the whole experience was great
The appartment was perfect, facilities were good and overall had a comfortable stay
This was the 2nd visit to City Nights and on arrival the staff were rude as we were a group of friends. I wouldn't return it shows poor quality of a business when the staff are so off putting. Wouldn't stay here again due to this, the staff need to learn the importance of being polite.
easy no hassle
shop before you get their as no local shops and a very busy city could get stuck in traffic
The rooms were spacious and well decorated.
The water went cold after a bath full of water.
Air conditioning quite loud at night when it is quiet. Sound not in the apartment but from outside.
Excellent position for Barclaycard Arena and surrounding restaurants.
The apartment smelt of stale tobacco.
Cleanliness and facilities where excellent
Couldn't access the wifi
central location secure parking huge apartments comfortable beds excellent customer service
2 bedrooms, kitchen-diner and bathroom in centre of city close to restaurants etc.. Excellent value.
close to center, great size rooms, perfect stay. would recommend

I couldn't find the local shop... I walked into town to find a Sainsbury's local... But I am assured there is a local shop.
The apartment was very comfortable and close to everything we needed. Good kitchen facilities.
The only problem was that we wanted to watch a DVD and there was no remote for the dvd player, which it wouldn't work without. The WiFi was a little complicated.
Everything perfect , location , staff , appartment superb.. 10 / 10
Only one .. The £ 250 deposite crazy amount

The apartment was very nice and comfortable.
I thought £250.00 was a bit steep .You would not have to pay this at all in a hotel.
We are regular customers, on this return we were surprised and treated to an upgrade to the penthouse suite! 3 balconys and and a huge 50" tv in the living room, wonderful views over Birmingham by night
As always you have to leave a £250 deposit on your card which does get refunded a few days later, nothing else to complain about,
Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location and apartment
Wifi was slow
The apartment's location was not too far from the city centre of Birmingham (5-10 minute walk once you know your way around). The layout of the apartment was nice and the cleanliness of ALL facilities was spotless. I would stay here again as long as all issues have been addressed and I do not have a ground floor apartment
We were not told that there was a £250 deposit for the apartment which would not be credited back if the staff felt as though the apartment was not left in good condition. On inspecting our apartment we noticed that the headboard to our bed was severely scratched, the blinds were broken, there was a chip on the glass table in the kitchen and the kitchen door did not shut properly. I called staff three times before somebody actually attended the apartment to note down all of my concerns as of course I did not want to be faced with a £250 (fine) for something that was not my fault. The lady took down all of the issues and left ensuring that she would feed this back to the relevant department however the next morning when we were checking out I noticed that the notepad she had written on was just chucked to one side and so I ensured I mentioned the issues once again to the lady behind the desk so that she was aware that I had also reported it to another colleague. Luckily, even though my bank accepted the payment, they called to verify the transaction and so I was able to cancel the payment going through. Another downfall was the location of our bedroom. We were on the ground floor and on a Saturday night in Birmingham I believe this is the worst thing that could have happened. We were constantly woken up by people shouting and screaming who were clearly intoxicated bang objects near our window, laughing hysterically. At one point we had to open the bedroom door turn of all heating in the other rooms (the other rooms were colD but our room was really warm) and close the windows fully which did not help as we could still hear the same shenanigans continue. With all of this taken into consideration I do believe, as mentioned abover, we would stay here again however I would not stay in a ground floor apartment again and before I pay for a deposit I would want to inspect the apartment beforehand to ensure eveeverything is as it should be.
Spacious two bedroom apartment which is great for the Barclaycard Arena and some lovely resturants and bars along the canels. Plenty of space in the apartment and the free wi-fi was a welcome bonus.
Cooker hob was poor did not provide enough heat to warm things up made difficult as the numbers were worn away.
It's the second time we've stayed here and is much preferable to a room in a hotel. Can really relax & feel "at home"
Spacious modern apartment, lovely master bedroom with large bed and en-suite. Great kitchen facilities! Short walk to resteraunts, pubs, cinema etc. great location if you are attending an event at the barclaycard arena, as we were, could see it from our window/balcony.
Unfortunately apartment was freezing when we arrived at 8pm, windows were open it each room!
location, apartment (like home from home)
TV old fashioned and of poor quality
