It was very clean, the staff were friendly and I felt comfortable.

My one complaint on the second night, there was a ggroup of people who were drunk, they were loud and disturbing and were obviously smoking since we could smell it in our rooms. There is a bar across from the hotel which makes it very noisy to stay, especially if it a weekend night

Location great for Subway (Metro), staff were very helpful when shower in original room broke down and we were very quickly move to another room.However the toilet here was very, very small. Nice quiet part of the city. Enjoyed the stay.

Location was ideal for my business meeting in the West end. The apartment was very spacious.

Unfortunately the change in weather meant the heating had not been put on for my arrival, the two oil filled radiators took all night to heat the vast area of the apartment. Would have liked a welcome tray of tea or coffee, none available.

The staff were very helpful. The location is perfect it is near the Botanical Gardens, Art Galleries, river walks, university, great range of shops, bars and restaurants. Two minutes from nearest subway and buses. Cosmopolitan, welcoming area of Glasgow.

Voortreffelijke kamer, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De subway zit op de hoek, restaurantjes in de buurt, prima.

Vicinissimo alla metropolitana, ben arredato e con possibilitòà di cucinare. La persona che ci ha accolto, Jessie, è stata supergentile. Vicino al Lidle.

A huge room with fridge and kitchen. Very close to a subway station, but quiet.

De locatie is uitstekend: dichtbij het metrostation en in een leuke wijk (West End) met veel gezellige pubs en restaurantjes om de hoek. Ook de supermarkt is op een paar minuten lopen. De kamer heeft in principe alles waarvoor je reserveerd. Keukentje, eethoek, bed en zithoek zijn prima en vrij ruim. Je kan al vanaf 13 uur inchecken, dat is erg handig.

Het brandalarm was erg gevoelig en ging snel af. Jammer dat er geen schoonmaakmiddelen beschikbaar waren of bijvoorbeeld zout, peper en suiker. Je moet alles zelf meenemen of kopen. De handdoeken worden maar 1x per week vernieuwd, per persoon heb je 2 handdoeken voor een hele week (of kortere periode die je verblijft).

Location is close to the Glasgow university, where I attended to a conference.

Although I booked 3 month before my arrival no room was available. Nobody informed my prior to my arrival. I was transferred to the Embassy Apartments (Apartment 3), where the bath room was dirty and the shower cubicle full of mould fungi. Disgusting.

L'appartement réservé prévu n'était plus disponible, on nous a offert en remplacement 1 chambre et petit déjeuner inclus. Près du centre ville par métro qui est à deux pas de marche. Beau, bon et pas cher!
