The staff were very unpleasant and made us feel rather uncomfortable by following us to our room and standing outside. We had two guests who were not staying but just waiting while we got ready to go out, they were made to feel unwelcome. I will not stay here again, ive never seen such an appauling service in any hotel ive stayed with!

The hotel is situated within a two minute walk from the heart of the city where there are great restaurants and night life. The room was well equipped with an Imac computer and music system. Very clean and great bathroom with a fab power shower! The reception staff were friendly but did not tell us how to find our room - you have to ask. Breakfast staff were friendly but not all of them were as helpful. Also parking is expensive and runs on a 'first come first serve basis' which means you may have to park in the nearest mulit storey carpark, but this is discounted to match the hotel parking fees which are £12 per night.

The location with convenient parking, in-room facilities such as the Mac TVs, comfort of the beds, quietness. The idea of pre-charging extras seems unnecessary to me. It was poorly explained at the front desk and in any case once you have taken an impression of the credit card you can bill the customer for extras without even needing to swipe it again. It makes the customer feel as if you don't trust us.

I have never written a review before, but this time I felt I must warn people ... Be sure to order a cheese omelette to go with proper sausages, field mushrooms, real bacon, fresh beans and tasty tomato. Follow it with waffles and fruit and you wont need lunch.. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had!

Fantastic stay. We had a family gathering of our adult children and Hilton Garden Inn was in a perfect location for a shopping trip and eating out. All our rooms were lovely, we particularly liked the selection of toiletries, this is a really nice touch. Room was good size with plenty of seating. All staff we came in contact with were extremly helpful and very pleasant. Will definately stay here when visiting again.

It was so central and really modern. Great breakfast and fab shower pressure, cool tv too room neededhoovering better. Maids trolleys were big and bulky in corridors that were very narrow, would have been an obstruction if there was a fire

I loved the fitness centre the most. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful and most were consistently smiling (genuinely). The price was a bit steep considering I had other conference costs to cover. The iMac in my room was consistently faulty with one thing or another which was quite annoying and limited my "relaxing time" away from the conference. They did try to sort it out each time given there were no spare rooms as hotel was fully booked.

The staff were really friendly and really helpful; from check in to check out every member of staff I encountered (front desk, bar, resaurant, cleaner) was really pleasant and welcoming. I was travelling with a friend and booked a double room. It had two single beds with really comfortable mattress and sparkling white bed linen. The shower was great, and the small bathroom well designed to make optimum use of the space. The location is brilliant, especially for those attening concerts at either the NIA or Symphony Hall, with a fabulous choice of restaurants and bars within a 2 - 5 minute walk. I would stay there again!
