Excellent and clean hotel, good breakfast. IMac in room with free internet and WiFi. Very helpful and dedicated staff. Would highly recommend the hotel Limited parking spaces within hotel but within short walking distance of public car park |

I liked the close proximity of the hotel to the station and to the shopping centre. It is situate in a business like area and is generally very quiet. Sunday breakfast was really good. Room was fantastic, especially for the price quoted. Very comfortably and reception staff extremely helpful and assisted whenever necessary. |

I was very impressed with the hotel, especially the White Company goodies! and the TV. Beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was spot on.I don't normally sleep well at hotels but slept great at yours. No, all good, especially the reception lady, who's name I wish I could remember, she was very warm and welcoming without being false. Very very impressed! |

Comfortable clean rooms. Really good breakfast. Good location from city and train station,both minutes away. Rooms quite but not a problem cause have all facilities and is comfortable. |

The facilities of the hotel were great. The restaurant and the bar were really nice. Also the location is very convenient, the hotel is really close to the train station. The TV equipment did not work. |

The room was very clean & tidy, with excellent facilities. The car parking at the front of the hotel is very restricted & I ended up having to park in a Pay & Display Car Park |

the reception people were very polite and helpful. our room was fantastic. staff were a bit frosty at breakfast in the restaurant and not very helpful with making sure we'd got everything we needed such as milk. cooked breakfast was very small!! |

Cleanliness, modern decor, closeness to city, gorgeous breakfast, easy parking. The taxi drivers out the back of the hotel woke us at 5am with their loud voices and music. |

The hotel was well located in the centre of Bristol providing good access to all of the local facilities. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the room itself was clean, tidy and comfortable. Perhaps the only negative point would have been the high prices for the food at the City Inn Cafe. However, you can book in advance and get breakfasts included in your stay which is good. |
