Add some new paint to this appartement would make a world of a difference to make it feel fresh. . Clean the floors with something that does not leave a sticky film. Make sure sheets are clean and not, as in my case dirty. And you have a top notch place. It was great value for money so a I am not complaining, but freshen it up and I will even recommend this place. // Best!

Owner was helpful when meeting us

Bathroom door didn't close properly. Cracked mirror in bathroom. Basement apartment with no views, outside storage area had light on that brightened up kitchen area. Cigarette butt ends on floor in patio area. Many lights were blown and hadn't been replaced.

The fact it had two bedrooms but so do other places.

The owners attitude is very bad. Any problems are not considered to be his problem but a previous residents! Not helpful to sort the issues you are having. All 3 patio doors where left open, he eventually turned up with a key for one of them at 11.30pm but said he could not do anything about the other 2 which he had no key for. We had to sleep all night with them open! Its not the safest area of London either. My two young children could also have fallen from the door to the ground we were two floors up. Never did he once apologies. It is also still being built so had to put up with drilling from 8am each morning. Do not book this place.

The staff were extremely firendly and helpful, and very willing to accomodate our early evening arrival. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were using the apartments as a base for sight-seeing in London - and a bus stop less than a 100m from the apartment was a real bonus for getting back into central London.

Apartment was under renovation. Staff was nice, but the apartment was missing pillow cases and towels. This place might be good in a couple of months when its completed. Also farther away from tubes and center then advertised

The underfloor heating was very efficient and we were all toasty warm. Shower head was lovely and strong with a great spray of hot water Staff b very helpful

The steps to the apartment were a bit slippy A grap rail would be useful to assist in stepping out of the bath which was high and a bit slippy RE restauarant just across the road Sebright Arms pub just across the road Kitchen facilities which enabled us to cook an evening meal and breakfast. Close proximity to Cambridge Heath station (walking distance)

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable and could sleep 6 adults.

Building could do with some small maintenance. Entrance and stairs should be finished. Provide instructions on how to use appliances.

The location was very good and the flat was very nice and roomy.

There was a leak in the bathroom and a drainage problem. The bed was not comfortable at all (the mattress is probably quite old).

The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. The hotel phoned the day before to understand when I would be checking in and were on site to check me in and show me how to use appliances and central heating etc. Good security to building. Staff very helpful even when I called them after checking in to ask something.

If you are using the apartment like a home and wish to cook etc then there are limited utensils so be prepared E.g there was no saucepan

Although it is not very old the maintenance is bad. We stayed at the basement and the front "balcony" was occupied with the cleaning shed and the back "balcony" was occupied by trash of sigarettes. The dishwasher was not checked and the dirty dishes of earlier guest was still ther and smelling. The couch was broken, the chairs were dirty. Although you could pay by card the machine does not work due to bad gprs. The WiFi net at the basement has a bad signal strength so not working. With some attention of tthe staff to the cleaning and the quality of furniture this would be a nice place to stay.

Excellent value for money for a family Clean, modern, good facilities

Nothing really - it is what it says; 10 minutes from the tube at Bethnal Green. Not the greatest location, but easy to get to the centre of London.

Well presented and good location.

Basic facilities worked. Security was good

Poor response time......Requested for a cooking pot since arrival. We were promised that it will be delivered. We spent 10 days and it never came. We were charged extra for paying via credit card.....not sure how else we were to pay. This was also communicated on he website. In two weeks, the rooms were only cleaned once. The hotel s 20mins walk to nearest tube station

I liked the style, everything very modern. Very clean, helpful gentlemen on arrival. I loved the bed, and the living space, also the balcony Love the shower.WiFi. the intercom with camera.

No lift, unfinished building work. Considering the apartments arent very old, i thought there were tatty aspects to the appartment, walls, poorly finished floors. Lack of mirrors. No electricity point in bathroom for the one mirror (using hair straighteners) Leaking bath.

It did have a disregarded furniture on the side walk for serveral days and the smell of rubbish in the lower floor was strong

Everything was nearby or within walking distance. Theyre very secure too We needed to be close to hackney marshes so my daughter and friend could attend the radio 1 event and the apartment was.I would recommend the city view apartments to people.

We were in apartment 2 (street level),there was an odour eminating from outside the apartment that was also inside the apartment ( possible drain issue) we had to purchase a spray air freshener to dissipate it but it didn't spoil our stay. Also all the internal doors squeaked when in use.

It was clean and spacious.

The description of the apartments is first rate. You get what it says on the tin. No complaints and I have no hesitation in recommending these apartments to anyone needing to stay in the Tower Hamlets area.

Apartment clean and modern, although few short cuts.

It was noisy as there were a couple arguing upstairs in both nights, knocking on our door all hrs of the night. I'm sure they were living there. Also no workspace in kitchen at all, not even to butter a piece if toast.
