Having to pay for parking

I loved the location, it's very close to the railway station, and the hotel has a great gym and refreshments kiosk which is very convenient for late snackers. The stuff was very friendly and polite, always helpful and attentice. The room has a fridge too, and having an iMac was absolutely amazing, so convenient as it had a pre-installed software like skype for calls home. All in all, a great experience.

Arriving at 10.30pm and not able to get a sandwhich as kitchen closed at 10-Frozen microwave meal not what is required at that time of night after a long journey-also think paying £10 per nigth car parking is a little heavy

We have stayed here twice now and we find the staff to be very helpful and polite, excellent location and the parking is a great bonus. Near to the shops and restaurants, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel is extremely good.

Tv -poor -high spec but poor reception-talking not in sinque with the actual senteneces!very poor to watch to say it was Apple----Refrigirator in cupboard but not really a Refrigirator-----not even cool, reported it to reception and she said , "everyone complains about this, it is not a refrigirator ,it is a store cupboard really" -Why would it have a lock on it and light up like a refrigirator then !!---very poor and a complete waste of money to be honest--it serves no purpose what so ever to us. No milk left in our room 2nd day of our stay.Noisy telephone and radio---had to disconect so not to be disturbed during the night------ carpet fitters noisy -----room above ours cleaning staff in there before 9am, woke us up !!!!!!!

Excellently located in the centre of Bristol. We left the car in the car park all weekend and simply just walked around the city. Excellent attractions including the Clifton suspension bridge and ss Great Britain of course. Hotel very comfortable with helpful staff particularly on reception giving us a map of the city which proved very useful.

bedlam at breakfast. food not great.was like eating in mac donalds. and 4 price of rm would have thought we would get bottle water and more than 2 t bags and 2 coffee. ramada and novotel hotels much better and around same price.

It was as I expected from Hilton chain a very professional approach in all things. Restaurant was particularly good with helpful staff and maitre'd very welcoming. Good breakfast menu

Room was too warm, which is why I did not list comfort as excellent.

The room ( albeit smaller than anticipated) was very modern, clean with a good shower (always an important factor with us). The staff were extremely friendly and professional, especially at the chaos of breakfast time on Sunday morning.

The toaster regime. Why oh why don't hotels just offer toast via the waiter, as with the tea and coffee? Queuing for ages just for a slice of toast is frustrating and the toaster is invariably inefficient, either not hot enough or too hot and we're never allowed to adjust it ourselves

The personel was very friendly and nice.

One night there was too much noise across the hallway when I was trying to sleep and could not sleep until some of those drunk people were taken out. Although these drunks that were shouting at the middle of the night(3am) were taken out after half an hour, my slept was ruined already...
