City Apartments Scotland  

Loved our stay at City Apartments, its location is great for all the vintage shops in Byres Road and 2 mins from underground into Glasgow City Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpfull and apartment had everything we needed. Highly reccommended. Good value for money.

The one bedroom apartment was exceedingly spacious. Kitchen was small but adequate. Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move around.

Close to shops, night life, convenient for restaurants ..etc

The entrance was non existent..had I not found someone by chance to take me to what looked like a cleaning/redundant apartment...there needs to be a reception area in the front foyer

A huge room with fridge and kitchen. Very close to a subway station, but quiet.

The studio apartment had everything you needed. Shower gel and little touches like that always make the experience that little bit more special. The member of staff that greeted me at the start of my 2 day stay, knew my name right away (attention to detail is what makes a great hospitality manager), he showed me everything that was in the apartment and explained how things worked. Highly recommended.

Well equipped apartments, 1 minute walk to amenities and Glasgow Underground. I stayed here with a friend and we found them clean, large and comfortable rooms. Ideally located for bars/pubs/restaurants, I highly recommend.

i thought the staff were excellent ad very welcoming the room was lovely and its not to far from the city center

the room was cold when first went in but got extra blankets and it wasnt long heating up

sheets rochen nach parfum, ansonsten aber alles sehr rein; die lage ist nicht optimalst

L'appartement réservé prévu n'était plus disponible, on nous a offert en remplacement 1 chambre et petit déjeuner inclus. Près du centre ville par métro qui est à deux pas de marche. Beau, bon et pas cher!

Pues no me ha gustado que cuando llegue me dijeron que nos habian cambiado a otro departamento por cuestiones de plomeria, dicen haber mandado un mail pero bajo otro nombre, El departamento qu nos asignaron estaba en una zona mas alejada. La parrilla de la cocina y unos cubiertos estaban sucios y ni que decir del repasador de cocina, un asco total. Reclame para que nos dieran toallas de mano y me dijeron que no tenian. De modo que usamos los toallones para todo, Cuando yo hice la reserva lo hice para dos personas y nos dieron una habitacion con una cama doble y una chica pero el tema es que estaban pegadas y no se podian separar. Mi marido con 64 años tenia que saltar todas las noches por la otra cama para llegar a la cama matrimonial. Se rompio la cortina y pedi que la vengan a reparar y no lo hicieron
