Cost - it was cheap for central London Breakfast included in the price Room was clean Free WiFi TV in room
Cold water tap didn't work in sink in bathroom (the one in the bath was fine though!) Breakfast was slow - I didn't bother in the end Fixtures and fittings were a bit shabby
It's near Soho and Liverpool Street Station. I has an Underground stop right next to it. That makes things a lot easier when navigating the city.
Location is convenient for the tube into central London
Noise of both the overland train behind the hotel and the underground beneath it. The room vibrates when trains go by. Thin walls so you hear the other guests. The walls are stained and the carpets threadbare. The electrics are dodgy, exposed wires and blown bulbs. Several times the lights went off because if fuses blowing. Unbelievable standards could be so low in a modern capital city. Very poor.
Room not cleaned, bed not made + very small accommodation and no place for toiletries in bathroom
The TV didn't work, the room was boiling hot (it was not hot outside) the bathroom was only just passable to wash in.. :-( Breakfast wasn't good, the sausage not edible.
Location to underground
Room had bad smell Bitten by bugs Sheets poor quality and not changed after second day Bathroom had mould Paid too much for poor quality of room and ensuite
The location was great, very close to tube station, and it's on a main road and next to a supermarket that is open even after dark
Noise of the trains very small room
Location, very close to Central London. Easy to get back on a night's out. For that price with free wifi and Sky TV, refrigerator.
Near a train track and church. Noisy.
Some of the furnishings need some TLC
They said it was clean and comfortable, and fine for the purpose they were there for, which was just somewhere to sleep.
Trains ran till 1.30am and started again at 5am. Electric socket broken. No plug in bathroom sink. Water from the shower went everywhere.
The location is good, it means it is near Bethnal Green station, it takes about 3 min by walk.
TV didn't work and Wifi doesn't work in the property you need to go down to the public space.
Very responsive staff. Hotels near metro station, bus stop, close to Central London, the park across the road. Nearby is pizza orders, prices are delighted wallet, pizza tastes fantastic! Net towels and bed linens are really clean!
Room was cleaned only at my request, towels and bed linen changed only at my request. Below and behind the bed had not been cleaned. Windows can not keep open, because next to a train track, but the bakery downstairs burger.
Location and Price
Everything that all the other reviews mention is spot on ! ,
Location to tube was great after a long day out and about. Breakfast was limited choice but done well.
The proximity of tube meant noise from 6 am till after 12am, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. Rooms very tired looking, both these and bathrooms ready for an update. Lack of wardrobe facilities.
Location. Except for the advantage of location, nothing else is good. Stayed for 1 night. Don't think a stay beyond that can be possible in this hotel
1. Noise of trains till very late at night 2. Ugly looking room with black curtains 3. Bathroom curtains and overall look was shabby
Train outside kept us awake and breakfast was not great.
The Staff greeted us in a kind and friendly way, the TV facilities were good and accessible. The location was very close to train services, food services and also other attractions you may wish to attend. The price was reasonable also. Any queries or concerns we had were addressed.
The room, somewhat cramped was situated beside a rather loud train line which upon every passing shook the entire bed! A very hard sleep indeed. The bed/pillows were rock solid and extremely uncomfortable, another issue with trying to sleep. The bath, complete with it's psycho-esque shower curtain was riddled with dirt and muck, hardly cleaned I'd say. A toilet roll lay on floor spoiled and damp. Music from other rooms (at 1am) was rather loud but perhaps not a fault of the hotel. Generally I felt certain staff members were kinder than others. Certainly the hotel has potential but lacked in many areas of much needed improvements.
It was not mentioned that the bed and breakfast (not hotel) is a above a chippy or that it is directly by a train line. Sleep was not an option other than an hour or two between the last and first trains!!! Bed was lumpy staff hardly spoke English and when they did they were obnoxious (mainly females). This "hotel" looks nothing like the photos online on your site - awful
I felt it was being used as temporary shelter for the homeless. I felt unsafe.
Good location, covenient for what I needed it for, the guy behind the counter seemed pleasant.
The 3 dead bed bugs on my bed left me more than a little apprehensive. Combined with the awful pillow, stifling heat and noisy train tracks outside, I had one of the worst night's sleep of my 32 years. And I've had plenty of rough nights.
Close to a park
Tiny, tiny, tiny and shower designed room for a midget not for an adult Noise They don't clean the room Poor breakfast
The rooms were small get the TV didn't work properly The rooms were not cleaned daily, there was no toilet paper in the toilet, the TV didn't work properly Generally not what I expected
Excellent location. Good price.
