the location was very central, the staff were very accomadating,it was very friendly to children running around and up and down lifts. good breakfast the room was a bit hot and i would like to have been able to open a window |

Nearness to city centre. Dining room staff were helpfull and food was of a high quality. Confusion regarding parking - reserved parking for some guests but not others - very unhelpfull staff when dealing with this. On arrival also, door was crowded with smokers - we could not get in the door. When mentioned to bouncers, they were dismissive. |

Very friendly and excellent live entertainment in the lounge on saturday nights. Thompsons restuarant at the hotel gets booked up very quickly, we could not get a table for that night on checking in which was dissapointing. |

The hotel was very central to the shops and was very clean and comfortable, good value hotel. The bar staff and waiter service was very poor. I did not think there was a good range of food and times for getting this food. Receptionists were very pleasant. |

Location of the hotel is excellent. Good leisure facilities. A great atmosphere in the bar area - a very busy weekend in Derry. Great hotel for a short city break. Staff very nice, quite helpful. Limited car parking an issue. Small rooms set up for a business traveller not overly comfortable. First hotel I've been in with a 4'6" double bed not a 5'. Breakfast reasonable really busy. |

breakast was good and the rooms were spacious and clean There was no parking available in the hotel. Also when we arrived, even though we had specifically requested an early check in as we were attending a wedding in the hotel that day, they did not have a room ready for us. Furthermore, an hour later they still did not have a room ready despite telling us that our room was being cleaned (since we arrived). |

On check in the Reception lady was extremely friendly and helpful - one of the best welcomes I have ever had - Rooms was great - spacious, clean etc. Dinner was lovely and the service friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and would come again. |

Efficiency and helpfulness of receptionists. Location and access to the City, river, etc.. Cleanliness. Swimming pool. Restaurant. Spaciousness of rooms. A couple of the rooms I've stayed in haven't had the most appealing views. It would be good to be able to book a river-view room. |
