Bit noisy but expected that in city centre
The whole apartment was nice and cosy felt like home
There was a weird smell in the room just kept lingering around in the rooms.
Location is great if you are in Manchester for a night out Everything apart from the bed was great about the apartment facilities
The bed that was harder than the floor If you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, I don't recommend.
The locations great and the apartments are lovely and spacious!!
Our apartment was at the front of the building across from the printworks and it was really noisy!!! Have stayed previously and in diff room noise wasn't an issue
Brilliant location right in the heart of Manchester next to Printworks. All appliances we needed in the apartment to cook our meal. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Communal areas were a bit untidy and the lift was insanely slow but can't fault the place really.
The location was fab!....
The noise was awful from the print works and the windows do no shut fully and not double glazed. No kettle in the room for a brew.
Good location for city centre attractions
Kitchen was looking a little tired
It's a very convieniant apartment block. The staff were very helpful and happy. The place was very comfortable. The only down part was the kitchen equipment other than that a very nice stay.
As I said the kitchen equipment let it down a little.
Location and security
every thing was not in a million year like what is on the website !! smelly and dark flats >>> not recommend more than one night...
Location - very central, next to Arndale Centre.
Some sockets were loose. Difficult to park. Busy at night - next to Lap Dancing Club, with curiously "happy" people having parties in car park at 3:00 mid-week
Location to all city centre activities, easy parking, very good staff.
Kitchen equipment dirty had to washed before use. Bath room floor tiles loose and broken, bath water did not drain away. Very noisey outside until 3.30am every night.
Our room was first floor which is directly over a nightclub. Should have been warned really
Location was also a bad point due to the noise all night. Pounding music, horns honking, people arguing and shouting.Shabby apartments in need of an update. Perfect for hen and stag parties
Safety = Dodgy characters hanging out at hotel entrance. As a family we feel unsafe especially my youngest girl. Noise = Loud music plus pub crawlers from the pubs below the apartment till early hours. Cleanliness = ZERO eg pillows & mattress smelling of sweat!!! Overall bad experience!!! Not recommended for family
Superb location at a good price.
Rooms facing the Printworks were incredibly noisy at night, especially as the windows didn't close properly. No wifi internet except lobby area. Bedroom was really stuffy and warm as there were no windows or ventilation. At least it was quiet...
Close to train/bus, shopping and night life.
Was very busy on the Friday and Saturday with people soicalising saw few very drunk people very early in the day which was not good as we had children with us.Could not get iternet in the room for the kids only could get internet when on the ground floor.
price was fair and facilities inside the apartment good.
very tired bathroom, needs regrouting and bath resealing. Mirror are placed so high I could not see in them
When booking this it was the same price as the premier inn but it was so nice to have an apartment, not just a room. Very close to shops bars and clubs fab central location. Security is good!
It was a bit noisy due to clubs and bars across the road. No air con so we had to have windows open which made it even noisier! Generally looking a bit run down with marks on the walls and cracks etc. But clean and good spaces.
Stained carpets, despite stating sleeps six, two would have had to have shared a sofa-bed in lounge, fortunately we were only three. Not for me.
Room size and location
Night manager was rude Didn't accomodate for extra guests even though it was arranged before booking which made the night less pleasurable as people had to change their plans because of this! Not happy about that! And the room had a balcony but situated right outside a greasy and smelly takeaway which made the whole apartment smell bad!
We like the location and the apartments. Only thing I found embarrassing was when we checked in we were asked for a £250 security deposit, which I had rang booking.com asking is the defo needed, which they said no. Very embrassed as a friend had to pay this on her card.
Too noisy, from other rooms and fri street noise
the position was very good and centrally located in the Northern Quarters
parking was quite an issue (of course you're in the center), reception was unmanned evening, night and until 9/10 am; no mention of wi-fi access code, I had to call the Emergency number, who wasn't so happy to be disturbed for such an issue. In the middle of an entertainment area. Shortly if you're young and visiting Manchester for fun, it's your perfect choice, if you're around for business, not at all
We stayed for just 1 night with our 5 month old baby girl. It rained constantly all day so to have the space of the living room was excellent. The courteous guy on reception accomodated us eith an early check in agsin due to the weather. We will definitely be back here again and know we can easily bring our other two children with us.
It can be a little noisey as it's opposite The Printworks - if you're a light sleeper.
