Big self catering room. 5 mins walk to subway which takes you to the centre of town. Friendly staff especially Donald. Everything you need in one room.

No free parking as advertised. It costs £4.00 per day and you have pay it by 8am. We got a parking fine one day as we were a little late.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Would have liked dish washing products.

Good location near the Subway and West End attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent, very fast wi-fi.

No central heating. Heaters are provided, but the rooms have high ceilings and take a while to warm up.

Friendly & efficient staff. Got upgraded so had two very large rooms, which were well appointed. Sheets, towels too a high standard.

I checked in late and the room was very very cold! It took till the morning for the rooms to feel comfortable.

The apartments were in an amazing location, right im the West end of Glasgow and a short taxi ride away from the city centre. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and the receptionist, Laura, was brilliant.

The only thing that we didn't like was we were informed on arrival that if the owner had been on reception duty he would've turned us away as he doesn't let any same sex groups or people that look as if their coming for a night out stay in the apartment. If that had been the case we wouldve been stranded in Glasgow. I really wasnt happy about that at all as it doesn't state anywhere on the booking confirmation. The only thing it states is no hen or stag parties.

The staff were very helpful and understanding but the actual appartments were a very low 2* not 4* i logged my compaints with the staff t the time and they did there best to rectify what they could but this still did not make these appartments 4* we would not recommend them or be staying again.

I have a lot of photos to show all of the disgraceful points in this appartment. And the fact that some rooms were occupied by live in residents and the consent door banging from 7.00am till 20 past 8 every morning while they went to work was dreadfull.

good value for money, good location, close to market where you can find almost every thing, wine shop, grocery (24hour), launder o matic, eatries etc

parking is not free, should be free, or atleast they should mention it.

It was quite close to Kelvingrove Park, Kelvingrove Subway Station (2 minutes walk) and at the Great Western Road are plenty of shops and restaurants.

It was too expensive, on the pictures it seemed the appartement might have two rooms, but it was just well pictured. In Addition the appartement smelled really bad.

Excellent location - friendly, courteous, helpful staff - very tasteful, well laid-out and spotlessly clean accommodation - good facilities - plenty of nearby street parking - ideally located to shops, restaurants in Glasgow's West End, close proximity to subway for travel into city centre - I just wish I had found them previously!

The apartments are well-located for Glasgow University and the West End of the city.The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the kitchens well-equipped.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly and I felt comfortable.

My one complaint on the second night, there was a ggroup of people who were drunk, they were loud and disturbing and were obviously smoking since we could smell it in our rooms. There is a bar across from the hotel which makes it very noisy to stay, especially if it a weekend night

Ησυχο, ιδανικό για οικογένεια, τοποθεσία μέσα στο πράσινο δίπλα στον ποταμό Kelvin. Δίπλα σε σταθμό μετρό.

Απαίτησαν να εξοφλήσουμε το σύνολο του λογαριασμού μας με την άφιξή μας, πράγμα για το οποίο δεν μας είχε προειδοποιήσει κανείς. Ευτυχώς έπαιρναν κάρτες αλλιώς θα μέναμε στον δρόμο. Δεν ξέρω αν επιφυλάσουν τέτοιες εκπλήξεις μόνο στους Έλληνες ...

Beds were fine. It's on a quiet street - no traffic noise. Very close to transportation.

Carpets were a bit worn. Bathroom was really tiny. Furniture not comfortable.

Nice and clean, comfy beds. Lovely big rooms :)

Proximité immédiate de la station de métro (à 3 arrêts du centre). Possibilité de cuisiner (sommairement).

Les stationnements tout autour sont payants et attention à la prime (60£ !) en cas de négligence... Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, dommage.

Overall you have a lot of space and the location is very good for the west end of Glasgow. The price I paid was good too being comporable to a modestly priced budget hotel room. I think "apartment" is a bit of a stretch of the term (essentially I was staying in a very large room with two twin beds, coffee table, dining table and kitchenette) and a small ensuite bathroom. Good if you need a space to work in, want to cook some food and want free internet access. Oh and the guy on reception was very friendly.

It wasn't as clean as it could have been. I found a clump of hair in the shower and quite a lot of dust on the bedside tables. If you want somewhere with a hotel feel then you wont like it there. Felt a bit like I was staying in a friends living room. The decor is a bit dated and needs updated however overall I couldn't fault it too much for the price and would stay there again.
