Situated in a nice area, near plenty of eating places and nice walk into town.
Toilet very small, would have liked more choice on food menu at night-time(snacks).
Ideal location for going to the hydro.
The long wait for service at the bar and to be served food. Waited 35 minutes for our starter to be served to us.
The location was very good for our purpose. Wi-Fi and Apple TV.
Our allocated room was very small. The food was adequate but did not think it was value for money.
Fantastic location to hydro, in walking distance with heels! Fabulous seated terrace area looking out to river Clyde with comfy seating and lovely menu for bar snacks or full menu. I pod connection on alarm clock and sky sports in room.
No access to terrace area after 10am with drinks, only supplied with one bath towel.
Bar and restaurant service very poor but other than that enjoyed stay staff very pleasant
As above need more staff in bar and restaurant as very slow
Breakfast/ quality of food, pleasant staff Clean rooms with functioning appliances
Wifi was useless this time, I guess as the hotel was so busy. Always worked well before.
Having to pay for your breakfast
Loved the views from bedroom window. Loved the peacefulness of the location
rooms very small
Location and room were excellent
Bar and restaurant were overwhelmed when busy and struggled to cope
Two minutes from the Hydro and the SECC
Room was small but clean. Not allowed to take drinks out on the terrace after 10pm at night. Wish I knew that before I bought a round!!
The convenience to Still Game Venue7
fantastic location for hydro just across the road.
Fantastic river view. Easy parking adjacent to hotel. Nice outside seating area for bar food and drinks overlooking the Clyde. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
No comfortable lounge in which to relax - bar area rather busy with people coming and going. Breakfast ok, but cold plates and tepid food, could do with a little more variety, and better selection of fruit. Dinner menu disappointing, no change from one day to the next. Entrance lobby of hotel could be spruced up and made to look more welcoming. I only make these points because they would be easy to rectify, and would give the hotel more of a wow factor. Perhaps the name "Hilton" leads people to expect international standards!
Helpful, friendly reception staff Choice of food at breakfast Location Large seating area outside overlooking the river Soft cotton sheets Powerful hairdryer in room Apple TV in room
Bed smaller than preferred but realise this may be down to the fact that it was a room with disability access No biscuits provided in the room to have with tea/coffee
A perfect location for attending a gig at Bellahouston Park
Modern building, quick check in, modern facilities. Apple TV very slick and JBL speakers a nice touch, good tea facilities.
Small bedroom, tiny shower room, poor quality tv reception, hard bed, can hear other residents using toilet facility, not able to adjust room temp. No complimentary biscuits with tea.
excellent view over the clyde quiet location and we would certainly visit this hotel again.
the fancy restaurant downstairs. the room service menu had better selections - although there is a brilliant restaurant right over the road
Amazing value for money, brilliant food and a nice walk by the river to the main shopping street. Will be staying again!
Clean and comfortable. A short walk will take you to a local bus or train station that goes right into the centre of Glasgow at a low cost.
nothing to like
a terrible experience
Near to the Clyde auditorium as there for concert, plus it was only about a 20 min walk into the city centre, also had a room facing the main road and never heard the traffic
superb location for the SECC and all facilities modern and well appointed.
The location close to the concert venues and on the side of the Clyde
