy agradable y está muy céntrico en Manchester al lado de la estación de Piccadilly lo que resulta muy cómodo

Desayuno buffet abundante, variado y de gran calidad. Personal del restaurante superamable, muy eficientes y superprofesionales. Posibilidad de que te preparen desayuno inglés en el momento. WiFi gratis. Excelente situación, a 2 minutos de la estación de trenes de Manchester Piccadilly. Baño muy limpio, con toallas nuevas gruesas (de las que sí secan)

Camas individuales pequeñas. Camas con edredón en agosto: imposible taparse, ni dejando la refrigeración toda la noche. Las cortinas no cierran bien y el sol te despierta a las 6h de la mañana. Descontrol en la reserva (no tenían constancia y como nuestra VISA no les funcionaba por fallo del hotel, y no quisieron aceptar dinero en efectivo en depósito, nos cerraron con llave la nevera del minibar para que no consumiéramos) y descontrol en la factura (nos cargaban comidas que no consumimos)

Accessibility from Manchester Piccadilly station, proficient check in and check out. comfortable bed - ability to alter room temperature to suit our needs. Food choices were very good at breakfast and the menu availbale at the hotel for meals was reasonably priced, so if you didnt need/ want to stray too far for food then the hotel food was within a reasonable budget

the location was excellent, close to arndale and deansgate. very handy for piccadilli, nice rooms all the amenities you need. clean. friendly staff, good breakfast.

The hotel is fabulous loved all of it. The design is really modern the rooms are spacious and comfortable loved having a couch in the room. The apple tv was fab. We ate in the restaurant the food was delicious and staff really attentive. The breakfast the following morning was delicious. Felt very sad to leave.

Location is great for the train station and bus/tram links. Also spot on for shops and eating out.

Decided to have a drink in the bar before going out on the town, 1 pint and a Vodka and coke and got a few coins back from a tenner. Very expensive indeed.

very impressed with the standard offered at the city inn manchester, staff very polite and helpfull. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast cooked to order was one of the best we have eaten. Very handy for the shops and the station we will definately return.
