Modern, clean room. Good air conditioning in the room (gets hot in the city). Newspaper in room. Good flat screen tv. Freeview - hurrah. Many expensive hotels only have 5 channels - a disgrace for the price paid. Friendly greeting. Evening meal surprisingly gourmet - very good. Nothing. Liked it all. |

I was very surprised at how clean and spacious the rooms were and did not expect two separate rooms. The kettle, tea and coffee were a nice touch. |

It was easy to check in and out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, just a short 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. The room did not appear very clean though it could be due to the age of the building. |

The room was very clean, light and decorated nicely. The location of the hotel was in an area of London I had not been to before, with lots of ethnic restaurants and an artsy feeling to it. |

Location was excellent as next to the london tube and the City. The breakfast was excellent and the availability of car parking a great asset to the hotel. The hotel bar closing at 10.30 on a Friday evening was a disappointment. |

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the kind hotel staff (they awarderd me that it was charged by mistake 610 pounds instead of 164 and they immediately did a transaction to refound me). As requested, I had a room at the 6th floor with a beautiful view on the city. |

The room was good: size and the way it was futnitured, hotel is closed to metro station- 3 minutes walking. Saff just doesn't care! Every day I was asking to bring a hair drier (which supposed to be in the room, but wasn't). Two time people were coming to my room to check if the drier missing, but no one brought the drier! 4 days! The same story with air conditioner in the room: it was out of order and every day I was getting promises that it will be fixed today; as a result- it wasn't. |

Fridge in the room, very close to underground station, price. Curtains do not span the whole window, therefore lots of light in the morning. Needs some refurbishing as especially bathroom looks a little worn out. Noisy neighbourhood. |
