Breakfast selection & staff within hotel lovely
The American lady at the call centre for Hilton . Very sharp & rude tbh. Having to pay parking at the hotel an ENORMOUS NEGATIVE
Location - short walk to venue
Very nice modern room with use of MAC PC including keyboard and mouse. Sound is via JBL speakers, very good sound. TV is watched over the PC too
The room was cold, i thought it could have been pre heated. The duvet was very thin for this time of year, an extra blanket was required. Some TV and radio stations didn't work.
Nice hotel within easy access to city centre and SSE. Staff very helpful and room clean. Breakfast was good.
Only thing we did not like - and hotel could do nothing about it - was the weather. Wet and cold but it was December after all
Staff were really nice and friendly. The place is very clean. The breakfast was excellent. What more could you want.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, wonderful view over the river.
Having to pay a parking charge!
Ideal location, friendly staff, well equipped and immaculately clean bedroom
Modern, quiet considering how busy. Location.
Bar area too small and busy
Location is perfect
every thing is brilliant. the view is amazing . you can have a walk around the river
nothing except wifi is weak in the room
Location is great for SSEC, Hydro and Clyde Auditorium
The bed was rock hard!
Location Staff Room
Girlfriend wasn't allow to use her electronic cigarette
Room was cold - had to keep turning up the heating - no extra blankets and duvet very thin!
w have used this hotel several times and would again
Location and cleanliness
Service very slow, TV not working
No biscuits in room for coffee!
we had tickets for the hydro so the location was ideal, only a hop skip and a jump to there, free wifi and nice bar with friendly staff. Also just accross the road the resteraunts there have very yummy food
There is nothing we dont like apart from a safe route to the hydro as there id just a mud track after crossing a few lanes of traffic, which is not exactly the hotels fault
always stay there when at SECC Very convenient for the show. Clean and comfortable hotel
Stayed 1 night going to Hydro to see Alfie Boe. Hotel is perfectly situated for Hydro & lovely walk along river to centre city. Room small but had all we needed and very clean as was all of hotel. Staff very friendly & helpful. We will stay here again.
Wifi is poor My room was noisy Air con noisy Duvet inadequate - not warm enough for winter nights
Ideal location for the Hydro
Bar facilities prior to the gig, no seats, had to sit outside, was really cold, then had to stand by the lifts!
Modern hotel within short distance from Hydro. Rooms are compact but very clean.
just a simple thing that our table was dirty when we sat down which was not a big issue but the waiter came and gave us our cutlery but ignored the fact our table was dirty so we had to attract the attention of another member of staff.
Riverside setting, restaurant very good, room comfortable, perfect for the Hydro and SECC. Dinner in restaurant was excellent, both food and staff
