excelent location. Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. We stayed one night but would definately book these again much better than staying in a hotel room. We also received a welcome pack of loaf of bread, fresh orange juice, tea and coffe and water. |

Location for all amenities was excellent. Nice designer apartment with all facilities you need. Very comfortable and well maintained. Also felt very secure with the security . The noise! Due to location was very noisy all night with people, traffic and metro. Also the lights from the nearby car park lit the room up, you didnt need the lights on! Need to take earplugs and eye mask. Would request to stay at other side of apartments if I stay again |

Location was good Service was very poor. When we arrived we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned/serviced & had to be relocated. There was no apology for the inconvenience & staff seemed to be more concerned with number 8 being cleaned than setting us up in another room. It was as if it was an inconvenience to them rather than us. It took too long to sort & was a bad start to our trip |

I loved the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Close to all links.....great shopping! The staff was very helpfull, and allowed me to check in early after a long flight from Canada. There was no phone in the apartment. A lot of noise late into the night. In all fairnes....it is central Manchester. |

As i was unfortunaley on crutches for the stay, i was very happy with the apartments loacation. The apartnebt did however have a double mezzine with very steep steps, but fortuntely the ground floor bedroom was all i required. The staff were also very pleasant. |

We stayed on the top floor of the apartments on 21st of November for a works pary at the Birdcage (which I can recommend). The apartment were very clean and modern. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The only problem was that the shower was in the bath and the bath didn't drain properly. The stairs up to the second bedroom were very steep and possibly not suitable for small children and alcoholics. |

the hotel was right in the city, close to everything. The hotel staff were very friendly and the apartments were very clean and felt homely. it was also very secure, you have a code to get into the building which gave me added comfort. The stairs which lead up to the bed,Iam not sure if every room is the same,it was like climbing a ladder to get to bed. Also the bed seemed like it was going to fall apart when i sat on it. The final problem was that it was very close to the printworks which is rather loud when its drinking up time. |

Close proximity to shops MEN Arena and nightlife. Room at front a bit noisy, but that should be expected due to location. Would stay again but would prefer room at the side or rear. |

You couldn't fault the location, it was very central The staff were unhelpful, we were on the 4th floor and the receptionist happily sent us up the stairs with all our bags, only to discover later that there was a lift!!! The apartments are spacious but the finishing lets them down badly, holes in walls, flakey paintwork and the kitchen could have been kitted out with cleaning clothes, tea towels, kitchen foil etc. The breakfast pack is a joke and our loaf of bread had been opened and re-sealed. No maps available or information on discounts offered by staff on arrival. The cleaners asked if they could come in to our room, whilst we were packing - it was an hour before check out. Great digs and would stay here again, they just need to get a few things right. |

Space and location for Restaurents and centre of town The parking was a good walk away in the ncp. The location while good is right next to a Pole dancing club which attracts some interesting people late at night!!! |
