Location for what I wanted and Privacy
Didn't feel that safe with with numbers of people that were going in and out. Didn't like checkout process Didn't like the fact there was no instructions for internet access TV reception poor
Spaciousness, large bathrooms, super balcony with view of the river/docks. Numbered secure underground parking space. Location of new tram service into city
Very little!! Toaster not working, other wise all great, thank you!!
Everything but mainly the view...
Good space and comfortable furniture; everything worked!
It was't obvious there would be no staff on site from booking. Whilst it wasn't a great problem, it did make things more complicated. Room was a bit stuffy as you couldn't open the windows.
Apartment was fine. No problems and exactly as described
As others have mentioned, the check out procedure. You have drive out, park on double yellow lines and physically go back to the apartment to deposit the keys inside.
Location and clean
Over looking the river. Tram station near the door. Location and clean.
The friendly and accomodating staff
The in check in system requires acces to a UK phone, once contcted the staff are very friendly - the lack of a reception area is limiting regarding customer service. If you are a solo traveller and sdriving a car the situation is worse when checking out. You have to exit the secure car park, park on the street (no legal parrking within close proximity) return the keys to the apartment and exitthe buldng once again. I really did not appreciate that car parking is an extra cost
The apartment had wonderful views towards the Quays, I would not have liked to be facing side or rear view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble.
There was no mirror close to any plug sockets in the whole of the apartment, there were 2 mirrors and these were in the bathrooms. There was no seating on the balcony. It would have been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms.
Location and views were excellent.
Cracked tiles in bedroom. Ts and Cs not made clear in relation to pre auth on app...pre auth needs to be done with validity done face to face not over the phone, card holder needs to be present. Apartment booked to pay for on site, to pay for on site, however payment taken prior to arrival which was not agreed and £80 difference so misleading info from booking.com and quay apartments...operations manager wanted to charge £150 for pre auth (potential damages), and reduced this to £150..if you are on budget avoid as this takes it out of your allowance. Also facilities poor in apartment as cheap and quality poor. Staff unhelpful and had to battle to explain. European lady who greeted us was abrupt and rude and very poor customer service. Would not book again. Booking terms not as stated on booking.com
I like the place
The furniture was not clean
Quiet location, comfortable and quiet interior.
No idea initially where to obtain a take-away!
Hard to find very frustrating
The views from the appartment was excellent and also the space within
A struggle to find on the sat nav and also the charging costs I accured that I was not made aware off and would not have booked should I have known
The location was perfect for our night out. The bed was really comfortable and the service was incredible, I couldn't have asked for more. I will defiantly be staying again in the near future
Under floor heating was amazing!
Mattress was a little bit springy but still managed a good sleep :)
Very big room and beautiful view. Nice worker. Strongly recommend!
Everything in apartment, was like home from home, we have 2 teenage children, was great for them to have there own room, good location with nice views, very quiet at night, would defiantly stop agin.
Nothing really, if i were to say something dirty mark on master bedroom floor.
the location and the apartment were both fantastic
Location and having own studio
Check out; couldn't connect to Wi Fi (very helpful gentleman gave me Ethernet lead); poor reception on tv; trams; shower took some working to get cold water.
Airy, modern apartment. Much better than a cramped city hotel room. Lovely to have a comfortable sitting room and a kitchen. It meant I could eat whatever I liked. The views of Manchester were pretty spectacular.
Several of the vertical blinds at the windows were broken. A lot of the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken (not the best for bare feet!). There is no reception on site, which made me worry about who had my credit card details.
Location, view from balcony
Parking charge, check out process, lack of kitchen items; no large glasses, salt & pepper, oil, tea towels, washing up liquid or diswasher tablets etc
Friendly helpful staff. Spacious accommodation, well equipped. I was upgraded and enjoyed the extra space. Compared to a hotel, it's great to have a proper sofa to sit and room to move around.
It was difficult to find on the first day! Make sure you check directions carefully beforehand. Parking charges of £12 per day are outrageously expensive, especially when I only needed to park overnight. The bed was a bit lumpy but overall I had a good night's sleep.
Easy to get to the City centre by car or tram
I expected that there would be bars or restaurants by the Quay within walking distance, but there were not
Safe underground parking. Friendly staff.
Shower was weak. Only 2 towels for a couple. No tea towels in kitchen. Bed was small, a Queen size at best. Parking was an extra cost.
