Room of a very high standard, staff friendly, flexible and efficient, location excellent for central Birmingham.
Proximity to bars & restaurants, have stayed before and wasn't disappointed.
The apple mac in the room was great
We have stayed here before so we know it is an ideal base for all your city break needs. Within minutes of great bars and restaurants, and a little walk to city centre. As my son is here at university we will come often and this will my first choice of hotel.
Bathroom a little small, but not so much that it caused a problem.
Excellent hotel with superb location. Clean and modern rooms and an excellent variety for the breakfast buffet. Limited parking is available on site or in the public garage. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and would happily come back.
Great location for the Symphony Hall, NIALL and City centre. Functional tidy accomodation.
Air conditioning, burning smell when turned on in order to raise the room temperature a little.
Everything about hotel and position in Birmingham.
The location was great and therefore very good value for money
At the end of the evening a drink in the hotel bar was very disappointing. Very expensive compared to local bars with no atmosphere.
the staff. the style of the room any problems were dealt with very quickly and perfect location will stay again
Stylish comfortable rooms. Spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful. Never slept so well in a hotel.
Nicely decorated room, cool apple PC.
Bed was rock hard, the room was tiny, chairs were squashed in so you had to move them to get to the wardrobe and for £135 there wasn't even a bath or much of a tea/coffee selection or anything. Stayed in gorgeous boutique themed hotels for about a £10 more with complimentary robes, mini bar and allsorts. Really overpriced. No parking either so that cost even more.
Location, comfort, secure car parking, nice room, comfortable bed
being charged twice , i took me 4 days to resolve the issue
Perfect Location for a night out in Brindley Place, clean and modern. Suprised how quiet it was considering our room was above the main entrance.
Hot Breakfast was good but needed replenishing quicker on a busy breakfast service
the staff were great. very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great too. the room was comfy and quiet
The room was clean tidy comfortable all mod cons. Breakfast was a delight and all staff helpful and polite.
No biscuits with tea coffee facilities.
Location, parking on site, internet access in rooms.
Hotel door locked when I arrived very late (about 1 am!) when I arrived and nobody on desk
Apple Mac computer/tv
Excellent breakfast on Saturday morning.
We liked the location and the fact parking was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
The fact we were given a disabled room and the sink in the bathroom was too low.
This was a great base from which to enjoy the city. We were within easy walking distance of the music venues and could relax in amongst the many fantastic bars and clubs. The hotel was fab! The room facilities were of a high spec. I would definitely recommend it and use it again.
The air con caused us headaches...I am not sure if it was on, but we woke up cooking then froze with the window open. It didn't detract from the overall experience however.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast was lovely
Small room, too warm and bed was very uncomfortable
The receptionist was polite
The fact the hotel over booked we were told we were being transferred to another hotel at 9pm, which was a 10 minute drive away which was no good to us!! Had to drive 2 and 1/2 hours back home, Absolute rubbish!!
Location close to Birmingham's top attractions. Breakfast made to order.
Birmingham Marathon event was on so traffic getting to and from hotel was difficult. Unable to use leisure facilities as got to the hotel later than I expected due to traffic around Birmingham. Hotel was full which made check in take longer. Queue for breakfast. However, despite this I think I would stay there again.
