Our deluxe room on the 5th floor was very nice, we had a view of the river and the new peace bridge. The interior of the hotel is very pleasent, however the exterior reminded us of a multi storey car park. No complaints about our actual stay, nice hotel,very clean room

Staff very friendly. One girl at reception in particular Elaine. Regconized me from my last visited. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are very spacious. Great stay was had by all. Ask to check out a bit later (on a saturday) not a problem and there was no extra charge!

I love the city of Derry. This is the hotel I always stay at when I visit. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and I feel very comfortable. I find it very convenient to the city centre for shopping etc. 10 / 10 from me.

The location is excellent There is not enough car parking and this city has a problem with slashed tyres and broken wing mirrors recently. The bar is woefully understaffed.

The staff were extermely freindly and helpful, the hotel is very well maintained and equipped and ideally located for all the city sights and shops The food was excellent would definately recommend this to anyone The hotel pool was very cold

The staff were amazing- Caoimhe on reception could not have been any nicer and I think there was another Caoimhe doing waitress and room service. Huge improvement on the last time I stayed. Food delicious, staff excellent. Great relaxing stay- this hotel should have 5 stars.

Had to ring reception due to ongoing noise at 4am in the morning, probably a result of the xmas party being held downstairs, really get much sleep after that!!!!

The entire hotel staff are so friendly and genuinely want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they are a credit to the hotel and its fantastic reputation in the City of Derry, hotel was very clean and the facilities were outstanding as well. The only minor complaint we had was maybe the food we had was not up to 4 star service in our opinion but it was a very busy night in the restaurant and there where a lot of parties going on as well...

The hotel had a very friendly and relaxed feeling even though it was in the city centre. The room was clean the bed comortable the only thing was that it could have been a bit warmer. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and served tha best potatoe scones I have ever tasted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.
