The carpet in bedroom was dirty, rug in living room too. Mould around bath. Not enough cutlery, cups or dishes for two. Would not stay again!

Location, modern apartment multiple spotlights not working in kitchen/living area, no kitchen cleaning products, poor state of kitchen utensils, terrible beds (both of them) - lumpy with springs protruding, no hand towels, threadbare bath towels (2 of the 4 were yellow stained - should have been white - they were clean though), 2 tatty hangers between the two rooms

They were cheap but also very modern and luxurious, having two rooms in each apartment allowed our group to socialise easily as we wouldn't have been able to do in a hotel room.. Very impressed with everything. A great place to stay all of my friends loved them! A few things were damaged- but this did not effect our stay what so ever.

Location. Parking on arrival. Given wrong address on booking confirmation form. Entry onto premises via intercom which was at the wrong building. Area covered by cctv for parking contravention,,I await my ticket as we had to wait on the road fo the concieage...who failed to appear. There were language dificulties also between us once I had made contact.

The hotel contact was excellent. The room was fading fast... Windows didn't shut properly, old cooking utensils, etc.

Positives, wow the whole apartment is unreal, it's like a luxury bachelor pad, no problems, fully equipped, wifi (didn't work) but was amazing, and I'd fully recommend this apartment. Also it's right next to a tram stop which will drop you off anywhere, and you can see Manchester Uniteds Football stadium from the apartment balcony (not that I care, I'm an arsenal fan ha) but overall was amazing! Great price. Negatives first, it is hard to find the apartments as there are no proper signs, when you find the apartments which is a small door with millennium point wrote on the side of it, you can't get through the door without a key or a pass code also there is no reception. So I rang the helpline, confirmed my name and they sent a worker down to open the door and give me the room key, wierd, but that needs to be more organised.

Very comfortable and large apartment with a lovely view over the Quays. Easy to get around Manchester via the Tram stop just across the road, short walk to media city and the Lowery Theater. Don't think the bedding had been changed...

The location The bed in the Master bedroom was broken. I tried to repair it but it broke again. The directions for my Tom-Tom were very good but signage to show you which apartment block or the entrance was very poor and misleading

I had booked the quays apartment for 1 night on 6/11/11..first of all I was driving around for 2 hours in circles as I couldnt find the apartment..the postcode that was given to me was not where the apartment was..it was a nightmare..the contact number that was given to me I couldnt get through to them. Finally when I did a gentleman was giving me directions to get there..then the line got disconnected.. Rang them again and then I was told there was a problem with the apartment as there was no electricity..if they was no electicity they could have contacted me and told me...but they didnt and when the man on the phone was giving me direction to the apartment he could have told me but he didnt either..totally unprofessional...i would never book an apartment with these people again.

Spacious rooms, particularly bedrooms, great to have family bathroom and en suite shower room. Good location and important that secure parking was available. Easy to find and easy access to other parts of Manchester that we wanted to visit. Modern. Might be better to have 2 x single beds in smaller room. I did have to telephone and complain about the Dining Room chairs-one of whicj collapsed 5mins after my husband sat on it-fortunately it wasnt one of the children and he wasn't injured. All 3 of the other chairs were wobbly and unusable which meant as a family on holiday we could not eat breakfast/evening meal all together at the table. This was one of the main reasons we booked an apartment not a hotel as we wanted to eat @ home alltogether. We were refunded our parking costs as a gesture of goodwill. Apartment was clean on the surface but food was left in baking trays in oven and skirting boards etc had thick layer of dust on them. No wine glasses and only 1 teaspoon, only 2 small plates.

Very little It was difficult to find. Post code does not get you to Quay Apartments. Being met in car park as no reception. When leaving having to leave car on double yellow lines to return keys to the apartment. (This is standard practice everyone does it I am told) no staff available until after 11am This was a no smoking apartment but was told it was ok to smoke on balcony. Hence smoke alarms either removed or not working.

Good size and well equiped. Difficult to find; a bigger sign with name outside would help when driving past. at least one bedroom should have twin beds to make it more flexible; both bedrooms had double beds. wasnt aware parking was extra.

Good service from friendly attentive staff who were just a phone call away. Light ad airy apartment, clean bathrooms and kitchen, all appliances working, free Wifi. A really enjoyable experience Carpets could have done with a steam clean and the shower door fell off while my fiancee was in there :( also a filthy sponge had been left in the kitchen sink, 10p to replace it would have been money well spent. Overall cleanliness was good but could have been excellent with a couple of simple steps

Great location for Quays and metrolink to City centre. All mod cons working. Suited our weekend well at a good price. Could do with a few more glasses, 3 wine glasses not enough although maybe for some! Looking a little tired and needs and bit of tlc. E.G. Shower door not sliding correctly, Blinds need sorting out.

The booking was for one apartment this was then changed to 2 sets of 2 apartments. This really dampened the mood and made the experience poor. We were not in a position to change the apartment booked on top of that, the fact we had to change apartment was only found out when we rang for the postcode.

Location. Unfortunately I was told afterwards that is was a non smoking apartment even if I did specify it in my booking. The guy who was supposed to leave me the keys called me 9 times because he was in a hurry to go home.No appropriate utensils in kitchen to cook. I was charged 43 euro for a 'free' parking and 197 for 'cleaning the room. Not happy at all!! Liked only the location the whoile holiday was ruined by the overcharging of parking and cleaning.

It was very clean and i loved the design of the apartments, very modern and a funky design to the rooms. It was 5-10 mins from deansgate where we had a fab night out, so great location. Definately be back again! The only problem we had was that the car park was £9.50 which I thought was a little bit expensive but apart from that it was great.

the apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious and extremely good value for money the only down side was the bed in the master bedroom, some of the slats were cracked and we had to get up in the night to put a load of slats back into place that had popped out while we slept! other than that we will definately be staying here again

Very spacious and comfortable. Fantastic views. Convenient location. There were no curtains at the bedroom windows. The blinds didn't block any light out at all.
