Staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel ideally situated for the city centre

My one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all of the conveniences of home - dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc. As my stay was for a week, this was ideal for cooking meals and doing some washing. The apartments are situated about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre but very close to the canal area where there are plenty of restaurants.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Good value for money. It was also close to the centre and canal areas giving good access to shopping, restaurant and entertainment facilities.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean and of a high standard of decor. It was really quiet and peaceful. All facilities were provided that would be typically be needed in a trip. Had a great time at city nites.

The wi-fi was poor so wasnt happy with that as it was advertised.

The apartment was roomy, clean modern and comfortable.

The bathroom fan did not work. We reported it but nothing was done. The bathroom floor was in a poor state of repair with grouting eroded away making some tiles wobble.

Spacious, good location, reasonable price

Not as clean as should be, walls dirty and carpet stains. Nothing provided for tea and coffee.

The spacious, well appointed apartment. Very quiet location. Easy to locate. Secure parking. Restaurants/pubs within walking distance.

I didn't like the 250 authorisation fee its too much and unnecessary + the time it takes to be put back on my card is ridiculous.

Modern, close to city, security

Some issues with flooring in bathroom, we saw that it was reported some time ago, loose tiles which could be dangerous, still not fixed!!! Receptionist on arrival seemed unsure about stuff, lost keys, lone working. On leaving, the receptionist was excellent and friendly tho! Different one I may add!

Could not fault the place! Walking distance to Brindley Place / Broad St, and also the Jewellery Quarter and Summer Row/St Pauls square, which were all ideal for a night out. Nb organise parking upfront as can get busy, other that night a wonderful stay.

We booked two two-bedroom apartments between 8 of us, and not one person could find fault!

Comfortable bed

Apartments are very basic. No TV in bedroom.

Breakfast: overpriced and poor content.
