The hotel staff were plesant and accomodating, the room was clean and comfortable, with easy access to neighbouring restaurants and especially the NIA and Symphony Hall it's a must for concert goers. Excellent stay, excellent breakfast. |

The proximity to the nightlife was fantastic as was its closeness to the shopping areas. The hotel was clean and spacious with all the facilities you might need for a city break. Mix up with the rooms when we first arrived was quickly sorted out - however, large queues at the desk as there was only one receptionist at time of arrival. |

The room was quiet - breakfast was quite good. The staff managed to provide gluten free bread, although we had to ask for it even though we had requested this at booking stage. The bathroom was really tiny. |

We traveled to Manchester & London in the same trip, staying in Radisson & Hilton hotels. City Inn was by far the best of the three. Very luxurious, modern & clean & best value for money. Price of the car parking...too expensive. |

The hotel was beautiful, clean and elegant, the room was very comfortable and I loved having the IMac in my room to check emails and watch tv. |

This is good hotel centrally located. On arrival the hotel said they had no record of my reservation via Booking.com They said that no payment had been taken as this was a pre-paid rate. On scrutiny of my bank account I discovered that a payment had been taken four days earlier. |

Excellent location very close to the NIA concert hall, many bars restaurants & a 10 minute walk along the Birmingham waterway to the city center Bullring shopping area. Hotel was very clean & modern, staff very friendly and helpful. Did not eat in the main restaurant but the breakfast was outstanding. Great choice for either Business or Leisure break. |

pleasant and friendly staff, good food and internet options. Central location made it easy to get around the city. good but overly expensive food and wine. The price of the hotel, parking and facilities should be more competitive. |

Clean, comfortable, friendly, nice quality. Superb breakfast. It took ages to get hot water in the bathroom - something about the boiler being on the roof. |
