I have never written a review before, but this time I felt I must warn people ... Be sure to order a cheese omelette to go with proper sausages, field mushrooms, real bacon, fresh beans and tasty tomato. Follow it with waffles and fruit and you wont need lunch.. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had!

Fantastic stay. We had a family gathering of our adult children and Hilton Garden Inn was in a perfect location for a shopping trip and eating out. All our rooms were lovely, we particularly liked the selection of toiletries, this is a really nice touch. Room was good size with plenty of seating. All staff we came in contact with were extremly helpful and very pleasant. Will definately stay here when visiting again.

Good minimalistic and efficient hotel The cafe/bar looks like a college cafeteria and is not fully manned.

It was so central and really modern. Great breakfast and fab shower pressure, cool tv too room neededhoovering better. Maids trolleys were big and bulky in corridors that were very narrow, would have been an obstruction if there was a fire

I loved the fitness centre the most. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful and most were consistently smiling (genuinely). The price was a bit steep considering I had other conference costs to cover. The iMac in my room was consistently faulty with one thing or another which was quite annoying and limited my "relaxing time" away from the conference. They did try to sort it out each time given there were no spare rooms as hotel was fully booked.

The staff were really friendly and really helpful; from check in to check out every member of staff I encountered (front desk, bar, resaurant, cleaner) was really pleasant and welcoming. I was travelling with a friend and booked a double room. It had two single beds with really comfortable mattress and sparkling white bed linen. The shower was great, and the small bathroom well designed to make optimum use of the space. The location is brilliant, especially for those attening concerts at either the NIA or Symphony Hall, with a fabulous choice of restaurants and bars within a 2 - 5 minute walk. I would stay there again!

The down side of its good location was the late noise experienced from a nearby night club, avoid week ends or at lest that part of the hotel.

The Location of the Hotel was really good, and it was very clean and fresh throughout. Unfortunately there was a mix up between booking.com and the hotel, they had us in a double instead of Queen, 11.00am check out instead of 12.00 and the worst part - we were'nt on the the list for breakfast. Would have been the perfect hotel if only it had gone to plan! Would recommend taking your confirmation of room and stay type to avoid the same confusion.

The service from the staff. All of the staff from Rachel on front desk to waiting staff in restaurant were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The waiting staff at breakfast made me feel as if I was at home! Amazing service, really amazing. You shoul dbe very proud indeed of the team. Car parking was at the ncp, I would have prefered to drive, drop luggage and someone else to park my car.

Central location, superb breakfast, friendly staff, very clean room Did try to charge for breakfast as an extra upon arrival despite having already got it as part of the deal when the booking was made but in fairness once we explained it there was no quibble. Bit embarrassing though.

My recent visit to the Hilton Garden Inn was my 5th or 6th time to stay there....it's a fantastic place, with very friendly and helpful staff, and its location is fantastic in a wonderful city. The only thing I found a little unpleasant aboutmy stay, was that myself and my friend could not manage the air conditioning system, and both of us found the room uncomfortably hot during the night due to the temperature.
