Apartments are central, spacious and modern.Everything you need is there, including washing up liquid, washing machine and dish washer tablets, tea towel and a j cloth. Tea and coffee is also included.Stayed on a Sunday night- very quiet. Wonder what the noise would be like during the week though? We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment, which had a leather sofa bed too. There was only two of us but I wondered where five people could all sit and relax, as there was only one sofa[ could sit three on it] and a dining table with four chairs. It needed another sofa really. |

the location was good- very close to shops and restuarants the apartment was not very clean, the entrance was like a hostel and smelt strongly of stale fat, the bedrooms looked out over noisy and dirty ventilation plant. The staff were encountered on two occasions smoking in the entrance lobby. |

Reception were very helpful. Our apartment was on the 5th floor (not a problem as there is a lift) and was spotlessly clean. Great facilities includinga huge fridge and huge freezer. Large living room with huge flat screen tv. Playstation initially didn't work but rang reception who swapped it for a different one (that worked) straight away. Tea and coffee bits in the rooms. En suite in one room and big bathroom for other double room. Smaller flat screen tv's on the walls in both bedrooms. Beautiful linen and towels. Overall a really high quality feel to the place. Would come back again. Only thing I think should be highlighted is that to get to reception it is us a large flight of stairs, no problem for our group but would be difficult for some elderly/disabled people. |

Great location, between mi-shake & Nat west bank, close to everything in newcastle city center, no need to have a car- secure- big apartment, has dishes, towels, free fast internet- the lady in the reception was extremely helpful. Because it was right in the northumerland road, there was no car access to the building, it was hard to get the luggages to the taxi q, no elevator to the reception floor so had to take the long stairs which was horrible :( no one to help u with your stuff - because it was right in the city, it was noisy, the apartment view was horrible, it overlooked the steet where there was a line of garbage bags and trashes - too over priced - noair condition - tv in the bed room had only one horrible channel - the oven was really really dirty (greesy) |

I stayed on business and the situation was excellent in the middles of the city. Minor downside was that there was no vehicle access to the apartments and local taxis didn't seem to know where to pick up from. |

It was conveniently located in the city centre. We were very comfortable with accomodations and would like to have stayed longer. It may have been so "new" that the cabbie had difficulty locating it. There was no lift available from the front entrance.. |

Very good location right in city centre, spacious high standard rooms. very clean and comfortable. being on the main shopping street some noise late at night and early mornings - would benefit from better soundproofing on windows ? |

Location was excellent, in a busy area yet quiet. Also, the facilities available were second to none. The room could have been cleaned better, the previous guest's dirty underwear was left in the en-suite. |
