Location of apartment second to none!

Lack of hot water in the morning! Apartment not to a 'luxury' standard as advertised!

Martin was a really cool bouncer! And the staff were all very helpful. Had a great weekend here and look forward to staying again!

This was an excellent choice for us in terms of location and facilities. We travelled to Manchester for a show from Ireland and transfer to the hotel from the airport was very quick and easy using the train. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults and had an apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent for city shopping, places to eat and the men Arena. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

As a group of friends catching up this apartment gave us space to spend time together before going out into town. The location was great for the city centre and the bars.

Really helpful friendly staff on hand to sort any queries immediately. Laid back atmosphere. Great central location for shops, bars and restaurants.

Very noisy outside til the early hours due to it's proximity to bars.

I think the place is excellent. nice staff and really nice apartment. Very close to the city centre and night life but you hear no noise - even though we were facing it!

The apartment in itself was OK, clean, and with required facilities. Also the ease of check in and check out is good

1) Nowhere on the booking site does it mention that there is a nightclub next doorm open until 3am, which can be heard, and felt from the apartment 2) Had to pay an additional £100 deposit, I was advised that 'this is usually refunded by the end of the stay' 3) The staff had changed a sofa during our stay??? 4) The noise made by other guests at all hours is simply not controlled or regulated

Excellent rooms with top location for night out of city break in Manchester.

Some of the furnature starting to look a bit worn since our last stop last year, but would use again when going to Manchester.

The location was ideal, there were 6 girls in our group so the apartment was great for a girly weekend. It was very handy for our weekend.

I expected the apartment to be better equipt, there wasnt a dishcloth or a tea towel we could find, and I would have expected that for £600!! Also the £250 deposit was a shock, I know normally you secure a room your card, incase of any damages etc but they actually took the money off your card and then you get the refund back in your account 5-10 days, this is alot to come out of your account when you are away on a girly weekend shopping and spending money already! The 2 girls who were on the sofa bed in the sitting room were woken at light as there weren't any blackout curtains, just blinds that let all the sun through! It said also there would be haridryers in the room, but I never found them! Maybe a manual or more information in the room for arrival would help!

location,price and the layout of the apartment itself ,it had every appliance you would need and more ,the staff were also very helpful and i would def stay again

if anything more attention could have been made to the cleaning of the rooms ie lots of dust behind the beds and around the extractor flans in the bathroom etc, otherwise fine

Will stay again, excellent value. two couples had plenty of room.

City stop apartment is based opposite the printworks so it's was great for nights out or to have a weekend shopping. There are many carparks near by that are easily accessible. For our use which was for a group of friends to have a night out in Manchester it's was perfect, there was ten of us so it great to have 2 apartments. The apartments were very comfortable and very homely it's was great for what we were wanting.

We stayed in room 30 which is a 2 headroom apartment. One of the main sofa seats was split and in the kitchen the cupboards looked like they had seen better days, also there was. I docking station in the room like it stated on the Internet.
