The staff were very friendly. Particularly the lady serving breakfast. Comfy room.
My friend could not access the wifi. More plugs by bed please.
I like it.
The whole experience
lovely comfy bed, good location , breakfast good staff lovely
carpark expensive , room alot smaller than advertised and the bathroom was tiny
The hotel is pretty good and the breakfast was excellent.
It's comfortable, warm and welcoming courteous staff.
The lack of available parking, first come first serve.
Very friendly staff Very good breakfast Very clean room and comfy bed
Everything you would expect from Hilton. Well organised and clean. Perfect location for city centre.
Rooms are on the smaller size, and very basic. Maybe considered expensive for a "travel lodge" style room
Lovely lady serving the cooked eggs at breakfast. Staff all very polite and helpful. Good rooms, very clean. Excellent double glazing. Needed because in the heart of the business area on a busy road. Apple TV / Internet access.
Air con unit noisy. Great magnifying mirror in bathroom but not much good for putting on make-up due to it's position. Think all hotels should have quality magnifying mirror in the room on the desk/ dressing table.
Location was good, cheap taxi to centre and breakfast was lovely.
Bed was creeky and the road wad slightly noisy
Breakfast menu can be improved just compare with Hilton Brighton
Good location! Staff made the hotel atmosphere! Lady cooking eggs for breakfast was a delight as she was so obliging!
Parking off restricted area made it difficult to get my vehicle out! Very frustrating.
The location is very good but being attacked by bed bugs made our holiday miserable! Worst of all we spent the count down to 2015 itching!!!! Way to start the new year thanks to the Hilton! Staff were lovely until we reported that we had spots and confirmed at the health centre that we were attacked by bed bugs.
I am disgusted at the way we were treated at this hotel! After two days sleeping here we started itching, which seemed strange. On New Year's Eve the itching got worse and we had big red spots on our arms mainly. We were very worried of what these could be. Someone mentioned to us bed bugs but we said, "nahhhh it can't be, we are at the Hilton!". On New Year's day we had to go to the health centre where the doctor confirmed that it were bed bugs. This was a relief as it was not anything worst. However, when we reported to the manager at the Hilton who was on duty on the morning of 01.01.15 we did not see any sensitivity towards us, our ruined holiday and ruined new year's eve and day!!!! They just washed their hands by saying that the room was inspected and nothing was found on the beds!!!! They kept insisting with this although they knew we went to see the doctor and we showed them all the spots.
Convenient location. Very comfortable hotel with excellent restaurant and absolutely yummy breakfast.
Great location for city centre. Parking an advantage.
Nice hotel, great location (few minutes walk from city centre). Breakfast was excellent... Bed super comfy :) Do not expect luxury though ;)
Very clean room. Good powerful shower. Loved full length window overlooking park. Nice bedding. Staff polite and helpful
Bed too firm. Bar a bit boring. Not much atmosphere. Parking expensive- £12 for 24 hours.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Bed was a bit hard
I was shocked to pay £3.80 for a pint of soda water and black currant in your hotel bar. I can't believe that I was charged this amount as I know this is an excessive price up for the product.
We were in Bristol to meet friends and do some shopping at Cabot square so this location was ideal for us as CS was within a 5 minute walk. Room was small but did the trick. Fab free wifi. Breakfast was excellent.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in and I would prefer a heavier duvet but pillows were good.
Very comfortable bed, clean well presented and quiet.
The WiFi was difficult, the signal kept dropping which meant having to log in every 10 mins or so. The aircon heating wasn't very powerful so the room was a little bit cold. The food was ok in the Cafe a bit overpriced for what it was, I had fish and chips which was greasy and the fish was a bit grey and tasteless.
The Apple Mac sound system
checking out time 12 would be better than 11 as most other hotels check out times are 11
near to station and center; comfortable beds; friedly staff
We really liked this hotel. The staff were very helpful in providing directions and arranging taxis etc. The breakfast was excellent and the lady making the fried eggs was simply a star who would bring sunshine in to any day.
Brilliant value for money, light airy room, big bed
