one of the best for the money

You get a flat with full facilities for the price of a hotel room. Location is excellent for visiting ICC and NIA. Staff is very efficient and helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable.

The style of the apartment was clean, functional and minimalist. The staff were pleasant.

We were disappointed to find that there was no iPod dock as two of us had seen this on the website when booking. The Freeview was dreadful, it made it impossible to watch TV. This aside, we had a good stay.

It was nice to stay in an apartment rather than a small hotel room. City Nites also upgraded me FOC to a two bedroom apartment rather than the one bedroom apartment I had booked.

There was no reception/check out before 8.30am. I had to leave much earlier than that so I had to go into a seperate apartment block and drop my keys in an 'express check out' box. I have also struggled (and still not received it) to get a VAT invoice for my stay despite numerous assurances from City Nites.

That we could cook our own food and watch our dvds and just relax like we were in our own place

The pillow were very thin from being washed and where they have clumped together, also the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and we had to use a towel out of the bathroom to mop it up

Very convenient for where we wanted to be. Ideal for a stay of a few nights without having the expense of eating out in restaurants/hotels.

We have contacted City Nites direct with a couple of comments. No telephone contact with reception which would be useful in an emergency. No hot water on arrival and apartment very cold (it was a cold November evening) It would have been welcoming to have at least the main living area warmed up.

it was clean, everything you needed was there and i would have loved to have stayed longer, it was across the street from tha NIA which is where me and 3 other friends wanted to go that night

Ideal location for events at the NIA. Excellent value for money.

Nothing to dislike. I will definitely be using City Nites again.

Only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Quiet location. Less than a mile from the main train stations.
