the location The fact that when I came back to get my key at 3am, which I had left at reception, the porter did not answer when I called, I eventually found the door to the Reception and he was asleep on a matress on the ground but did not wake up until I shouted that I needed my key !!

Location in relation to Victoria Station. The en-suite facility consisted of a moulded modular shower unit which had been adapted to include a W.C. and wash hand basin for which there was really no room. The unit was not mounted level on the floor which meant that some of the shower water would run away from the drain.

It was decently priced and conveniently located near Victoria Station. We paid for wifi (5 pounds for your entire stay) and yes, we were able to use wifi for about 2 days. On the 3rd and 4th day, suddenly we were unable to connect to the internet, and when asked, the receptionist simply came up with lousy excuses and did not even offer to help or do anything about it. Service was really poor as well, receptionist was grumpy almost all the time.

Confused staff. Super tiny room - even for London - two people would only simultaneously fit in if one is in the bed or sits on the toilet (the bathroom consists only of a toilet on which you will sit to use the sink or have a shower...). An absolutely horrible experience!

Excellant location The tv was very small and only picked up about 3 channels, and those were of generally poor quality. Breakfast was limited to cereal and toast.

The room was quite big. The bathroom was quite clean and there was hot water but it was really small. The location was very convenient. The stuff was rude and the carpet on the room was dirty. The blankets were really old and we were cold as the heating system wasn't working properly. Also the beds were old and a bit uncomfortable.

The location was great and the Girl working on the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was tiny and the room was a little cold at night. Also, the rooms could do with a new kettle and tea cups. They were dirty in our room.

The location was good near the underground and the hotel was in a quiet street without a lot of noise. The room was very small and the bathroom was that small like those in a ship. The room was not very clean, the breacfast was only for 1 hour and the staff was not very polite except one lady. I wouldn't reccomend the hotel, I think you can find better ones' in that price.

My suggestion to the staff of the Hotel to management the room according to the type of the traveller . The hotel do not provide an elevator only a stairs. For traveller who traveling from half of the world most of them bring a several large luggages . And it will be nice if the international customers non eu Counries and with famiily arrange by the staff at the first or second floor. The breakfast , toilet is good. The staff is friendly. The hotel should provide an elevator especially for the Luggages. For the traveller who come from the half of the world should manage at the first or second floor.

I love this location. Very quiet and safe, close to Victoria Station and on a Bus Route (#24) which runs 24 hours. Hotel is reasonably priced for London. Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free internet access. Bed was not very comfortable. The quality of the Hotel is exactly what I would expect for the price I paid in this particular location.

“The room was 'cosy', but really, when you are out all day you only need to come back to a bed, a cup of tea, and a hot shower and this room had all those things, the shower was powerful too not a dribble. Breakfast was just enough. Would stay here again” Susan, High Peak |
