Nothing !!!!!!!!!!!! - horrible place avoid

The place was disgusting so bad that I had originally booked 2 nights only stayed one and booked another hotel for the second night it was that bad. Shower was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. No one should ever stay here they should shut this place down !!!!!!!

Location, price and the staff - very helpful

The bathroom, was too small, the shower curtain too short and the spray from the shower rose was like a tap.

pls ensure breakfast can be delivered from anytime(had to quit hotel at 7.15 am and therefore was deprived from a BF : too early)

Confused staff. Super tiny room - even for London - two people would only simultaneously fit in if one is in the bed or sits on the toilet (the bathroom consists only of a toilet on which you will sit to use the sink or have a shower...). An absolutely horrible experience!

Great location right by Victoria station

The bathroom was not very clean, and the radiators were off and coukd not be turned on, and the blanket on the bed wasn't warm. Freezing night

The room was quite big. The bathroom was quite clean and there was hot water but it was really small. The location was very convenient.

The stuff was rude and the carpet on the room was dirty. The blankets were really old and we were cold as the heating system wasn't working properly. Also the beds were old and a bit uncomfortable.

The location was great and the Girl working on the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was tiny and the room was a little cold at night. Also, the rooms could do with a new kettle and tea cups. They were dirty in our room.

Won't be staying there again - staff on reception unhelpful/ ignorant. Room boiling hot - couldn't turn heating down. "En-suite" - converted cupboard - couldn't drown a rat!

The location was good near the underground and the hotel was in a quiet street without a lot of noise.

The room was very small and the bathroom was that small like those in a ship. The room was not very clean, the breacfast was only for 1 hour and the staff was not very polite except one lady. I wouldn't reccomend the hotel, I think you can find better ones' in that price.

My suggestion to the staff of the Hotel to management the room according to the type of the traveller . The hotel do not provide an elevator only a stairs. For traveller who traveling from half of the world most of them bring a several large luggages . And it will be nice if the international customers non eu Counries and with famiily arrange by the staff at the first or second floor. The breakfast , toilet is good. The staff is friendly.

The hotel should provide an elevator especially for the Luggages. For the traveller who come from the half of the world should manage at the first or second floor.

It had a free internet desk to quickly check emails.

The breakfast is so so.
