City Nites London - Canary Wharf    

The apartment was spacious but did not resemble the website.

Having to pay 15 pounds per night extra for parking. Disappointed with commication between the clerical personnel.

The entire experience was great! The area is relatively new, hence the taxi driver took some time to find the apartment. It's a 5 mins walk to the South Quay DLR or 10 mins walk to the Canary Wharf station. If you're planning to spend more time in Central London, take note that this area is further out and may require you to change lines to get from one place to the other. The room was above expectation for the price you are paying. It was really spacious and came with everything a traveller would need. As the apartment was so comfortable, we ended up spending more time there to cook and watch the TV.

We were a bit suprised as there was no proper reception but Tomas and Denisa was very kind to assist us.

Space Clean

I was moved accommodation due to a fire in property which initially caused some inconvenience. I wasn't given a VAT receipt upon departure. I requested this by email and have yet to receive a VAT receipt, and so am not able to make a business expenditure claim. I would be grateful if you could resolve this issue with City Nites.

Location is excellent, convenient underground parking facility.

Construction nearby produce unbearable noise, in order to park a vehicle, you have to go to concierge every time (no remote provided), in order to exit the car park, you have to leave your vehicle and open the gate. Carpets were dirty all over. Vacuum-cleaner did not work.

Location was very difficult to find. When we phoned staff to get directions no real information was given. When we arrived staff left us waiting in reception for 25 mins before coming to see us and show us our room. Asked for a parking space one was provided but once in he parking space the staff member left us standing in the car park while they had to go and find the key for the apartment. Blinds in one bedroom were not working. Check in is very late at 4 pm and check out is very early at 10am. Did not like at all.

Paying 10 pounds to book in half an hour early

Patio doors would not open. The weekend we stayed was warm and sunny and it made being the lounge area uncomfortable. There was no other available room and the repair to the patio door could not be sorted till after the weekend. This was disappointing,

Within easy reach of DLR. Tesco v nearby. Quiet. Spacious.

Kitchen appliances were good but there was a lack of oven dishes / cookware and could have done with a couple of extra sets of cutlery and crockery especially with the dishwasher.

Convenient & quiet location, excellent facilities, attractive decor, plenty of room, value for money

The booking process was difficult - didn't recognize my credit card expiry date. Tried to phone the hotel but nobody answered. I tried 3 times.

Good location, bit hard to find with taxi driver but it's a stones throw away from Hilton canary wharf. Very very good apartment.

It was just two small things, there wasn't any bowls for breakfast so we bought some and one of the blinds in one of the bedrooms was missing a panel.

Excellent well equipped room. Staff great as we got lost and they called and came to meet us. 2 mins from a tube station and lots of quay side restaurants at decent prices.

Could do with a sign to tell you that the apartments are in one of the residential looking buildings as we had actually walked past several times without realising it was the place.

overall, a very good location as well as a very clean apartment. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay again in the future.

The heating in the room did not work, the dining table rocks about like a rocking horse, we had no hot water for over an hour and towels were a little dirty.

Ade, who welcomed us was friendly yet the venue was not what we had hoped for.

door to balcony was hard to open/close, worst sofa ever....this is not a piece of furniture to sit let alone relax in... also the lower rim of the shower screen was moldy + kitchen table unstable

The receptionist Ade was excellent. Very very helpful and friendly.

No instruction for use of washing machine. Water stopped, broke (stopped working) on the last morning

Unfortunately there was no record of our booking when we arrived, despite receiving a booking confirmation email. Our group had to be spilt between 2 apartments which was disappointing.

Superfast wireless, Comfortable, great view of Canary Wharf at night time!

Was close to where we needed to be for acess to the docks.staff very helpfull and friendly.

Was dropped off by taxi driver at wrong place with postcode of yours.had a 10 min walk to find it had a disabled child with me.in 1 apartment was accupied by teenagers on balcony very loud couldnt sleep and there wasnt any one on desk to complain too,partying well into early hours.

I have stayed multiple times in an one or two bedroom appartment. Both have a lot of space and very comfortable. There is Wi-fi and there is a docking station for I-pod and therefore could listen to my music which I like very much. Furthermore there is big kitchen available. So if you want to cook no problem. As a last point, I like the view on the skyline of Canary Wharf which is beautiful. Late check out possible (GBP 10 per hour extra) Overall my experience with City Nites is excellent. Every stay I am enjoying it very much.

That the towels are not refreshed during the week. I have stayed many times for 5 days and you have 2 towels for these days. Furthermore would be great if the bed is refreshed once during a stay of 5 days. And the kitchen is in some appartments very little equiped.

Very clean, not to convenient for shopping and sight seeing as cost a fortune in public transport If you are looking for relaxation ideal Whilst there the heating packed up but city nites sorted heaters and repaire straight away The bed was so comfortable

On the pictures it shows a water garden but when I asked for an apartment over looking it I was told there wasn't a water garden so had to have one over looking a building site if I wanted a balcony with a view
