The room was very pleasant to be in, comfortable and welcoming, and the computer was very useful. It wasn't just the usual room when you shower and get out again as soon as possible. N/A |

closeness to the city centre have been charged for something extra however do not yet know what as have not received invoice. It was not made clear as to whether breakfast included full cooked or just continental and catering staff did not seem to know so just had continental breakfast to avoid extra charges. |

My partner took me away for my birthday and asked the staff in advance to lay out our room who were more then happy to do so. The hotel is in prime location right near the Cobbot circus shopping whch also has lots of nice resteraunts open till late.Everything is within a walking distance which is also a bonus. The IMAC in the Hotel room was amazing and really helpfull when you need to browse the net etc.... |

The hotel suffered in conext of 'value for money' by way of the breakfast that was served for £13.95. The buffet was limited and the cooked breakfast (cooked to order) was small and very ordinary. I would not recommend this hotel as on this issue it compared very poorly with other similar hotels I have stayed in where a superior breakfast has been included in a similar room rate. Otherwise the accomodation and facilities were very good. |

I liked the efficiency, reception and dining room staff along with the quality of the food at dinner. The TV sound was not working properly and everytime I turned it on it hit maximum volume. The breakfast was somewhat rushed and food cold. |

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was brilliant, the room was super clean and the TV was high tech and the bed was very comfy. No I think the hotel was perfect and an absolute bargain at £59 for a double room with breakfast included which we had delivered to our room for only £3.50 extra. The late check out time was fab too and they didn't complain when we checked out 1/2 hour late. |

the bright clean rooms that offered many facilities, the helpful staff and the modern feel of this city hotel. would return as it offered good value for money at the weekend food was lovely too.another advantage was its proximity to temple mead station the car park and entrance were difficult to find your way into as strangers to bristol |

Very nice room -- new, clean, quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and just generally quite pleasant. Friendly staff, attractive public areas. And the Mac computer in the room is great! City Inn provided a warm, welcoming space, at a reasonable price, without being fussy or snobby. Although very convenient to the train station and the river ferry, there wasn't much in the way of shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel ... but that said, they were less than a 10-minute walk away. |

Clean room, and pristine bathroom. Mac computer and free wi-fi great to have in the room.Travelled with a baby and the offer of a cot was a nice touch. The rooms in this hotel that face on to the main road are unbelievably noisy. Might be worth investing in some better sound-proof windows especially for the lower floors? |
