Very clean, good location This is an apartment, but there were no basic cleaning materials, ie simple ones like a dish cloth. Only one mirror in the hallway, none in the bedrooms. |

From the Security Man at the door, through to Reception and Cleaners, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The flat was really well appointed and offered good facilities - the loaf of wholemeal bread, with butter/jam, milk etc was a pleaseant surprise. It couldn't have been any more convenient - we were out in the Printworks and shopping next day. Very quiet in the bedroom but not the lounge. Clients need to know that the Printworks is noisy - especially if using the bed settee, however, the bedroom is very quiet. |

Staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The apartment was lovely and situated in an excellent location for shopping, restaurants and culture. The apartments were decorated really nicely and they were lovely and warm (in a frosty December). Access was excellent and security also very good. We stayed in apartment 10 which wasn't quite finished. The shower room/wet room got completely flooded when we showered which made it very slippery, my mum is in her seventies and she could have slipped. Also the other shower wasn't quite right, the doors were hanging off and the shower head couldn't be hung up on the bracket. To be fair when we pointed these faults out to reception, the maintenance man was called out immediately but couldn't solve the problem. We were given a mop to clear up the excess water and 2 complimentary bottles of wine. I would have preferred a bit of a refund. |

The apartment was located centrally which was fantastic at the end of a day of shopping. It felt a secure location and the staff were professional and always available when there was a query. Finding an empty (possible) drug's packet tucked in between the dishes on the table wasn't brilliant! |

perfect location!! comfortable,trendy good value for money There was 6 girls staying for our work weekend away from blackpol,which we were really lookin forward to,which was soon shattered when we all had to take a cold shower as the water wasnt hot for some strange reason,we also asked for a taxi to be ordered for 7.45pm and one didnt arrive and we didnt get to our restaurant until half an hour after our reservation.Other than this it was pretty alright to be honest,but you have to try for youself,everyone has there own opinion,We would still probably visit again as long as we got a Hot shower!!!! |

excelent location. Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. We stayed one night but would definately book these again much better than staying in a hotel room. We also received a welcome pack of loaf of bread, fresh orange juice, tea and coffe and water. |

Location for all amenities was excellent. Nice designer apartment with all facilities you need. Very comfortable and well maintained. Also felt very secure with the security . The noise! Due to location was very noisy all night with people, traffic and metro. Also the lights from the nearby car park lit the room up, you didnt need the lights on! Need to take earplugs and eye mask. Would request to stay at other side of apartments if I stay again |

Location was good Service was very poor. When we arrived we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned/serviced & had to be relocated. There was no apology for the inconvenience & staff seemed to be more concerned with number 8 being cleaned than setting us up in another room. It was as if it was an inconvenience to them rather than us. It took too long to sort & was a bad start to our trip |

I loved the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Close to all links.....great shopping! The staff was very helpfull, and allowed me to check in early after a long flight from Canada. There was no phone in the apartment. A lot of noise late into the night. In all fairnes....it is central Manchester. |

As i was unfortunaley on crutches for the stay, i was very happy with the apartments loacation. The apartnebt did however have a double mezzine with very steep steps, but fortuntely the ground floor bedroom was all i required. The staff were also very pleasant. |

We stayed on the top floor of the apartments on 21st of November for a works pary at the Birdcage (which I can recommend). The apartment were very clean and modern. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The only problem was that the shower was in the bath and the bath didn't drain properly. The stairs up to the second bedroom were very steep and possibly not suitable for small children and alcoholics. |
