Excellent apartment, great size, good location. Very noisy with partying people on the street (at least on a Saturday night), CD player and television didn't work. Too expensive for what we actually got.

Absolutely nothing ,this hotel was more like a ymca or hostel. This apartment was absolutely terrible .it was at best a 2 star .the apartment was very small but that wasnt a major problem .the main problem was the fittings and fixtures were terrible.the mattress was paper thin ,the pillows were from the pound shop with no filling .the bedroom was absolutely red hot with no air con .the apartment was also above a night club and 5 yards from the main nightlife which went on til 6 am ,then the clearing up began .The apartments were very badly sound proofed ,and you could clearly here people coming in at all hours even though we were on the 3rd floor .The bathroom towels were cheap and nasty and didnt match ,the bathroom had been painted and the skirting boar paint was just splashed on and actually up the walls .in the morning when I went to complain ,the answer I got was " thats your opinion " when I mentioned the complaints .I would honestly recommend anyone to avoid this place unless you are a stag or hen party that want to get really drunk and dont care about the standard of apartment ,but at £130 per night it was a disgrace !

Checking out a day early! Next door to a sleazy club. Yobs got in and went on the rampage. No chain on the door. Staff (male) just knock and enter to empty bins. Outrageous noise levels, day and night. Tiny rock-hard bed. Windows that do not shut. Bath too short and narrow for a small person. Poorly fitted shower screen. Battered and grubby. Broken glass on the floor. Tired and poorly equipped kitchenette. Washer/drier broken. Tacky pictures on the walls

Great central location, comfortable, clean and good value for money. We stayed Friday night and noise from the Printworks was unbearable right through till 4am, even in the bedroom at the rear of the block. Not much hot water, five of us shared and two hot showers was all that we managed between us. Furniture in the bedroom was very cheap and falling apart (fronts of drawers coming off), and cleaning was not great in the bedrooms. Also, poorly equipped, although there were cooking facilities there was nothing to wash up/dry up with. Also, they took a deposit of £250 on a credit card when we checked in and were told that it will take two weeks to come back onto my card, which is unacceptable, and there was no warning.

Apartments were modern & spacious and in a fantastic location. A great alternative to staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were very warm as had to keep windows shut due to noise from tram station & bars, air conditioning would've been great! This wouldn't stop me from staying here again though.

It is close to all amenities for city centre of Manchester For a luxury Apartment/Hotel, this was far from the case. We had to change rooms twice, toilet broken in one apartment and shower dirty in the other. The final room was only acceptable with mold growing around all the air vents in ceiling. For the price, it wasn't worth it.

City stop apartment is based opposite the printworks so it's was great for nights out or to have a weekend shopping. There are many carparks near by that are easily accessible. For our use which was for a group of friends to have a night out in Manchester it's was perfect, there was ten of us so it great to have 2 apartments. The apartments were very comfortable and very homely it's was great for what we were wanting. We stayed in room 30 which is a 2 headroom apartment. One of the main sofa seats was split and in the kitchen the cupboards looked like they had seen better days, also there was. I docking station in the room like it stated on the Internet.

Location was ideal for young groups of friends travelling over for a weekend, right next to a shopping centre and pubs and clubs for going out! We stayed here for these reasons and also to go to a match in old trafford, was only a 15minute taxi ride away, perfect. Will definitly be staying again.

The location was fantastic and it was easy to navigate to as a first time visitor. The lad as reception was very pleasant and accommodating. Best thing was the flexibility of the property, early check-ins; late check outs and extra beds were all easily accommodated for at keen rates. The only draw bac was the noise. Despite its locationn beside a busling night spot no noise could be heard however during our stay construction work @ 7:00am on a Sunday morning directly adjacent to the property was unbarable. However I'd like to think that this was an isolated event, construction projects always have a completion date, it was just poor timing on our part.

The noise in all other apartments was so loud it meant not much sleep! Our door didn't lock from the inside so was open for anyone to stroll in through the night.

Staff were excellent, location was fantastic. Have booked again for next year The 2 people that slept on the sofa bed got very little sleep due to the lights on the 24 hour ncp car park at the back of the apartment block lighting up the room like daylight! Also very noisy from the Shudehill tram stop. It might be an idea to provide black out blinds in the living area (as in the bedrooms) and some soundproofing as the noise was constant until around 5 o clock. Other than that perfect!

It was clean and well equipped. Some of the other guest were very inconsiderate, which I understand you have no control over. Had an awful nights sleep because of them.

I stayed for one night with a friend as we were going to see Coldplay at the MEN. The location was great as it was a short walk to the venue/station and surrounded by bars and clubs in the heart of the city. The apartment was nicely decorated and had most of the things we required for our trip.

Ideal for a night out and a trip to men, good value for money and nice appartments. Stayed before and will stay again. Not impressed with the £250 pending deposit transaction on my card. Not pleasant being tarnished with the same brush as other people who may have stayed in the past. It made me feel uncomfortable and oblidged to go down and point out the problems with the appartment when we arrived in case we got blamed for a broken bathroom door, which was already not locking.
