The staff were amazing - every single person was off the scale friendly. From the Saturfay afternoon reception lady, to the overnight security man, to the Sunday morning man. Wonderful.

The beds were extremely comfortable Nice and clean throughout Friendly welcoming staff very helpful

Really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel room was large, well decorated and clean. It even included tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, water and apples.

Yeovil mixed - some lovely bits, so not so lovely and the hotel location is in one of the more run down parts

Appalling bed, 4 powerful lighting units outside our room prevented sleep, both in corridor and outside area, poor curtailing to prevent these filtering into room.

Little personal touches ,i.e apples , water and toiletries in room

Only bit of mould in corner of bath , I felt it could have been delt with as it was fairly small

Windows painfully thin as we're the walls, kept up all night by the sound of traffic or other couples practicing their bedroom gymnastics. Will never come here again

The only grumble was a large visible stain on the upholstered chair in the hotel room.

Rooms very clean

Sound carried within the building so it was noisy. There was also a lot of noise from outside because of the location.

Ronseal type hotel... no frills - does what it says on the tin

Room was rether hot and as it was on a corner quite noisy with windows open

some noise from water system and from out side as, unknown to us till we took a look in the morning, one window couldn't shut.

Bang in the centre of Yeovil next to great Italian restaurant - La Tamberino Clean, comfy rooms, big flat TV on wall, tea & coffee / biscuits, fruit in room. Use of Spa / healthclub across the road for breakfast £3 or Gym/pool & brreakfast £7 each (didn't get time to use but good offer)

Lack of Parking but close to pay and displays

There was no towel rail in the bathroom, so the towels had to be hung over chairs in the main room.

Really poor shower.
