Great Location was seeing a event at the BIA the Hotel is five mins away, Great bar and Resturants on the door step. City centre only 15mins walk away. The Rooms are very Comtable and lots of great features, a Apple Computer in the room that doubles up as a TV and Radio. Kettle and Tea and Coffee, Iron, Hair Drier, Room Safe and Mini Bar. only a minor Niggle, Due to checking in late there was only Smoking or Disabled rooms available. we took the Disabled room, Was ok but the Sink and mirrors are set low which was a bit of a problem but Pefect if you are in a Wheelchair. |

Fantastic location if you like bars, restaurants etc as just off main broad street with the added bonus of being really quiet too! The hotel also benefitted from having a very elegant feel. |

The room design was really nice and pleasant. After whole day of shopping we could relax and watch some rented DVD's on Mac Book. The location is excellent, next to bars and restaurants. I think the only thing missing in such great hotel is lack of swimming pool. |

The location The service at the breakfast table was very poor, had to remind them both mornings after sitting there to take our order when others who arrived after us were served before. |

Very clean, smart hotel. Free internet and complimentary DVD'S. Very expensive breakfast (£13 each), and there was a lot of noise at night due to the nightlife. |

Very close to the Indoor Arena, small shops, bars / cafes, and nice and welcoming area with the surrounding canal and canal boats. Room was clean and tidy, and contained a lot of information on services available. Breakfast was nice, although service was a little slow. For the evening meal, we felt that the room service menu contained more choice than the main menu. |

It is great that there is a mac in each room connected to the internet! You have to first get a key from reception before you can enter the garage and there is no elevator from the garage to the reception, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. |

Very convenient for nia ans symphony hall. Asked forn twin, got double, had to change rooms. Buffet breakfast was expensive and limited. Tea system same as coffee ie in large pour out containers and was awful. Even discounted parking next door was very expensive. |

We liked the location of this hotel, it was very close to NIA, waterside, and other interesting visiting points and also not too far away from the shops to walk to. The modern TV system was a little daunting, and took us a while to get to grips with. There are other hotels in the same vicinity that are cheaper offering similar facilities. |

Centrally located in Birmingham's city centre, this luxurious, traditional 4-star Victorian hotel is a 2-minute walk from New Street Station and adjacent to the 2000-space NCP car park. |
