i stayed here with my 76yr old mum , hotel clean and tidy,hairdryer in room works fine ,was also left tea coffee and sugar .15 minute walk from victoria coach station to hotel . 10 minute walk to victoria shopping centre from hotel,this has a food hall ( Mcdonalds ,kfc,garfankels etc)also has a good size sainsburys in it which is very handy .also couple of newsagents in belgrave rd. |

Location into Belgravia, closely to Victoria as well as the quietness during all nights in the room Just one of all three staff members on the reception was certainly unfriendly (unfortunately, he was during the most of time); very poor and bored breakfast - we just refused it at all after first morning; very, very small shower/toilet room not to be used in normal way |

The way the family room was split by an arch/partition - this allowed us to near the children, but also allowed them to have an early night! Much better than two adjoining rooms! Good service from the staff - any issues were dealt with swiftly. It was also a quiet room, being at the back of the hotel away from the road. Very small shower room/toilet |

I liked the price and liked having someone at the front desk for 24 hours per day. The staff members were very friendly. The room was not very clean; the temperature was poorly regulated; the bathroom was not clean; the shower was too small (taking a shower got the entire bathroom wet); the bed was way too old and uncomfortable; the breakfast hours were too short and selection of food was too limited. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, for example we once had a problem with the toilet flush and it was fixed emidiatly after we reportet it to the receptionist. |

The breakfast area was too small, the rooms smelt old and a bit of urine and the shower was basically on top of the toilet. |
