Excellent apartment, very comfortable & will def stay there again

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very well equipped apartments inclduign towels, hair dryers, tea, coffee, condiments, shower gel and shampoo etc. Was worried when we saw a couple of hen and stag groups but everyone was well behaved and we weren't disturbed by noise at all. Fabulous apartments

It's in an amazing location. Great access to both the city centre and northern quarter of Manchester. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment itself was extremely spacious and had everything that a home would have by way of facilities. Amazing value for money!! And fat preferable ti the many hotels that I have stayed in in Manchester in the past, for sure!!

My only gripe was the sofas in the lounge. They were the most uncomfortable I had ever sat on. How could they get this so wrong when everything else was so perfect.

We had problems with our hot water which weren't resolved till the next day but we were refunded for the inconvenience. I do think the apartments are overpriced and are definitely not luxury, but the staff are very friendly and the location is excellent so I would stay again.

I was staying overnight after seeing a show, travelling with my husband a teenage grandson, the price for seperate sleeping rooms was very favourable compared with staying in seperate rooms in a hotel. The apartment was very modern and spacious with everything we needed.

The area around the appartments was not very nice although it was quite convenient for the city centre

The bed were confortable and the sound proofing quite good the equipment of the flat was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful

First the access, no parking bay to offload the car, the entance is dismal, looks a bit like a backpackers skat . The cleanliness is just adequate (cigarette buds on the pavement, bath tub sewage not flowing propely)

The apartments were lovely and clean. The decor was gorgeous. Great location and great value. We didn't want to leave.

The only problem was we booked a car parking spave. The car park was so tiny. We couldn't get the car in. Not a huge problem though the man was very helpful and advised us were the nearest ncp car park were an gave us our money back.

I stayed with friends for my 30th birthday, lovely apartment, much bettet than staying in a hotel when u have a group of girls, staff friendly, really nice and clean, just like a city centre apartment, would stay again

Good size rooms, good modern furnishings and design, and a pleasure to go into the apartment. Kitchen facilities very good. Really comfortable bed.

Lighting in the bathroom much too dim. Apart from the need for stronger lighting and lights around / above the mirror, a small shelf for toiletries would have been appreciated. Bedside lamps again far too dim, almost impossible to read by. Location noisier than expected, due to my ignorance of the city.

Poor quality of finish throughout - poorly designed in general. Needs some maintenance and tlc!

Can't flaw this place, staff were so friendly and helpful, apartment was amazing, very comfortable beds. Great value for money and right in the city centre ,brilliant trip.

Great location, very well equipped, spacious and modern design with everything you need to have a thoorughly enjoyable stay. The staff are really really helpful and professional. Have stayed 5 times before and the level of service is always first class.
