The location was great

The apartment is starting to look tatty and could do with a face lift

Really accessible to town center shops bars and restaurants. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and made everything very straight forward. Everything was perfect for the type of weekend we booked. The staff gave us free passes to Tiger Tiger and food vouchers for local restaurants which we used.

Apartment was spacious enough for 4 girls getting ready for a night out and was in walking distance to the men arena. We also left straightners in the hotel and the staff were helpful when we rung up and found them for us.

They asked for a deposit on arrival which isn't stated when booking. They originally asked for £250 but a group of guests in front of us argued about this price and managed to get the deposit down to £100

Great location lovely and warm lively sat in the lounge overlooking nightlife but bedroom situation quiet well equipped.

I have still not received back our 250 gbp deposit for the 2 appartments! We left the appartments almost 2 weeks ago and on my bank account this sum is still blocked :(

Bad decretive finnish dishwasher did not work dust sticky wood flooring unsafe electric heaters

Excellent place to stay!!! Very good value for money, beautiful apartments. Safe but easy access, extremely central and nice staff 6/5!

Its more a problem with booking.com than citystop. There is a £100 safety deposit which is in the small print when you book but booking.com havent really advertised that well!!! It seems alot but if your well behaved its worth it cos theyre awesome apartments would well stop there again!

Radiators kept falling apart, some of the things in the room were falling off!

noise of other people staying in the apartments, I was woken up at 6am by someone walking around their apartment above me, very loudly!

The location was excellent. The apartment was reasonably clean although we did find a sock belonging to a previous guest as we were checking round on departure

Our welcome was very strained, the gentleman who checked us in struggled to make any conversation and gave the appearance of being very unhappy in his work. The apartment was very noisy from the outside so none of us got a good night sleep. There were 5 of us in our party but the dining table only seated 4 of us which was a bit strange

City stop apartments are exactly where you need them, they are positioned perfectly in the middle of everything, what more could you ask for?

On our stay we had a problem with the shower being warm & heating meaning we had to wait an hour for a shower however the staff made sure it was rectified for us! Small stains on the bed valance which were slightly off putting but rest of the apartment was clean.

Location-you need to advertise this more!!

Great location- right by the Arndale shopping centre. Roomy apartment - great for family use. Very flexible about time of our arrival and reception were only too happy to help. Not luxury but a good standard. It had everything we needed and clean.

Nothing it was fine!

Very convenient for the office that I was working at in Manchester. Comfortable, well-equipped and as quiet as you could expect for a city centre location.

There was no obvious recycling facilities for any recyclable items I.E. glass bottles, plastic bottles and trays, tins, cardboard and paper etc I left all my (rinsed-out) recyclable items sorted into separate supermarket carrier bags in the room when I left. But room servicing may well have disposed of it all along with general landfill rubbish!

Freezing cold took 3 hours to warm up childrens room freezing heater didnt work bed head broken didnt like room 18 stayed 6 times beore that was the worse room will request not to stay there next time but will stay again

Beautiful apartment will defo book again

Apartment was stylish. I requested room 37 even tho there were just 2 of us and it houses 4, as i'd seen on a review it was an amazing Room. I was originally told this wasn't possible, however when we checked in it was a nice surprise to see they had followed through with my request and we were upgraded to 37. We were welcomed nicely by the man on reception. Perfect location right in the centre of shops, restaurants, cinema across the road! All mid cons. Good sized room, big bath, exposed brickwork and wooden beams in the eves.

The lady behind reception on the second day was half- arsed and did but attempt a smile. She said parking was around a tenna (the ncp behind building) per day but it was in fact £15, totalling to £30 in all! City Stop must be able to negotiate a discount for sending all its guests there, surely?? The blinds in the room are insufficient - need black out blinds since the workstation right across the (very narrow) road has bright lights on all night. Revellers from Lloyds bar across the road in the workstation are loud into the early hours but we only noticed this when we got in late ourselves and it didn't stop us from getting to sleep. I would say don't stay in the city centre if you expect amazing sleep quality!! Yes some of the furniture on close inspection was 'lived in' but no rips or tears and a few cracked tiles in the bathroom but not that unsightly and Certainly not dangerous. Only milk portions were left with the tea and coffee facilities- a little 1 Pinter would have been much better. These are the only negative points I can think of!

Great aparment, great location, 2 mins from Victoria station and 5 minute walk to Deansgate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was lovely. Ideal for night out in Manchester with friends. Our apartment was on the top floor at the back of the hotel, we had no disturbance at all and it was a Friday night. Would recommend these apartments and would stay again.
