Location... Thats it. 10 min walk from victoria station.. Yet theres a closer underground station but was not in service during our stay. They were working in the room next to us... It was a complete mess and sometimes they used the drill early in the morning. No elevator Very basic breakfast in a tiny room for only 1 hour (8-9). No Fridge, no microwave, no shampoo, heater doesn't work all the time. The access card wasn't working all time. Wifi costs money.

The hotel was located around 5 minutes walk from Pimlico tube station, in a beautiful, quiet street. The staff were incredibly friendly on arrival and processed our check-in quickly and efficiently. We booked a double room, but our room had both a double and a single bed which was fantastic to use as storage space (as there was not much room for anything!). The room was quite small and the bathroom was tiny, but it was great value for money. We missed breakfast as it was served between 8am and 9am (and we were still sleeping off a terrible hangover!) but the night receptionist was lovely enough to orderr us a pizza when we arrived slightly worse for wear in the early hours! All in all, worth the tiny amount we paid for a hotel very near the centre of the city. The bathroom was very small, so much so we avoided taking a shower in the morning! There were some burns in the carpet where people had used straighteners and curling tongs, and the room could've done with a modern overhaul. Our window looked out onto a roof, which was covered with cigarette eends and, oddly enough, a pair of shoes. However, if you're visiting the city to be in the city the room is just a place to sleep, and this room is perfect for just that!

Fairly standard budget hotel. Room was alright though shabby. Breakfast rudimentary. Nothing really poor about the place. It is utilitarian and functional.

Location in relation to Victoria Station. The en-suite facility consisted of a moulded modular shower unit which had been adapted to include a W.C. and wash hand basin for which there was really no room. The unit was not mounted level on the floor which meant that some of the shower water would run away from the drain.

It was decently priced and conveniently located near Victoria Station. We paid for wifi (5 pounds for your entire stay) and yes, we were able to use wifi for about 2 days. On the 3rd and 4th day, suddenly we were unable to connect to the internet, and when asked, the receptionist simply came up with lousy excuses and did not even offer to help or do anything about it. Service was really poor as well, receptionist was grumpy almost all the time.

Excellant location The tv was very small and only picked up about 3 channels, and those were of generally poor quality. Breakfast was limited to cereal and toast.

The location was good near the underground and the hotel was in a quiet street without a lot of noise. The room was very small and the bathroom was that small like those in a ship. The room was not very clean, the breacfast was only for 1 hour and the staff was not very polite except one lady. I wouldn't reccomend the hotel, I think you can find better ones' in that price.

My suggestion to the staff of the Hotel to management the room according to the type of the traveller . The hotel do not provide an elevator only a stairs. For traveller who traveling from half of the world most of them bring a several large luggages . And it will be nice if the international customers non eu Counries and with famiily arrange by the staff at the first or second floor. The breakfast , toilet is good. The staff is friendly. The hotel should provide an elevator especially for the Luggages. For the traveller who come from the half of the world should manage at the first or second floor.

Great price and location, tired hotel but you get what you pay for, and we were on a budget Plenty of clean towels, no kettle in room, but they supplied one when asked. Room dirty, bathroom tiny for a family, the room was more like the size you would find in a caravan. We were there 3 nights, beds only made up on the first night The room had a work desk, but the lamp had a eu plug and so you couldnt plug it in.

That it was a short one. There is no way I´ll go back there The room was dirty, there were flies in the bed and the bathroom was old and gross. They did not make the bed, just put the covers up. The sheets and the bedspread were very old and dirty. It was just disgusting.

I must say, that I often travelling to London for shopping. Always trying to get as nearest as possible to Victoria Coach Station as I travelling from Stansted airport. This was the best value so far. Good price, not so faraway from Victoria station and the lady was very very nice and helfull. The other staff were ordinary, but the lady was really good. We had two rooms and both were ok. The room downstairs beside breakfast room was even perfect. Breakfast was a bit poorer Just toast, butter and jam,(no cheese or ham) but it was ok. I would recomend this small hotel for people who are going for shopping or small trip to London. Next time I will choose this hotel and if you are 3-4 people definitally ask for room Nr 201. Everytging was ok, just old chewing gum could be taken from carpet :-)
